Very bad service from the cashier. I only asked her to cook the crazy combos a little more in a good way... explaining to her that they came out not very cooked before... and she reluctantly replied that they cook them all the same. And reluctantly she helped me and gave me a pizza the way she wanted and not the one I had ordered. Its not always the same employees, its obvious that sometimes they can come out raw, I just asked her to check that on my delivery and maybe she was upset, one doesnt have Its their fault if theyre upset.

Make sure that if Yiselle M takes your order that you triple check. I came in and ordered a large thin crust pizza and she messed my order up and gave me a pepperoni now I probably should have verified before I left but because I was on lunch I needed to get back to work on time when I realized it was the incorrect Pizza I went back into the store and kindly informed them that they had my order wrong she then told me that I didnt specify what pizza I wanted but being as though I havent eaten meat in 9 years Im sure I wouldnt have ordered a pizza with meat on it no accountability whatsoever I most definitely wont be going back here again so make sure that you check your pizza because if not you will end up with the wrong order and they they will blame it on you

Very bad service every time I leave work I call to order pizza the way I want it and they never answer the phone I have been inside the store I dial their number and they never take the call. If I insist on talking to get pizza from this place its because its a pass for my house but I definitely dont recommend it

I typically go here to get a lunch combo & I always makes sure I go within the time period 11-am to 2pm.. one of the employees Imelda said they no longer sold the lunch combo, but I already knew they didn t want to actually make it. I then reassured that the item is no longer going to be sold & she confirmed that the item is discontinued. I asked again & she said I think because it s not showing on my screen . With a response like that, it was hard for me to keep my decorum.

They are horrible at not answering the phone when I call. Their employees parking in front of the store which makes it inconvenience for real customers to get to the front. On some of their pizzas, the toppings roll off the pizza.

Each time I visit, I always order the hot-and-ready pizza. It is a quick in and out visit (no long wait). Delicious, hot pizza at a good price. Parking: The parking is free but because theyre mostly located in strip malls, you may have to find an available parking spot.

I don t know who the manager paid at Google to get a 3.9 rating but I would be so embarrassed to admit it if I ran this location. Zero customer service, everyone in the store is just doing the bare minimum until they can go home. They shut off pickup ordering online so I called the location to place an order, and they literally picked up the phone and breathed into the receiver but said nothing so they could get away with not taking orders. I literally said I can hear you breathing! and nothing. Finally go into the store and place the order for just a cheese pizza, she puts in an Extra Most Bestest to try and upcharge me without asking, so I have to correct her that I just want a classic. This is the norm at this location and corporate doesn t respond to any complaints.

Really like the new Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza they introduced. Has a different crust to their cheaper pizzas so have been getting it since they introduced it. Went in today, 10/30/2022, and ordered it and even told the girl taking my order how much I liked the crust and it made warming up leftovers really good too. Their cheaper pizzas never warm up well since the crust is not good. So what the hell do I see when I get home but the crust for the cheaper pizzas. Really ticked me off especially as I was just saying how much I liked the better crust. Wouldnt surprise me if they did this just because I said I liked it better. They have also been steadily reducing the amount of pepperoni they are using too as I get less and less each time I order it. Plus I have paid three different prices for the Fanceroni Pepperoni with three different order takers. I always add black olives and jalapenos and I have paid $10.71, over $14.00, and today, $12.71. Seems like they just do whatever they want there and charge whatever they want there. Really crummy service and food.

Gremlins comes to mind when I went to this location. Called corporate offices and they cared about as much as the employees at this location. The one at Broadway and 30 is about the same. The Terrell location is much much better.

Sooooo, i had to wait over 40 min for 2 pizzas( 1 pepperoni and the other pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño). So i get home and the pepperoni is good but the other one wasn t cooked all the way the pineapple piled up in the center and really soggy.

Ordered Monday night went to pick it up and no order. The app posted it to be for the next day. Was very disappointed. The manager gave us a cheese pizza. We agreed to get our order tue . Went to get it 730 tue night. They are walking out locking the door. Closed early due to weather. We are told the canceled all orders. Well must have hit the its done button cause got two emails saying its ready for pickup. The really sad thing other than the brownies that were nothing like the picture that Made me order them is We walked to pick these up . Not once twice three times but four. Ordered Monday got Thursday. Its by maps 2.3 miles one way. I know where we will not be going to get brownies or pizza any longer. THANKS ! LITTLE CAESARS

This LCP site was a breath of fresh air! This is the 3rd Little Caesars in as many days we have used. The other 2 are our regulars but the last few visits have been nerve wrecking! We actually waited 40 minutes the other day! They must have new management because they have been super before. That day we waited, we werent the only ones because another customer got out of her car and went around building to get her pizza. Thats another thing, we havent been able to go in and order, only drive through. Whats up,?

They will not answer the phone even when it is 20 minutes before they close on a Tuesday. I walked into the store at 8:55 p.m. and they would not serve me saying they are closed. I asked the older woman what time do they close and she said 9:00 p.m.. I told her its before 9:00 p.m., and she only stated were closed.

Always get great service here, they have done of the kindest employees when I come (usually 5pm or later) sent my son inside to place our order and the gentleman even gave my son some cookies while he waited for the pizza to finish cooking.
