Don t waste your time trying to tour this facility. We were told to be there at a certain time only to find out we had to tour the facility alone since they were busy with another customer, after waiting 40 minutes we had to ask how much longer, only to be told they were still busy and we could reschedule if we wanted to. Our time was completely wasted. Bad management.

Wonderful space, great amenities and excellent customer service. The Highlands team was helpful and very quick to reply to our inquiries. The entire team was fantastic. They are professionals who made the day and entire process to smoothly. This luxury event space truly delivers on all fronts. The venue is beautiful and suitable for all needs! I HIGHLY recommend this venue for all types of events!
