Cordial and aware of patient needs

After three visits, my next one will be the first with the actual doctor. Im on a major medication, based on coordination between the doctor and their physicians assistant, who is leaving the office. I am continuing as a patient with a heavy sense of skepticism. It is a benefit that you can read your records through a web portal, the first time I have taken Ive taken advantage of such a thing.

I had some scheduling discrepancies that they ended up accommodating on their end. My actual visit was informative & Stefanie was great! I will be making this my primary location.

No waiting; appt time was on time. .. Took time to answer all questions & explain meds including usage, possible interactions & what to expect. Dr. Lai-Zayas and staff have been my primary care for about ten years or so. They have always been able to accommodate my Healthcare needs in office visits as well as an urgent same day visit. They will take care of you as family.

Great the Practitioner was nice and very explanatory she seem very understanding. Dr. Lai Zaya is great but, she is kind of strict which I know it is for our own benefit but, when your sick it is worse to hear the truth. She need to just treat patient let go. O well..

Dr. Lai Zayas is wonderful. She cares about her patients. They are not just a number to her. Her exams are through and if she feels theres any doubt in her mind she will order test and refer you to a specialist. Her staff is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and profesional. They always return your calls and do what they say they will do. I am very satisfied with this office. It is also immaculate. They take all the covid precautions. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great doctor who cares.

My doctor referred me to Dr. Lester. I didn t even get to see the doctor. I saw his assistant and wasn t even examined. My doctor was not happy that the doctor did not even take the time to see me. I was referred to another doctor.
