Ordered a large order online. It was ready when we got there. But it sat on the shelf for half an hour. While the cashier yelled at everyone to back up and wait and she said it s fine if y all get upset. The shelf was full! Of all our food getting cold while she s being extra. (At least 10 orders on the shelf and we are all there waiting) I ve worked fast food and I get it, it s frustrating. Some days are hard and long but you can yell at people and talk to people like that. Then another man comes out and yells at us and tells us she s doing her best but there s the door if we want to leave. Like what?! My foods already paid for. Finally a young man comes out and he was so HELPFUL. Started calling out orders and got our drinks and everyone was taken care of. But now the foods literally cold at this point. So I paid for cold food. So be aware when you order online. And no one had name tags wonder why?

This Taco Bell is just as slow as the one in Midland! Wow. I placed order using the app at 8:38 pm and finally got 3 tacos at 8:59. There are currently 7 tables waiting for food, no one (zero customers) is actually eating. Everyone just waiting all grumpy. I don t understand this. All Taco Bell s are very busy but what is it with these that make them so painfully slow? Awful experience with this location the food did not live up to the company standards that I have come to know, they didnt even put beef in 2 of my tacos and the service was just as bad, the gentleman taking our order had a thick accent and was not clear spoken, he became visually upset and hostile when I said Im sorry could you repeat that after not clearly understanding him. The accent was not the issue it was the mumbling that caused miscommunication. I should have just left at that point but I had been on the road 10 hours i was tired and starving. Avoid this location they are highly unprofessional.

For once they were not taking forever, but my son asked for the crunchy burritos two of them without any vegetables. When I got my order, I checked his one burrito was just fine full of me the second one was broken in pieces and barely any meat in it nothing like the first burrito. I ve asked if they can correct it one of their little girls on the line, caught a whole attitude snatched the burrito off the counter when she started making it, I ve been asked her if she can add lettuce because my son then changed his mind just for the one that she was correcting. I told her if she could add it she caught a whole attitude, rolled her eyes and was not trying to even be discreet about it. I told her if it s going to be a problem, she can leave it alone or get someone else, she yelled back at me while it wasn t on the order I didn t even see any lettuce on it. I said that is fine but if it s gonna be a problem you can put the food down and I told her she had the right one today cause I m not with the foolishness . Amber was her name the young little heifer that was on the line the manager that was on duty her name was Abby and she did give me the district managers name which is David. I will be waiting for a response because that was definitely disrespectful. If I wasn t mistaken, it was nothing but Mexican people in there and she didn t have no issues with anybody else that was questioning or having questions about their food but the one and only Black people that were in there. Oh, she wanted to get rowdy with. Yes and I m definitely taking it there because it was definitely noticed . Out of character and out of line and my son was right there witnessing the whole thing.

I made an online order and waited for about 10 minutes before leaving my house. I kept watching the app, waiting for an update, I just figured it wasnt working. Its a 7 minute drive to Taco Bell, so Ive waited for 17 minutes so far. I go in, people everywhere, I was looking for the zombies! Nobody had any food nor were they eating. Nobody is in line so i go to the register. Im not even joking, it took 12 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was standing there. I told them I had an online order, she pointed to a sign that basically said, youre going to be waiting for 20-45 minutes to get your order. So, I mathed and figured, okay, a little over 30 minutes since I made my order, I only have to wait around 15 minutes. Nope, it took exactly another 37 minutes for them to get the order out. While it was hot and fresh and the food was okay, it just took entirely too long to execute a single order. They need to change something in that store because the current system is not working. Parking: Watch where you park or youll get trapped in by the drive-thru line when its busy.
