I first heard of Duana when she spoke in a local group of mine. I liked what she was saying so much that I hired her to rework a contract for my business. She took the time to ask me the nuances of my business before taking my original contract and reworking it. I would, and plan on, hiring her to do more contract work for me in the future. After going through 2 attorneys that created one heck of a mess for my divorce decree, Duana Boswell came in and worked hard to re-create a workable agreement that is better suited to my needs. She is knowledgeable in family law and experienced in difficult separations including those that involve child custody and/or domestic violence. I couldn t ask for a better attorney. Boswell Law Firm took my anxiety away through the process and handled my case with integrity and intelligence. I retained the services of this firm to represent me in my highly contested custody case. I was facing a very difficult uphill battle due to very poor previous representation. I was told by several other firms that they would not take my case because they do not like playing clean up after another attorney. After speaking with Ms. Boswell and explaining everything that had transpired, she confirmed that I definitely had a difficult fight on my hands but that she would be willing to fight with me. I am so grateful that I found her. She has done everything that she could to give me a fighting chance. And all of her hard work ultimately paid off in the end. Not only did we end up having a fighting chance, we actually won the case!!! She managed to accomplish what no one else even wanted to attempt. Her and her staff are absolutely amazing and I am eternally grateful!!!
