We booked this place for my son s funeral repass and could NOT have made a worse decision. This owner shows up to our event, started telling people they had to leave, talked very rude and disrespectful to our volunteers and totally upset a difficult situation. We were so disappointed and embarrassed with his antics we left the venue 2 hours prior to our booked time frame. Now not only is he refusing to refund us for the horrible experience and hours not used he is refusing to return our $250 deposit adding insult to a horrible experience! This owner should never be allowed to run a business and I m sorry if you waste your time/money booking this venue! FYI based on the company s responses to reviews all having the same issues with Tony the owner should speak volumes for this place to be closed and sold to a company that knows how to treat customers!

Thank you Tony for helping us make our mother s birthday celebration spectacular. The location was convenient and can t beat the price in Frisco! The linen color options were exactly what we wanted and the table arrangement worked out perfectly everything looked great. Best of all, our mother, family and friends had great time in your venue.

We had an event scheduled for Friday at 8:30 pm and the owner was supposed to show up at 7:30 to let us decorate. We got there at 7:30 and the owner was nowhere to be found. He finally called back and said he would be there in a few minutes and said that he thought the event was for Saturday. He should up almost an hour later giving us very little time to set up and decorate. One of my family members tried to talk to him about about an accommodation and partial refund to which he refused completely. The situation escalated and the owner began calling my family names, cussing at them, and being very rude.

If I could I will give zero stars to this business. My brother rented this place for my niece s XV, when we got to the place it was closed, dirty and still decorated from the previous party. The irresponsible owner had forgotten the date of the party! How could he forget when he had sign a contract? This is supposed to be a professional business. When the owner showed up (like an hour after he was supposed to) we had to clean it ourselves, so my niece could have her party, since everything was ready and the guests were already there and of course my niece was in tears. He was super rude after my family asked for a partial refund since we were the ones that cleaned up the place for him, didn t have the table clothes that were paid for and the DJ showed up 2 hours after he was supposed to. He justified himself saying that he was going to let them stay 2 more hours after, but everything was already scheduled and we lost 2 hours cleaning and waiting for the DJ. Horrible experience, please read all the reviews before you rent this place. You can tell the owner is rude, and very unprofessional.

I just called a man answered, i had to ask if i was calling the right place. Very rude, and not helpful at all. He told me he would have to call me back then hung up on me. Bad business! But what was surprising was how rude the man answered the phone. If he doesnt like his Job maybe find a new Job.

Just called this place and the guy who answers was extremely rude , will definitely interrupt you and did not even let me complete my thought. Edit (06/30) : It is sad to see them racially stereotyping me. I called in to enquire about renting the venue for a birthday party and these folks perpetuate baseless blatant lies just to discredit a genuine review.

Owner, Tony, is a wonderful host! We ve held several corporate meetings at this location, and we absolutely love the venue. Outside areas need a little TLC for an outdoor event, but the interior is spacious and is equipped with everything needed for just about any event.

Excellent service multiple times with this facility and owner. We have rented the venue for our church, and rented the limo and party van for personal reasons. Everything has been extraordinarily clean, professional and fees reasonable. All of my guests had a great time, things were even better than I expected and that s why we continue to come back! Wishing many more years of success to this business.

The Frisco Party Hall Hosted my daughter s 15th birthday party on December 30th 2016 and it was Amazing. I didnt know that this place existed until I did a quick Google search for party halls and it Popped Up . I immediately called the number and spoke with the owner. He was so nice and polite; he truly made our experience enjoyable. All of the kids really enjoyed the party hall and the DJ. This place truly has an awesome turnkey solution for all of your event needs. We need more people friendly facilities in the city of FRISCO, TX like FRISCO PARTY HALL that services diverse groups of people with excellence. I would recommend everyone to use this facility for their event needs. I give this place 10 stars!!!!!!
