Its a great place to eat. It is a little on the high side, and the portions are small. The value really isnt there. Be advised to order at least a couple of appetizers so youre not hungry still after you eat. Other than that it is a nice, clean, friendly restaurant. Cheers...

The Lazy Dog was a good choice for a small gathering. The food was good standard american fair. The server had a couple more tables than she could handle to make the service great, but it was good. All in all its a step up from a Chillis.

4 adults, 3 kids. We were asked to wait 15-20 minutes with 3 small children in an empty restaurant. 6-8 groups of 4 who arrived after us were seated while we waited. Other than that, our waitress was awesome and food was pretty good.

Great place for any occasion! Dinner date with your special someone? Check. Grab a bite and drinks with your buddies? Check. Wanna watch the game on the big screen with the family? Also check. You can even bring your dog and sit by the outdoor fire pit! on Lazy Dog is nice enough for special celebrations and casual enough for game night. They have a wide variety of delicious fresh beer brewed in-house by Lazy Dog. Their menu is just as diverse and so far I havent tried anything I didnt like! Highly recommended!

Came to this gem and it was amazing. From our server Alison who has the voice of an angel, she walked us through the menu and I got the Bison Meatlof . Now that was enough as I drooled over my twisted Fanta with vanilla bean. Then Curtis (manager) comes over with a welcome and gifts us with garlic waffle fries. This place is warm and welcoming, what more can you ask for. Go check them out and let me know what you think. Ask for Allison, she ll take care of you. Thanks guys and keep up the amazing vibes.

JTTTTTT!!! This is my first time in Texas and our first experience at this restaurant. Omg I am very picky so I asked our server JT for recommendations and he delivered!! I don t normally like pb&j but wanted a burger and he recommended the pb&j burger with Cajun fries and some additional changes due to my taste preference. LET ME TELL YOU!! If you are ever here please request him, he will not let you down!! From the service to the communication to the recommendations he DELIVERED!! I ve never received this level of customer service at a new restaurant and he blew my expectations. The food came out hot and I wasn t able to even take a picture because I started eating. From the appetizer, meal and dessert that was followed I have nothing bad at all to say. COME HERE and ask for him, you won t be disappointed.

I recently dined at Lazy Dog and had a wonderful experience! I ordered the fish tacos, which were incredibly crispy and flaky absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. My husband opted for the Parmesan chips as an appetizer, and he thoroughly enjoyed them; they were a perfect start to our meal. A special shoutout goes to our hostess, JT, who truly made our visit memorable. From the moment we walked in, she welcomed us with warmth and genuine care, making us feel right at home. Her amazing personality added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. We left feeling satisfied and excited to return, especially to take advantage of the beer club that Lazy Dog offers. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we can t wait to repeat! Came for the pet friendly experience. While training my pup to be a service dog we have to get out into public places often. We decided to get Lazy dog a shot! We sat on the patio at night, still in summer but they had some food fans blowing. Wasn t too busy on the patio for a Saturday night. We were greeted in a timely manner, ordered fast and food came out fast. They have a pup menu with two dish options and some water. Frankie went with the grilled chicken, white rice and veggies and he loved it. I went for the lemon chicken plate and it was delicious. Root beer was flat but our server happily replaced with a lemonade I feel bad I did not get our waiters name but he was working on 8/31/2024 on the patio! Waiters and staff were very respectful of my pup, as it s a rule they cannot touch them, they didn t make a big deal to get him all excited and worked up which I appreciated since we are training. My one complaint, which is it anyone s control but they don t have a whole lot of ramp/wheel accessible entrances to get up and on the sidewalk for people in a wheelchair/scooter Or people with pet strollers or children strollers. We will definitely be back to try more items once cooler weather is here.

First of all, a huge thank you to KARLEY for providing a great dining experience by being super attentive and very friendly, we were happy to have you as our waiter. Absolutely a great place to dine, I went for my anniversary unsure what to expect since it was a last-minute decision, but Im sure glad this was the place we ended up at. The queso dip was delicious, I loved that the cheese wasnt just your standard cheese like other restaurants. It had volume and scooped like a thick sauce rather than runny white/yellow cheese, it didnt taste like it came out of a bag. The cilantro and cheese sprinkled on top was the final touch that brought flavors that I can describe as home. The fried chicken salad was delicious with the various sauces and the unforgettable cornbread croutons. I will update this review to add more details later

The restaurant was packed from the moment we got there until we left (2hrs). We ordered Apps for the table (lettuce wraps, buffalo cauliflower, and deviled eggs). The deviled eggs were different, in a good way, and the lettuce wraps and buffalo cauliflower were good but not great. The tuna bowl was fresh and very colorful but needed a bit more flavor. The Thai salad was fresh and crunchy and the dressing was balanced. Next time I plan to try the PBJ burger. We got the peach sangria and it was lackluster. Overall gave middle of the road vibes. I will give it another chance and be a bit more adventurous to see if that changes my mind.

Allison was an absolutely amazing server. New York strip tastes like Gordon Ramsey made it. Bar was packed full of good service and management even brought us complimentary parmesan waffle fries. First time trying Lazy Dog. Nice place. Got there not long before evening happy hour started. At first we got a small bite to hold us over until then. Had the fries and mini corn dogs. Fries were great. Mini corn dogs were burnt. Enjoyed the options of sauces, though only the mustard and (I think it was) the BBQ made sense with the dish. Mustard was great. Spicy sauce was ok, the other was way off. Didnt work at all. The maple bacon old fashioned was very good. Im a scientist behind the bar myself and I enjoyed it very much. Just a touch on the sweet side, but it was good. Kudos to whomever threw Montenegro in there. Great beginner amaro. Didnt expect to see that on a corporate restaurant menu. Too much bacon on the garnish. Cut it in half and slide half in the drink. Cut the sweetness down in the batch and the sweetness from the halved bacon slice in the drink will balance it out and youll maximize your profit because bacon is not cheap. Parmesan Garlic wings were very disappointing and the chicken with the lettuce wraps was super dry. Service is what gives it 3 stars for sure. Camila was our server. She checked up semi-frequently which was good. Didnt know anything about what was on the evening happy hour menu, so I asked for one. Had to get up to get it from the hostess stand. She forgot my drink at the bar and I had to remind her. Didnt know any of the flavors for the wings. Made no suggestions. Never prebussed- I had to ask her to. A hostess was having a disgreement with a possible employee/guest at the door. Another employee came into our section and was talking on her phone. Please review and evaluate our servers performance, maybe retrain steps of service. Check the staff.

Amazing place! First time eating here and we were not disappointed. Food was fantastic and the menu is extensive! Atmosphere was nice. I ve been to other lazy dog locations and loved the food so I ordered takeout from this location and calling in an order here was by far the worst call in experience I ve ever had.. I called in the First Lady began taking my order then after I told her everything she tells me to hold for one moment and I sat on hold for 10 minutes someone else answered and said hello did the whole greeting asked how can they help me I said well I was in the middle of placing an order then was put on hold he apologized and said he needed to transfer me to takeout. I waited on hold for another 5 minutes someone else answers I told her the same thing and she again told me she had to transfer me to takeout once again was on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up and about to order somewhere else but I called back again the guy answers I told him everything again. He said he needed to transfer me to takeout a moment later the lady answered she apologized and told me I was probably transferred to their call center and the center closes at 10 and that was probably the reason of the transfers. She told me my order was in the cart she sees it but it was never submitted. She submitted it and apologized again for the delay. I just couldn t believe the fact they have a call center to take the call in orders and at 10 on the dot they close and can t even submit your order before ending their shift? My food was great despite the fact I didn t get any barbecue sauce on my burger like I requested but needless to say I will never callin to place an order here ever again and will never recommend anyone do so either. If you want to do a pickup order I d recommend doing so online or going in person.

A mixed bag here. First, the food was absolutely amazing. The food will bring me back repeatedly no matter the downfalls Second, the service,waiter, was not good. Twenty minutes after we sat down before we ordered. The ice in our drinks was melted by the time they were brought out. Third, it was incredibly loud. I could not hear the waiter when he spoke. And there is no way a normal conversation level will do. I compare it to a small school cafeteria on a field day level. Finally, to reiterate how good the BBQ Bison Meatloaf, Candy bacon, and the ranch cheeseburger were. I will be back. I just hope for a better waiter. And a quieter time.

Happened to be super close to our hotel so, why not? First night we went for the umami fries, I got the amazing slow cook carnitas and my hubby got the . All amazingly delicious. Next day I got the salmon with white rice and my husband said it was the best wedge salad he ever had and the fried chicken was awesome, Oh and our server got us the goat cheese appetizers, so good! This place is sooooo good. The decor is simply yet rustic with a cabin in the wild feeling and beautiful pictures of dogs in the outdoors on the walls. The music is loud enough to hear but doesn t make it difficult to hear the person across from you, it does have a today s music feel to it that doesn t really match the atmosphere. Our server for this visit was very nice and seemed more than happy to ask any questions or help picking out the best meals. We never felt pressured to quickly pick anything or we were taking too much time to pick. The food was incredible, a remix of classic American foods. For our specific visit, we ordered cheese curds (beautiful, but best to eat them fresh), crispy deviled eggs (they were alright and a good experience but not something I would order again), chicken lettuce wrap (tasted wonderful and fresh, it does have macadamia nuts mixed into the chicken and served with peanut sauce that gives it a natural sweet flavor and crunchy texture), and a bison burger (it was so juicy and meaty with soft buns and a side of soft, crispy fries, even though the texture was similar to beef, the taste was somewhat unique but I will MOST DEFINITELY order this treasure again).

If you re looking for a fantastic meal at an affordable price, Lazy Dog is the place for you. The staff and servers are friendly and very attentive. Where do I start? We love this place; the staff here are awesome; the food is delicious; the atmosphere is amazing; and there are lots of food options. All the staff is awesome, but I d like to shout out a specific manager who s amazing at his job and definitely deserves a raise: my good friend Andrew. Gladys, our waitress, was AWESOME. I ordered the Buffalo cauliflower and in my head was expecting it to be tossed in Buffalo sauce, but the sauce was drizzled on top. Gladys took it back and got it tossed for me, no problem. When boxing up leftovers, I asked for a container for my extra wing sauce, but she brought me a whole new, fresh one to-go. Man oh man, JT was absolutely one of best servers I ve had in recent memory. He was Johnny on the spot with everything, including appetizer recommendations, food suggestions, down to the recommended sauce pairing. The food was good, but JT single-handedly made my experience great and I ll be back. You could have served me cardboard and I d have been hard-pressed to not give 5 stars on the service alone, oh and that pepper sauce.

Food was good. Hazy IPA beer was great. We stopped here unplanned because our son became hangry out of the blue. The server Patrick made sure his order came out quickly. Being that it was our first time, Patrick gave us a waffle fries appetizer that was great and such a nice gesture! You don t see service like that anymore. Everything was amazing! Came in a couple days after hurricane Beryl. Allison was super sweet and really enjoyed our experience. The drinks were so good, my brother shared it with the floor! (Luckily he saved the glass) Pull pork sandwich 9/10 Parmesan Chicken 8/10 (thought the sauce was little bland, but everything else was delicious) Cheese Curds 10/10 obviously, you can t go wrong with fried cheese. Got to talk to the manager as well, unfortunately didn t catch his name, but super nice and funny as well. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be back. We ve come to the Lazy dog as a place where we can comfortably bring our dog. They have a large patio with heaters and fans to make it more comfortable. The happy hour drink options are great! The food is pretty good, with large portions and a big variety. They even have two bowl options for dogs

UPDATE*** Most recent visit we ordered the Sweet & Spicy Bowl, which was great but I would have preferred the chicken to be wok cooked instead of fried but the flavor was great. Also ordered was the pot Roast Beef Dip, which was excellent and also the Chili Crunch Ahi Tuna Bowl which was also excellent. Laid back atmosphere with great ambiance. Large menu with excellent choices. Service is casual and not rushed. We choice the blackened chicken burrito bowl and the pot roast beef dip sandwich. Both were served hot and fresh from the open kitchen. The burrito bowl is a deconstructed chipotle type bowl with all the ingredients carefully and visually appealing arranged. It was delicious. The pot roast sandwich was tender and juicy served with a side of horseradish sauce and au jus. Both entrees were perfect. Will definitely be back.

This was our first time to dine-in, but we have had delivery and take-out many times, including their amazing classic TV Dinners! The food was outstanding, so flavorful and well thought out. We were there for brunch on a busy Sunday, and the service was fast and attentive. We got the Crispy Deviled Eggs, really delicious, Lumberjack Pancake Tacos 10/10, and the Chilaquiles, which were bursting with flavor and so filling! Do not skip the Bacon Candy! It is craveable! The Huckleberry Lemonade was so refreshing The road trip bowls are a highlight for delivery, and we have loved all of the frozen TV dinners, and they are a great price!

This is my first and last time dinning here. When arriving the host was super sweet. Once seated it took approximately 10 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. Once we got our beverages it then took forever for her to return to take our entree order. After finishing our meal we then faced challenges with her returning to the table so we had to flag another server down so we could pay and leave. She then Approached the table when she saw the other server assisting. The food was not the best. So between the service and food that is why we will not return. This is totally my family experience so I hope others is better. You never know who you have coming into your establishment so always be on point.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Lazy Dog is not an animal shelter, a dog boarding place, or a hot dog restaurant! We had some extra time to kill, so we decided to check it out as it was conveniently close to our location. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was friendly and fun. The service from the hostess to our waitress was phenomenal. Although I didn t catch their names, one of the managers, Jim, was hilarious and welcoming. Upon learning that it was our first visit, he brought us complimentary fries with a special sauce, which were absolutely delicious. This gesture really set the standard for exceptional customer service. What stood out the most was their promptness and attentiveness. Even though we took our time deciding on our order because everything on the menu looked so good, they checked in regularly to ensure we were being taken care of. The atmosphere was lively but not too loud, making it a great spot for lunch on a Friday. There was plenty of parking, which is always a plus. As for the food, we tried the sweet potato tater tots, pulled pork sandwich, Korean chicken, and mini corn dogs. The mini corn dogs were crispy and delicious, reminiscent of carnival treats. The pulled pork sandwich was amazing, and even after reheating it in my air fryer later, it was still delicious as a late-night snack. I knew it wasnt going to be good once was greeted or lack of, at the front. The host and the manager looked at me and didnt say anything until I said where can I sit. The host sat me at a table and put the menu across from me after I sat with an attitude. I waited 15 minutes while watching 2 girls filling ketchup and grabbing a broom just kept looking my direction. My menu was closed which would signal someone to see I was ready which which no one came by so I decided to leave. Had I picked bar seating I bet I would have been served. Also the restaurant was quite gross tables not cleared for quite a bit. I decided to go to a mom and pop restaurant after and got top notch service.

I had a Buffalo burger and it was greasy. Unlike beef, Buffalo meat is lean and it would be somewhat dry. This one was sliding off the buns with grease. It was ok, it just needed less oil. Overall, this is a great place, the atmosphere felt like a Friday night, and my server was outstanding! The wait time was acceptable since we had a party of 12. Give it a try and judge for yourself. Atmosphere is great, food is good, only bad thing, but important, is, the last 2 times Ive been there, theyve tried to over charge me both times. When happens more than once you start to wonder. If you go, review your bill closely. Then last night, even though server wrote it down to put the dressing on the side, sure enough it came back all in the salad. They also do not have any bread or chips with your meal like similarly priced restaurants in the area. Vegetarian options: Salads. Parking: Large, busy place. Maybe they expect you to park across the street at bank at night?
