I am a customer and they treated me like a criminal for trying to retrieve my property from inside the store.I walked to my car and accidentally left my wallmart bag in their store with 8 bucks cash inside of it.I personally believe that one of thier employees pocketed the cash. Thus the reason they would not let me walk in to grab it.This goodwill owes me 8 dollars cash money.

Can someone please *logically* explain why this Goodwill has 6 dressing rooms, but insists on keeping 2 rooms closed. There is a line of people wanting to try things on. They say this is because of Covid , but it is all the time. What? Why? You have 6 dressing rooms. Why would you not make them all available to your customers?

Staff is nice and the store is clean. The children s section needs some improvement they have girls and boys clothes all mixed in together which I find weird because other Goodwills have it separated. It makes it harder to shop for a certain gender when you have to dig through everything it could be more organized. I found a granimals T shirt for 3.49 and they are 3.99 brand new at Walmart next door and when they go on sale they are about 2.00. Goodwill receives these items for free why price them almost as new? The pricing needs improvement as well I find lower cost items at Ross and they are brand new.

Worst experience ever, me & my daughter were waiting in line for a dressing room forever, cuz they were all taken then out of no where some hispanic lady with gloves on, a worker , comes and starts putting closed signs over the doors w/out even telling us anything until i ask her and she says yes im closing the dressing rooms and walks away.,our basket was full of clothes, my daughter hangs them up and then we proceed to walk away and she has the audacity to tell us to take our baskets to the front, which the baskets that were there weren t even ours. We took the 1 basket to the front, but No mam!! you can take them yourself since you re being rude, closed the dressing room on us w/out explanation, no customer service whatsoever. I normally dont act like that but i was furious cuz she treated us like garbage. I hope her boss sees this because that is no way to treat paying customers just because you re having a bad day. She then proceeds to the front to talk trash about us to the cashier.. while the other young guy who checked my daughter out, didnt bother say thank you or anything, he charged the clothes and just pushed them to the side, no thank you or anything, just walked away. We will not be back to this place

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience with the Manager, Cathy, on 6/14/23. I had purchased some items the evening before, on 6/13, and when I came in to do a return, I was appalled by how inappropriate, unprofessional and disrespectful she was during my return interaction. While returning two items, which both had tags on them, and had a portion of my receipt (my receipt was torn but still had the barcode at the bottom), she immediately said no, she could not return my items due to the receipt being torn, shaking her head vigorously, while making ugh tsk noises and sounding exasperated by helping me. Being a multi-unit retail manager myself, I asked the cashier if she could locate my receipt in her system, I had the date/time/register/and total amount and know this is something that can be done. I m not sure why Cathy didn t try to perform her job, which is directly responsible for customer service, but thankfully the cashier at a different register did, in fact, find my transaction and reprint the receipt for me. As I took my receipt to Cathy to do the return, she performed the return while rolling her eyes and making noises displaying not only her reluctance to conducting the return but her disgust with helping me. I told her that this was a horrible experience, I felt so uncomfortable due to her attitude, and rather than try to be helpful, she said it would have been easier if you had the whole receipt. It would have been easier if she had been polite, professional, and truly sincere with helping me rather than making huffing and puffing noises with an attitude. I explained that while I was checking out the evening prior, the cashier informed me when I was making my purchase that I could return items as long as the tags are still on and it s not a blue tag, those sales are discounted and final and did not say anything about not having a return receipt. Cathy then asked if I would be shopping or leaving, I said leaving, as I did not want to be in her company any longer. I will now go out of my way to shop elsewhere, and will donate any items only to Salvation Army. I have donated many, many times and I am not willing to support a store with management staff who act in an unacceptable way. GOODWILL, if your management team does not have customer service skills, do not want to work, and does not enjoy helping people, they should not be in a management position.

Not sure if management changed or what, but this used to be a favorite spot when looking for a deal..Over the last year or so the level of product is horrible and the prices of donated items has become outrageous!!! Broken Shoes for $15.99 Ripped Dresses for $11.99 and Knick Nacks that have the original 0.99cent sticker on them with a $2 49 GW sticker. I walked out after a pair of $15.99 shoes with visible ripped sides crumbled in my hands. EDIT TO GENERIC RESPONSE AND ADD IMAGES: First and Foremost we consider our mission - When you put sub-par (disgusting falling apart shoes) on the rack for $15.99. There is a larger issue at hand. Items should be priced to sell, not rot on shelves serving no mission without income. Its a horrible look for both the store and organization. There are other Goodwills in the area that serve the same mission statement with clean/usable products and fair pricing for fast movement - DO BETTER for both your margins and your community.

Goodwill needs to put some directional signage for the drop-off line during peak times. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes and got cut in line twice by inconsiderate people. This obviously isn t the fault of Goodwill, people will be jerks no matter what you tell them, but I do think some signs might help direct the line so that we don t have to block traffic through the lot.

You need managers who actually care about their employees, my older sister worked there and hearing how the managers dealed with her situation made me mad, she was working when someone else who worked there asked if she knew a certain man, she said no its because the man was talking about her to his friend and said thats my lover, my sister has NEVER seen or talked to this man as she keeps working the man keeps coming in and not buying anything just watching my sister from afar at one point she got nervous and talked to the manager about it, but when she did they said it was HER fault because she smiled at him, correct me if im wrong, but I thought EVERY employee was supposed to smile at customers. The only reason I am even giving one star is because me and the rest of my family have all found atleast one nice thing and bought it. Please talk to the managers about how they deal with situations that involves their employees.

The Good- the store is large and clean. Big Negatives: The Goodwills in this area seem to be putting more effort into bringing brand new and unused items into their stores, which costs a lot more. It seems that by doing that, they find it acceptable to jack up the prices of the used items. A used jacket I was looking at was priced at $27, a sweater my mother got me that would be $4 at every other Goodwill (only place I shop) cost $12. I wanted to return it- if I wanted to pay nearly full price, I d buy new. DVD s were priced $1.99 on the wall and they charged a dollar more each at the register by charging for hardcover books that I didn t have. I didn t realize they charged me book price until I looked at the receipt after getting to my hotel. I just know I pointed out to the cashier that the wall price was $1.99 and she assured me it was $2.99. All I can say is, as a shopper, you re better off going to the Walmart next door. It ll be cheaper. Thankfully I don t live here and I ll be able to go back to my more ethical Goodwills in Florida. Kyle Goodwill- Do better for your customers.

Horrible didnt even shop here! Just dropping stuff off and the experience was awful every time. Keep in mind that Im dropping stuff off that they are making profit off of. I understand that they do not want people dropping off after hours I totally understand that because Im sure people have dropped trash off. However thats not my complaint there were several cars probably like six ahead of me there was a truck that was blocking off the drop off line, they were shopping to my understanding instead of dropping off. Making it unsafe hazardous and a potential liability. I talked to a woman by the name of Kathy however she went back and said that, that was not her name. Well I tried to explain the situation to Kathy or whatever her name was I felt very dismissed and she kept interrupting me and her tone was very aggressive towards me and she was very defensive however she did send some of her employees out to help however as a manager she should have asked the gentleman who was blocking to move. Finally I asked the gentleman to move I explained to him that I have a husband and kids to get to and that if he wants to shop to not Park in the donation line. To whomever was the manager that day youre welcome I did your job for you.

So went and got an AV receiver today for $25.59 and during checkout the cashier said that they didnt have an option for that price and had to call a manager (I wanna say her name was Candy?) over to make up a new price. This isnt the first time this has happened, as Ive witnessed this to another couple last time I was here. She instructed the cashier that when this happens they should round up to the next price. So something that was $25.59 ended up being $28.59. Many questions here such as why should I pay a higher price because their system doesnt support direct input of prices? Why are there no barcodes on any of the price stickers? I mean realistically since there are no barcodes I assume theres no inventory control whatsoever. Maybe next time Ill just bring in some printed price tag labels and write in whatever price I want. Not like they would ever know.... Never had this kind of experience at any other Goodwill before.

Good selection of stuff. BUT theyre dressing rooms are all closed, so when I asked about their return policy, in case stuff did not fit my daughter, they said I had to bring it back within 7 days for store credit ONLY. Which I think is BS. It should be cash or form of payment back. If they will not let you try on in store like usual they should bend that policy till theyre dressing rooms open back up.

A bit over priced, lots of items really shouldnt be on the floor for sale when they are broken. Kyle thrift right down the street has better merchandise at a far better price. Goodwill acts like donated items are brand new from Target! SMH a little on the greedy side.

Upon arrival, this store seemed promising, kept and clean. At the checkout, I asked if they could discount a piece of clothing that had holes, seam pops/holes in the seams, and some big stains that were noticeable.....the lady at the register said that they price everything in the back, but I mentioned that they should have noticed this and shouldn t be that price. She waited for the manager to come back in to see if they could change the price. He came back in and looked it garment over, and gave me a discount which was nice... but what I didn t appreciate is his attitude. After he offered the discount, he ripped the tag off the garment with his hands, and I said I wished you would ve used scissors because you just created more damage ripping the tag off like that ... he replied well if you don t want it now, I can put it back .... There s absolutely no excuse for that attitude and behavior coming from a managerial position.

Aug 27th 2020 Had a shopping cart full of stuff to try on, just to get to the other end of the store and find out all the changing rooms are closed. They wouldnt even let me try 1 thing on in the bathroom. They should have told us this at the door Aug 28th 12pm We went again for supplies. Every goodwill Ive ever gone to in my 32 years of existence does price negotiation. Since the supply of swimsuits at this store was practically non-existent, I got a small CROP TOP (not even a full tank top, which all tank tops were 2.99) this tiny crop top was $5 something and I politely asked the cashier (glasses, long braided pigtails) if I could get this small top for 3 instead. She went on about how all tanks are 5 (even though I just had a whole cart of 299 crops in my cart) basically she cant personally do that, maybe she was just too lazy to ask the manager behind her but she was rude and we wont be returning.

When you drop stuff off they act like you re an inconvenience. They don t help you take the donated items out of the car. They re rude and not at all helpful. They only have 1 cashier no matter how long the lines get. They re always rude. Plus they don t actually do good will. They take your donated items and sell it for more than what people in need could afford. Do not go there!

I took my mom to donate some things here today and the man who helped her was so rude! He was yelling at the other employees there, made some condescending comments to my elderly mother, and threw a couple items back into her car saying they get so much stuff and didn t need hers. We were treated so disrespectfully that I will drive further to donate to other charities in the future.

This store was my favorite but not anymore, too expensive in comparison with others goodwills in the area. Not very good condition household items, very poorly organized clothes and if you do find something good its very expensive.

This Goodwill is pretty good. They always keep the place clean, and have a nice selection of books. I have scored a good cat tree and some manga here before. Their clothes prices are outrageously expensive for secondhand clothing. :/ I still like to pop in and look sometimes though. Forever hopeful for more cat furniture.
