I got into an auto accident in mid June and immediately called the best personal injury firm in Houston. They instantly got me set up with case managers Liza Gonzales and Laura Magallanes. They were very communicative about the stages they were in for my case, with updates every other week which was very helpful. Very disappointed on how my case was handled. They stopped my physical therapy a long time ago, no f/u appointments, no specialists appointments were scheduled when I requested, customer service called a few times to check how was everything I told them I wasnt happy and even like that nobody followed up with me, now they are about to close my case, and I never recovered from my injuries and I dont know what to do. Every time I day something it they seem not to care.

In September of 2022, I was involved in an auto-accident. In which, I was not the at-fault driver. I had just found out two days prior I would be expecting, after 12 years. My world was completely flipped upside down that day. Six months prior I had been referred to Johnny Papantonakis by JL Carpenter, on an unrelated traffic citation. Mr. Papantonakis took time out of his day to give me very valuable guidance. Little did I know I would need his number, again, months down the road. I reached out to Mr. Papantonakis, and he immediately began working on my case. I never had to deal with the at-faults insurance. Throughout my case, pregnancy and well after, Mr. Papantonakis, & his team, stayed in constant contact. Telly Brodd was like the big sister who stands up for you when you get bullied. I loved how personable she was. Laura, Raven, Alexia, and Liza were all wonderful about always making sure my questions were answered, or information communicated to me. They were consistently checking in to see how I was doing, as well as my baby. I don t even have family that checks in on me as much as they did. This was one of the most stressful, depressing, and painful times in my life. I went from working out twice a day to being able to walk 20 minutes before I had to lay down. My daily tasks became impossible and draining. However defeating my days would feel, I knew I could rest assured I was in the best of hands. I hope no one ever has to deal with the stress and uncertainty that comes with an accident, however should you find yourself in that position. 10/30/2023 - Here is my update, I am still waiting on medical bill documents due to someone dropping the ball. They let Geico stall them for almost 8 months and I really am baffled at my childrens case sitting idle that long. I have a new attorney, new paralegals and legal assistants. Of course there were talks of them doing better and blah blah blah but I have had to call and find out why my case wasnt moving forward. I had to speak to the Ad Litem appointed for my children, just to get them moving again. I wanted to have a better update but my last review still stands. They move extremely slow and do not communicate unless you call or email first. I think if I didnt send their office an email once every two weeks my case will sit for another two years. At this point as much as I have had to do the leg work, I should be filing a Judgment for my fee. I wouldnt recommend this law firm at all. They are slow to move forward and have zero communication with clients. You will find yourself having to complete your own case and paying them 33 1/3 for absolutely nothing but their name being on the file! My kids were in an accident in November, 2021. The staff called me to reach out to the locations to obtain the medical records and bills to move the case forward. I did it despite how I felt about paralegals who should be able to manage this task. Settlement offer came in and now nothing since June. If I could give this firm no stars, I would. I am now having to consistently call with no return calls to follow up on their progress. Crazy.

I had purchased a brand new Jeep in July of 2022 and owned it for less than 48 hours when someone decided to shoot out of a gas station, across two lanes of traffic, and make a left turn into me as I was driving down the street minding my own business.
