Charles Ganz and his assistant Dalilah are excellent professionals, and I am very grateful for how they managed my case. I had a DUI in my second year of medical school, and I thought I was not going to be able to graduate and was not getting into the residency I wanted. Mr. Ganz was sincere with me since the first time we met and explained the rigorous and lengthy, but very effective, process to get an expunction. Not only was I able to obtain an expunction, I also matched into my second choice for residency. I wouldnt have been able to achieve it without the help of his firm, and I highly recommend him.

Just during the consultation it was easy to see Charles was very engaged in my case and genuinely cared. This guy doesn t buddy up with the prosecution to get a quick plea deal. He fights and he has proven time and time again that he wins. Needless to say my case was dismissed. I referred my friend and brother in law to him as well. Both of their cases were dismissed no plea, no pretrial diversion just dismissed. Thank you Charles for not rushing into a bad deal like some others would , and fighting for a win, and of course thank you Delilah!!! Y all are by far the best!! So glad we hired Mr. Ganz. He was always upfront and professional. After a close family member got into some legal problems, we came across his name. He and his staff were always available to answer any question, even for my Spanish speaking parents at literally all hours of the day and night. It was a long fight, but one worth fighting. In December of 2018, my younger brother was wrongfully arrested for driving while intoxicated. He had never been in trouble, much less received a parking ticket. When the arrest happened, it felt like the whole family was arrested. I am grateful we were referred to Mr. Ganz, as a family we all felt comfort in knowing we made the right choice in retaining him. My daughter was referred to Charles Ganz and I could not have been more than satisfied with the work that he did for her. My family has used him TWICE. The first time I used him I was arrested for criminal tresspass. The complainant was a pastor and an off duty sheriff. Charles T. Ganz Esq. got the case dismissed with out me even having to plead. He is a competent attorney. He does not like to loose. The second time my family used him was hen my son was arrested for multiple felonies. Possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and some other serious charges. My son even violated his conditions and had his bond revoked during the time leading up to trial. Mr. Ganz made all the life ruining charges go away and got my son time served. He didnt get any felony convictions on his record and can still have a CHL or open carry. This guy is the real deal in defense!!

After being referred by a close to friend on finding a lawyer, he pointed me to right path of hiring Mr. Ganz as my attorney. He is always on top of his stuff and such a hardworking man that he definitely knows what he is doing. His secretary is absolutely phenomenal as well as she reminds you of court dates and keeping me up to date on what is going on. Charles is an excellent lawyer to say the least! This man literally answered his phone every time I called no matter what time of the day it was. He is also very detailed about everything that he says, whenever I did have a question or concern. He has taken care of several of my cases and Ive received great results every time! My son was arrested basically because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was a very hard time for us as hes young and just starting out on his own.
