I love Churchs Chicken but last time I got chicken here I ordered spicy like always and when I took the first bite I knew I got original. At first I thought maybe a piece got mixed in with the spicy. Thatd be an honest mistake. But all of my chicken was original recipe. Im gonna call it a simple mixup and give them the benefit of the doubt.

The chicken legs have barely any meat on them. The bulk of the size is the fried outside, and nine legs easily fit on a paper plate. Biting into them, the fried skin crumbles away and to reveal overcooked and unappetizing meat.

I have been eating at Church s Chicken for over 40 years. They double bread the chicken. The breading and crunch can t be beat. They have the best fried okra of any fast food restaurant. My Mom loves the breast, I love the legs and my daughter loves the tenders. We like the corn on the cob, the mashed potatoes with either brown or cream gravy and the honey butter biscuits. We were traveling and knew that fresh made chicken would be at Church s. We were not disappointed. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are listed on their menu, but we love the fried okra breading, the mashed potatoes and graveys, corn on the cob and jalapeños.

I was here 2 hours before closing. They had already stopped cooking. I made an order from what they had available and it was barely warm. There were no working restroom in the building. Im pretty sure that this is a health department violation. Chuches corporate really should visit this location.

Only 4 stars because although I understand when under stress it can feel overwhelming but remember that not all customers are rude so treat them kindly as I did yall. The food was fresh but when asking for something extra after receiving our food dont have an anxiously rude attitude because theres only 2 employees. You ever drove by a spot a few times and decided to give them a try...on this one #KEEPDRIVING .... OMG!!!...How did this place get 3 stars...just left there and waited 10 minutes inside for half fresh and half old chicken...we watched all fresh chicken get pulled and ASKED for the fresh chicken and they STILL gave us old chicken ...and oh yeah and 1 Spicy/ burnt leg...for the record we didnt order spicy.. THEN when we got home we realized they gave us 2 wings 5 Thighs and one spicy burnt leg...No breast at all...NEVER going back!!! Dont waste your money people....
