For 3 months I have been trying to get this attorney to return my call or set up a consultation. I have a very strong case and no one here seems to be interested in even returning a phone call. I have sent over all of my documents but every time I call I get told that the attorneys are busy with court and will reach out to me. No one ever returns my calls or emails. After reading more reviews I see that this is a pattern. I dont think its too much to ask to simply receive a phone call back. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.

I am very pleased with the service Melissa Moore provided me. I reached out to several attorneys regarding my case and received a few call backs from interested attorneys. However, it was clear that Ms. Moore was the best person for the job when she returned my call. The service Ms. Moore provided was a great load off my shoulders. I was overwhelmed with finding an experienced and knowledgeable attorney. I am very fortunate to have received quality work from Ms. Moore after reaching out to her on such short notice.

I d like to clarify that I am not a client. My review is only based on my consultation and limited engagement as a potential client. My consultation was Friday, 8/25/23 at 3:30pm. I am saying this because many firms try to suggest reviews are fake if it is not highly positive by stating they ve never engaged with a person under the name of the review account. Well like most people I don t use my full legal name for privacy and safety reasons and I expect that a business would understand that. All this to say my review is real. Moore and Associates did not respond to my inquiry in a very timely manner, however, I do not consider this a big issue because I understand that it s possible for them to just have been too busy. I received a call on Thursday 8/24 late in the afternoon around 4pm or close to 5pm to confirm my appointment the next day. On the date and time of my confirmed appointment no one called me. This to me showed that their office may not be on top of things and it reflected negatively on their ability to be on top of things if I was a client. , However, I gave benefit of doubt that maybe the attorneys were still engaged in other consults. I called them myself after waiting 5 minutes. I was then transferred to a lawyer I believe was Ms.Moore. I didn t hear her name very well when she introduced herself but I was told my consult would be with her and so I can only assume it was her. Ms. Moore extended a free consultation which is kind and very much appreciated. She listened a good 30 minutes, which is more than what many firms offer when the consultation is free. However, it wasn t much of a consultation. She interrupted me at some point fairly brute and asked what my desired outcome was.. Also, there wasn t really any advice given or questions answered other than to tell me I need to fill in the EEOC complaint. When I inquired about attempting to negotiate prior to getting into full litigation, she seemed to want to be bothered but she did tell me to send her my severance and she would get back to me. . I felt from the communication tone that she was not interested in negotiating and would only be interested if I was seeking a major lawsuit return. This made me feel she was just money hungry and I needed a firm who would also have empathy and understand the clients feelings so that they would go for bat. The worst part is after she had me e-mail, she didn t get back to me. That shows a lack of professionalism. The firm could have been decent enough to to decline representation so that I wasn t waiting around. Fortunately I had other firms interested , but I did want to consider her/her firm since the reviews seemed mostly positive, but honestly it didn t matter that the firm didn t offer representation, as I don t feel I would have been served properly. The other firms I spoke to felt it was critical that they engage in pre-litigation negotiation and to engage in submitting the EEOC form; Ms. Moore showed that she didn t want to help unless I had a right to sue letter.

Wow! Where do I start. It s not possible to fit my great experience with Moore & Associates in this one review. My attorney was Auriana. From the very start, she made me feel heard She put the battery in my back after my devastating situation. Her work ethics are unmatched, she put great effort into my case and I appreciate her more than she know! In all, I settled for everything that I deserved and some! She s powerful, she s a fighter! This was the best legal representation Ive ever had. Melissa and Curt were always willing to explain our direction and my options thoroughly, always responded back in a timely manner, and were very personable. This guy has no moral compass. Been talking to him for two months. Said he was waiting for the right to sue letter. I got it then said hes not interested. Not a man of the people. He doesnt know the whole story because he didnt listen. Guess its not enough

I have the upmost respect for Moore Associates Rochelle Owens since day one has not only been sincere and caring but has really taken my case as if I was her only client. She will always make you feel like you matter and your case matters. Although my case is still pending I know that I chose the perfect lawyer no hurdle seems to big for her she has yet to throw in the towel and I kmow she could have as most lawyers would have just as a easy way out. I used Melissa and her staff in 2008-2010 due to a discrimination with my employer because of my physical disability. She delivered and always accessible as the chain of events unfolded. Needless to say I am still employed with the same employer as I stood for what I believed in and so did she.
