Used the app to order a pizza & salad for later today curbside, order was ready and delivered with a smile. Love the way the crust cooks up and the flavor of the ingredients, we do sometimes add extra toppings we happen to have at home like a shake of Italian herbs, diced onion and a sprinkle of Paprika.

This manager needs to get some help over here to this store. We literally waited in the drive thru for 30min before we even moved up. There were two girls with a counter full of tickets to be made up. We love Papa Murphy s but I felt bad for those girls.

I used the location in Round Rock off Hwy 79; loved it!! Now I use the one here in Leander and have been disappointed yet! They have great salads, cheesy bread, and MY FAVORITE cookie dough!! P.S. you can add a tip at checkout. Keep up the great work!!!

I have enjoyed the Papa Murphy s Pizza for a couple of years. But the last two pizza s that I purchased have been very greasy, almost like it was soaked in oil. I hope that they are not starting to use cheap ingredients on their pizzas. I didn t want to rate them to low but please get back to the standard you once had.

I ordered 2 pizzas tonight. One was a thin crust bacon, artichoke & chicken, the other was a VEGAN garden delight, specified all veggies, NO CHEESE. My husband picked them up, came home, got ready to bake them and saw that the veg one was FULL OF CHEESE, the very thing I had specified to leave off. I have worked hard all day in the yard and was excited to eat my pizza and now can t. I m not sure where the miscommunication happened, but I clearly specified no cheese. So, darn. I m super disappointed.

This review will help those of you who are not used to the take out - cook home style. I m one of those clients who didn t know that Papa Murphy s didn t actually bake their pizzas so I ordered and my husband went to pick them up and we thought it was a joke that we paid a regular price for a full baked Pizza, and still had to cook it at home. The experience was weird but it was just the first time. Now, I love Papa Murphys! The Leander store is amazing. Everyone is very happy, excited to serve you, and they educate you on how to order. It s amazing!

I came in to pick up my online order yesterday (Sept 21 at 14:00) and although there appeared to be only one young woman working she had my pizzas ready and the order was correct. She even stopped what she was doing just to stamp my card and was very polite and friendly. Its little things like this that make the world better.

The store was extremely busy and the employee handed me the wrong pizzas. Unfortunately, I did not notice the error until i had already driven ten miles home and I wasnt about to drive another twenty miles to correct the problem. The pizzas were okay but they were not what I ordered and paid for. Might I suggest someone be dedicated to double checking the orders before they are given to the customer like the pass through in a restaurant.

I really think there should be an option for a half and half on the stuffed pizzas. On the first layer on the sides of the crust or on the paper it sits on, make cuts or mark where the halfway line down the pizza would be that way when the top layer goes on you know which side the top layer will also receive the half of which ingredients.

Ordered online, know from experience that order is never ready on the time you request. But we like the pizza, so its tolerable. Tonight was by far thier worst effort. Ordered 45 minutes early, showed and checked they had received our order, yes. After shopping at 2 other stores came back and still no pizza. Apparently online orders are done after walk-ins. So i guess its Digiornos from now on.

Worst Customer Service recieved anywhere. Ordered online and waited 35 minutes more after arriving later than the promised time. This was not the first time that I have had to wait. There was another Customer that came in to pick up a Call In Order while I was there and they had not started his 3 Pizzas either, then they charged this him incorrectly. Love Papa Murphys Pizzas, but will go to a different location next time.

The pizzas good, and I like that you bake it yourself because it tastes much fresher than typical fast food pizza. However, the employees have no sense of time with phone-ahead or online orders. Whats the point of choosing a pickup time if they arent going to start making your order until you get there?
