The Food is fresh & is very good here The service is Good & they get your order correct & I havent had any issues & they attend you very quickly Its a very clean environment, which puts me at ease, so if you like a clean area to eat I highly recommend The only issue is that it just doesnt have a big lobby, but I havent seen it get busy, but I think its only because of the location.

I have been to several places in the valley and I can say that the experience will change depending on where you go. In general I like it a lot, I just would prefer the chicken to have a little less fat but otherwise I like its flavor.

Nothing personal, but there aint no atmosphere at fast food. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and got stuck with what was left over. I have worked fast-food and hated when people came when we had cleaned up to close. So I get it... But it would have been nice to get fresh food. /shrug Parking: Small store parking lot, primarily built for drive thru and take out. Wheelchair accessibility: Entry doors are wide, flat level entry no steps. They do have handicap seating wheel up a d eat.

I just went by there. I had to wait a little for my sandwich. But the manager, gave me a drink to tide me over. She was such a wonderful host. Then my food came out a few minutes later, fresh and hot. Their chicken sandwich is second to none. It was delectable!!! I didnt get the name of the manager but she, and her crew, were amazing. Maybe add a little more gravy to the mashed potatoes . Thank you for a great meal and for your hospitality

It absolutely makes a difference when your entire team works together. Gets along and provides excellent customer service and fresh hot food. I am amazed with this location. I live nearby and Ive experienced. Other times at this same location with different team members that were not delivering the expected customer service and hot food. I would like to say Congratulations to this team here at this location. You all are doing a great job, keep it up. Work together, keep the food coming out fresh and hot. Excellent service, I ordered my order online through Google but when it arrived the manager or manager did not appear. He was very friendly and even though my order had not arrived, they attended to me quickly. The best option is to download the application to place orders and they register from that day on, download the application and everything is excellent.

I dont understand every time I get out of work I stopped by churches that never had chicken I noticed a pattern around 8:30. they dont cook no more chicken. And before you in order by the intercom theyre telling you theres a 30-minute wait on chicken discouraging customers. Sometimes loyal customers get out of work and the last thing they want to do is wait 30 minutes to get food. please someone fix this. Tomorrow Ill be calling corporate as well. But always the same story. Smh

Was very upset with the service I got because I walked up to go into the place to place my order the doors were all locked and it was not even 6:30 when I went they yelled that the drive-thru was only thing open so I go down through the drive-thru and I asked the girl why it was locked and she said because theyre only two workers working at that time yet they had customers inside eating but they had the doors locked during business hours and then she had the nerve to start telling me things because I asked her its still business hours you should have the doors open so she took it upon herself to start telling me things and I didnt really appreciate that because my remark is a valid point which 6:30 are still Churchs business hours she didnt have to take it upon herself to tell me things she is still a Churchs worker and Im a Churchs customer I will never go to that Churchs again I probably will go to some of the other ones that I have gone to but not to that one thanks to that one girl

This location may be a franchise. When I see an advertisement for a special on tv, and then go to the store to try to purchase it, they do not have it; that leads me to believe that they are a franchise. The staff is friendly, the food is good, but if I see a two-piece chicken with a biscuit and jalapeno on TV for $2.99, I would like to purchase it without driving across town to the other location. Good food, fresh chicken, prompt, customer service was good on the mic. Got to window and the manager had to ruin it all with his sour attitude. Tried joking with him at the window just to make conversation while we waited and he looked at us like we were bothering him. Gave us a dirty smirk and slammed the window shut. Freaking rude. Even his employee looked at him in shock. Needs training from his employee on customer service skills. They forget the customer is your paycheck.

1st time trying the chicken sandwich. Its a great deal meal for $5.99! Comes with drink and fries. My family loved it. I got original and my son & husband spicy. Theres also came with a jalapeno. Also got green beans. Great flavor. The customer service was excellent, friendly and fast. We went at the perfect time no waiting in line.
