I LOVE panda, but they messed up the orange chicken sauce and continued to sell it. The sauce tasted way different than usual so I asked the staff if they changed the sauce. Nope. Someone mislabeled the banana flavoring as orange, so we were served banana chicken. There was no attempt to hide the mistake they knew it was messed up. And they didnt offer to change or replace my chicken. It was actually nasty. If you mess up the recipe, dont sell it. We also found a hair in one of our meals. Im so sad.

Had the worst experience with the one of their employees named Jess on Aug 8th 2024. Literally all I asked was if I could sample the new entrée they had or if there was a way to know if it s good and she was very rude and unprofessional immediately claiming it was impossible and it s either I buy it or not. I ve been coming to panda for a while but this was my first night having such a terrible experience. The manager on duty that night was no help either. I was even wondering if it was a race thing. Truth of the matter is customer service should not be lacking this much!

Harassed by a banana bread salesman halfway through my lunch break. Apparently saying no thank you to a guy selling them for his church group makes me a bad person. Come on man. I get one hour to eat in a ten hour shift. Learn how to take no for an answer. Btw the fried rice tastes like the cardboard they serve it in.

Really good location. Dine in area was very clean. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was super friendly and helpful in making decisions. Food was very tasty and delicious. New apple pie rolls were very delicious. The chow mein noodles and white rice was great. Kung Poa chicken and broccoli beef was very good as well. Chicken egg roll seemed to be cooked a little too long but was surprisingly tasty.

If youre in a hurry, find another restaurant. This place was packed! I had to wait 15 minutes for my order, and I counted 12 boxes of food waiting for the cashier. The food is your average fast food Chinese. Im not unhappy, but Im also not overly impressed. This is a great place for the college students!

Great food for fast food in the Chinese industry. Food was fresh and served quickly. Jasmine, our server, was very friendly and helpful, she made great suggestions on what she enjoyed eating. I would suggest this place if your looking for a quick Chinese meal. If an item is unavailable or running out, they will cook it while you wait. I gave it 5 stars! Parking: Plenty parking in the area its in a shopping center.

Often times, they offer very low quality foods that taste awful as compared to other Panda Expresses located elsewhere. For instance, the Panda Express in the city of Victoria, TX, is way better than this place. By expending 3-4 $ more, you can have much better quality foods elsewhere in College Station.

Placed an online order at 11:45am for pickup at 12:30. Arrived at 12:30 and waited 10 minutes before my order was prepared and given to me. My recent experience was really bad. Well, first, for some reason its not possible to make an order online for a plate/bowl because of some technical issues with their website. All other options were like either one entree, one side, or huge mega party order. It just doesnt make sense that you dont let people order online your most sold items. Then, when we walked in and started making an order, we asked if they had any fresher vegetables because those they got looked really old. The worker lady, whose name was Melanie, approached this very disrespectfully and impolitely. Aside from putting her ... face on and giving attitude, she made it seem like it was a big problem and was making fun of it with her coworkers. I understand this is a fast food chain, and I shouldnt expect high quality service, but simple manners and respect are the basics that should be present even in fast food chains. I really hope this situation will be brought to her managers attention.

Me and husband went there for lunch and we thought our service was alright. They were completely out of beverages and didnt offer us tea like everyone else. The food wasnt all that fresh and they gave really small portions of food. I asked to sample the almond crusted chicken and the lady said they arent giving any samples but could put some on plate but failed to do so. I think Ill pass this panda next time.

Delicious, but warm, not hot as usual. I understand they were busy, however they take your order and the food sits until you make it to the register. There were approximately 10 orders ready to be purchased ahead of us. By the time I was able to pay for my noodles & teriyaki chicken bowl, it was warm, not hot. Personally, I like my food hot. Im unsure how they could fix that problem... maybe dont get the food ready while there are still 10+ orders waiting to pay? Other than the temperature, the food was delicious. This experience will NOT hinder me from eating there again, that is for certain!
