Ordered $1 Frosty and was charged for medium. Received no fries. I also got a 6 piece chicken nuggets and the total was $7.45. They didn t give me a receipt so I didn t know until i called to complain about the size of the Nuggs . They re so small they wouldn t fill up a 4 year old. Also, they were NOT sauced and tossed . They were dry and hard and they just gave me 1 little packet of dipping sauce. Not at all as advertised on TV. Very disappointing and WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the food I received. At least the manager said she would give me a medium Frosty for free the next time I was there. No idea when that will happen but I don t know that I ll buy food there again.

Evening order where every car was asked to pull through and wait for drive through orders. I ordered in the app, but still waited forever AND had to remind them of my drink. No apology for the wait (20+ minutes) No inside customers, just four or five cars waiting in a line for far too long.

The food gave me food poisoning. The lady in the drive thru had a very nasty attitude without being provoked. A large Hispanic woman. And to add insult to injury, we waited for almost 10-15 minutes for bad food. It didn t taste or smell bad, so there was know way I could ve known it was bad, but it sure made me sick. The OVERALL experience was horrible.

My family has had a business in the Garland area for over 30 years. Weve ordered almost every Sunday from the Wendys off Garland Ave and for the last 3 years,the service has been terrible. The hispanic manager is always messing up orders and when her staff tries to correct orders they mess up, she becomes VERY rude and combative. This afternoon we ordered a nugget meal, a biggie bag meal, two salads and 2 drinks. Our only request was no cheese or ketchup on the burger...simple enough.That upset her. THEN I asked for light ice on the drinks then she told me Im ordering too much and just drive around because she doesnt have TIME to verify our order. THEN she threw the food at me and also became upset when I asked for a drink carrier for all 4 drinks. Then she will ask you to fill out a survey to get free food, as if shes trying to forge good surveys with horrible sevice! Her employers ofte look horrified as they are trying their best to help people while also trying to appease their boss.Well never go to this location again and its quite sad to see this location go to the dumps over mismanagement. Please do better and treat paying customers with respect, regardless of race or food allergy.

I usually love this place, the day service is phenomenal. Now that it is summer, the late night service is HORRIBLE. We arrived at 12:50PM and ordered a burger, the young man took the order. When we asked for large with the combo, he said that they were out of fries. Out of fries? Are yall already closed? A young lady then came on and said, Yes and by out of fries we mean were out of everything. with a strong annoyance in her tone of voice. Horrible. Look, you took the job and youre getting paid. We all start somewhere. If the job requires serving until 1PM, that means 1PM. The owner makes money with the orders that you take and serve so that, guess what, you can get paid. If no customers come in for an hour and you sit doing nothing, would you think it would be ok if you dont get paid for that hour? No, you wouldnt. If youre rude, guess what? A Karen will post a review and tell all about it. It behooves you to present yourself in a professional manner and do your job per the requirements.. That is how adulting works especially if you ever want to grow or at the very least, keep your job.

Wendys restaurants have always been nice inside and almost never crowded. But the quality of the food has gone downhill. Burgers are supposed to be fresh meat. But they have become the same cardboard McDonalds serves. As for the service, with no customers you would think the staff would be more attentive. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Always messing up orders especially the chicken nuggets (they always give me spicy nuggets instead of regular for my toddler s) even when I specifically ask them to make sure they don t give me spicy nuggets. When you call they hang up on you or don t answer. ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED IN THE EVENINGS TIL CLOSE. I am literally here now, had to come back because my nuggets were given to me spicy again. My experience was awful .. as soon I walk in I notice the gentlemen (Jose) didn t want to take the order it s a pretty hot day have kids with me wanted some chocolate frosty s He answered back it was not working too me it seem he was lying I question him back saying if it was not ready yet or something? So after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru for my order (2 spicy chicken sandwiches) they kept telling us hold on please the chicken is still cooking . We finally get them , and go home just to sit down and eat and when I took that first bite that chicken was not cooked the texture was hard rubber and still looked uncooked. I called we had to go back up there with the sandwiches so she could show the cook whatever. We wait another 25 mins to get out sandwiches and ONLY sandwiches. She didn t bother to throw anything else in there for the inconvenience not not fried or nothing. By the time we came back home obviously my fries were cold and rock hard. At this point I wish I would have just got my money back but that didn t seem like an option and #2 with all that waiting I lost my appetite. So disappointed Desha was the manager that night.

I ordered on the app pulled up to drive thru about 10 minutes later and was asked to hold on. I sat there for 5 minutes and there was only one other car in drive thru. I finally drive around and went inside to get my food but it wasn t ready and I still had to wait for them to prepare it. Went through the drive thru, male taking orders is always nice and respectful if you ask him a question he WILL find the answer but unfortunately the employees in the front window screw it up for him. The food was good but the service wasnt the best. Definitely didnt feel welcomed when I was there. I had to wipe my table down to make it clean enough to eat on. My baconater fries were just cheesy fries. Atleast they did their job. Vegetarian options: They have salads and other stuff that doesnt have meat. Dietary restrictions: They are trained to know if there is something that is common for dietary restrictions. Parking: There is always enough parking. Plus there is Walmart parking if you absolutely need to park. Kid-friendliness: They dont have a playground or anything but they do have kid meals. Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps and bathrooms are handicap accessible.

I like these place its never busy they work very fast to get your order on time and try to get everything done right, except one time they forgot to put my nuggets instead they put Doble fries other than that I like coming here to buy food for my kids I usually buy kids meals or the 4/$4 for my little ones, its cheap too compared to other fast foods like burger King the Doble meat with bacon its definitely a 10* at Wendys and for half of the price I pay $7 here while at burger King I pay $12+ these prices are just for the burgers only not combo so on prices its way cheaper here and definitely very affordable to me. The two last photos are from burger King the bun is a little bigger but the meat its juicer at Wendys not to mention that theres hardly any bacon on my burger King burger I couldnt see it I had to dig in there to find the tiny little piece of bacon while at the Wendys theres 3 big pieces of bacon.
