This service is terrible we have been waiting here for an hour and still haven t got our food. Get new workers or work faster. I don t recommend this Wingstop. The workers are saying that it will be ready but it wasn t for another 20 minutes. They only have 1 cashier and she can t even see right or speak English.

We called and asked for all flat wings, but were not given flats and did not realize until we got home. I tried calling to talk to the manager where I was told they were not there and they would not help me. The woman who was taking orders hung up on me when I asked if I could get the managers number or email. Very poor customer service.

They opened 15 minutes late. When I went to the door, the staff stared from the kitchen and walked off. I saw another employee get out of her car at 11:15, when theyre supposed to open at 11, and I asked if they were open. Her response was, give me 5 minutes. Then when I ordered, they got my order wrong. The tables were dirty, and the store had just opened. Not impressed, and Im not a person who usually complains.

Had been trying to resolve a charge with Lisa the supervisor and I have not gotten anywhere. Its been about 2 weeks almost 3. Had placed an order on August 30th, the website was crashing and it took my payment but the website never showed that my order had gone through. Nobody even tried to contact me that my order was ready. I found out later on the day when I checked my email and tried calling them before closing and didnt even answer the call. They werent even closed yet. So now its been back and forth trying to figure out this problem but this problem hasnt been fixed.

Please hire competent people because you are losing customers. And BTW I called in and spoke to the boy that was working tonight he seemed to laugh it off like it was no big deal. My wife and I order Wingstop frequently. Its easy, convenient, and usually good. This is our closest location, and it used to be okay until about 4 or 5 months ago. Lately, its never open when its supposed to be, and when it is, they usually do a poor job on the food or mess the order up altogether. Now, instead of a two minute trip, we have to order and pick up from the FM 1488 location (so much for being convenient anymore). I dont understand how a business like this has hours that fluctuate so wildly. How do you stay in business like that?

Horrible service tried calling was on hold for 20 minutes drove to the store it was empty and employees standing around talking. I tried ordering a 50 piece for a small gathering the employee said that we can t do 50 flats , called the 1488 store they had no problem with my order. placed an order a month ago when i was given the wrong order by the worker as mentioned by michelle in an earlier review. the situation was not rectified and was personally blamed by that worker for picking up the wrong bag even though she handed the bag to us. additionally, the hours are wrong here on google and on the wingstop app. the food is decent but customer service has definitely taken a hint the past couple months.

This location sucks. The last two times I ve been here have been awful. First time, it took over an hour to get my food. I was waiting and watching a bunch of other people get their food, I ordered before them and wash still waiting. I eventually asked them where my food was and they brought it out. The food wasn t even hot, so it must ve been sitting there. Second time, slow again and the portions was obnoxiously small for the amount of money you pay. This place used to be pretty decent, but it sucks now.

Placed a pickup order on the 10th, came to pick it up and was given another customers order. I then called to let them know of the mistake and the worker (Melanie) tried to blame it on the customer, saying they grabbed the wrong order. I truly do not believe that is what happened. I then asked if they could remake my correct order and she said no the fryers are off so I asked for a refund and she said the best I can do if offer you %15 off your next order. How is that fair when I did nothing wrong?? They also didnt bother to write our names on the bags - probably wouldve prevented this entire situation if that was just done. Poor customer service

Very disappointing experience for Wingstop. Classic wings were over cooked and the fries were super soggy and under seasoned. The boneless wings were pitiful and more like tiny sonic popcorn chicken than what I would expect from Wingstop. Wingstop is my usual go to for wings but this experience has me rethinking that.

I tried to order at 10:15 and went in at 10:30 on a Saturday night and they didn t answer the phone when I called and the employee was playing on his phone with the door unlocked telling me they had already closed when it was at least 30 minutes before closing. If it was closed they should have been locked and cleaning up. Seems like the employees were getting paid to do nothing at least 45 minutes before closing.

We came here to try the new chicken sandwich. It was actually pretty good. I would recommend the dry rub and not the one with the sauce. The inside of this place is nasty and needs a cleaning. The bathrooms were horrible omg I almost puked. Their were feces around the toilet and urine all over the floors. I walked out of the men s restroom into the women s only because the men s restroom was so nasty. The women s restroom was no better. The health department must not check the cleanliness of the inside. If I would of saw these restrooms prior to me eating my food, I would ve never ordered. For that reason we will never come back again. Management, if your restrooms are that nasty, I know the kitchen and the employees are even nastier. If they work their during a shift and everyone is in and out of the restroom, just imaging their sanitary competence.

Google Maps said they were open until 10:00pm. Out the few open places I could drive to before they close, I decided to come here. I arrived in the cold 35 minutes before closing and tried calling the order in from the parking lot. I could see people working inside but no customers. No one answered the phone, so I walked in. They had 10 people in the kitchen. A young guy told me they were closed. It was almost 930 but not quite yet. I told him but google says your open until 10:00. He just blinked and made duhahuhu with his face and nothing to say, just walked away with his head in the mud. Then I remembered last time, a few weeks before this happened, I arrived about 30-40 minutes before closing and the lights were completely out. I really wonder whats going on over there? Something is off.

I ordered online and after almost an hour I was told my order was cancelled because the store was closed. I called the store since it was during normal hours and no one answered. I proceeded to drive to the store, calling again every couple of minutes during the drive. Never an answer. I walk into the very open store with my kids in tow (playing single parent that day) only to be told that the driver left 10 minutes ago with my order. I ordered a large family pack and the ranches were left off my order. I called late the same evening, when I arrived home, and was ignored on the phone for 20 minutes. The next day I was only offered my ranches; hardly worth my time (guess I could drink them). A similar instance has occurred previously, at this same location, where ranches have been left out of my family order and I was told that now ranches cost extra just to get rid of me. I wont be going back to this location. Sad because I love Wingstop and have been going there since the early 2000s.

If could could give zero stars I would. Ordered food online their system clearly doesnt work because when I arrived they said they didnt have my order despite me having the picture of the confirmation. I told them I was already charged exactly $11.57 I tried pulling up the bank statement but the app was not working in the store. I was there for almost 20 minutes there was no other orders and no other people in the store and I had to return to work. Very disappointed in their customer service as someone who has worked in fast food I would never let a customer go through all of that for a $10 meal. Management (MELISSA) handled this very poorly.

We regularly eat at Wingstops in locations all over Houston. This location though has given us the worst experience, we have had a good time otherwise in other locations. I asked for more sauce because as you can see all the oil is sitting on top of the sauce. I was told that this is normal becausemild is butter based. Ok this looks like the oil wasnt shaken out... In the picture the actual sauce is by the extra wet sauce. They are different colors, reason why is because the oil was not shaken out. We have asked for the same order times before without this having to be an issue, so it is safe to say that in this location. If you want your wings extra wet, ask for your sauce on the side.

This has become our go to wing place. The measuring stick for a quality restaurant is consistency, as someone who eats here at least once a week it ranges from good to amazing every time. Online ordering through the app is painless and is always ready on time. You know you frequent a place a bit too much when you and some of staff are on a first name basis. I had an incident here with my wings not coming out right, i had called and spoke to a manager whos name i cannot remember. She pretty much told me theyll remake it if i come back, if not they can only give me 10% off next time because, we dont really know if that happened or not This incident made me never want to come to this wingstop again. A few days later my husband offered to get some wings so i called to get the 10% off and a different manager (Melissa) answered saying that i had declined their offer. So i explained what happened and she apologized, and offered 15% and guaranteed our wings would come out good. She saved my opinion of this place. She was very nice compared to my previous experience with the other manager. Thank u melissa for being so kind, it really does alot for customers when u are nice to them!

This Wingstop is conveniently located in the Indian Village shopping center on Woodlands Parkway and Lake Woodlands. The cashier was very nice but overwhelmed as it was only her and one other person running the entire store. Two people handling phones, cash registers, customers, tables and trying to prepare all the food is definitely not enough! If I was a manager at this location I would be here and at least taking care of customers orders and registers, but that wasnt the case. Food was ok but not worth $1.00 per wing.

This Wingstop is located in the shopping center where parking is often times difficult. The food is typically cooked as you would expect. However it is common that they dont open at there listed opening times. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are well maintained.

All the classic wings were disgusting: fried much too long, dry and the hickory smoked just smashed in the sauce. I am stomach sick now. How is this place still in business? From now on, I m going to the store on Sawdust. This was just terrible!

Very Bad Service!!!!! When i went to go out to eat there with my family and not just an ordinary employee, but the Manager Kourtney was very rude. Had an attitude and didnt want to attend our order instead she rolled her eyes and asked the busy and polite employer that was cooking to take our order. The tables were trashed and we had to wait a good twenty minute to sit down for they could clean up the disaster. I recommend not to eat there EVER again !!!!!!!

Went here at 1:30pm and there was only one employee working. They need at least two. I also ordered online and when I got there my food wasnt even ready. The guy cooked it after I paid. I give it four stars only because the employee was really nice and the food was really good.

This Wingstop sucks. Half the time they dont answer the phone when I try to call in an order so I go with Buffalo Wild Wings instead. Wings are very small and over cooked a huge majority of the time.

I went yesterday evening and ordered the boneless wings for pickup. These things looked and tasted like twice reheated frozen chicken nuggets. They came out so quickly I should have known something wasnt right. I have been to other locations around the country and have had much better food from this chain. Its shameful what they passed off as edible food to me yesterday.
