From the initial consultation, I knew Randall Perrier and his team were the firm for me. Mr. Perrier heard me. He listened and accurately reflected back my concerns. His expertise was invaluable. Resolution could not have happened with out him. He kept me updated at every step. I highly recommend Randall Perrier and his team. Five of five stars.

Mr. Perrier does not explain anything. Perrier is not trustworthy nor does he put his clients needs first. Perrier bills by the hour and thats his priority. He resorted to screaming and yelling at me to force me to sign papers that I did not understand. My sister stole my mothers house using a power of attorney. When my sister tried to illegally sell my mothers house and skip with the money. Perrier sent me an email and stated that They are trying to help you. I blocked the illegal sale with a Real Estate Fraud charge. My sister stole a $30,000.00 SUV out of my mothers estate inventory. Perrier was not interested in getting it back. Oh, we had $155,000.00 missing from the Estate accounts. Randall was not interested in recovering it. Perrier disobeyed Judge Medina Probate Court 2 and did not schedule Mediation. He got to continue charging my case for unnecessary legal fees. Perrier puts in my contract that I will be reimbursed my legal fees if we win. WE WON because of me. He refused to reimburse my legal fees and I have filed a Houston Bar Association Fee Dispute. Once he got my initial money. He just quit doing his duties. No Discovery Initiated, No Request for Production and no Deposition of my sister who stole everything out of my mothers Estate. Luckily, I procured documents needed to prove my case.

Randall and his paralegal Jessica were both extremely professional and responsive to my needs. I needed an Affidavit of Heirship and they did everything in their power to help make the process timely as I was trying to purchase a home. They were caring and helpful during the process. I will definitely be using them for future estate planning.

Randall Perrier is very skilled at getting to the heart of the matter and producing the document (trust, agreement, corporate resolution) to handle your personal or business needs. As a CPA, I have had many mutual clients with the Perrier Firm and found him to be a zealous advocate and a great empathetic listener to his clients. I have also used Randalls services personally for will and trust purposes and have loved the personal care he provides.

Randall Perrier is a very professional and extremely knowledgeable Board certified probate attorney. Mr. Perrier always quickly returned my calls and responded to my emails. His paralegal was also very responsive. Thankfully he charged a flat fee that was less than other firms I called; no hidden fees. I highly recommend him.
