Nice venue. The buildings need to have signage and additional signage depicting which building is for which event. The night I was there, every building was in use and the parking lot was full of people scrambling trying to find their invited event. The parking lot is not paved so watch your shoes as you maneuver your way around.

I was completely disappointed in this venue. On my wedding day, the barn A/C was broken and I was not informed about this incident. I had about 300 people attending my wedding and everyone was uncomfortable during the whole ceremony and reception. I spend over 13 thousand dollars for this venue and for the A/C not to be working was ridiculous. So many of my guest complained and left the wedding due to the uncomfortable circumstances. I spend so much money on this wedding and Eberely Brooks Events completely disappointed me. Please be cautious when booking this venue!!!!!

Absolutely horrible!! Not worth the $10K spent for The Barn (we only used this one building ). The grass was mostly dead, didnt look too good in the wedding pictures we took. One of the reps was so snooty and rude too - thats not acceptable at all. If shes so unhappy she should find another job. The rest of the staff were great. This barn is beautiful yes, but it had only 4 tiny bedroom size AC units for this huge barn. It was actually hotter inside the barn than outside! Every single person was sweating the whole night. Many people had to leave as soon as the cake was cut due to the heat inside. There were 4 shop fans mounted up high but we were only Allowed to use them after the ceremony, during the dancing. The bride and groom rooms did have AC but not enough. All of the bridal party were sweating so bad in those rooms. The bride was SO upset with that. Oh, and the wireless microphone system was not working during the ceremony, so nobody heard much of what was said. It kept cutting out constantly. I simply cant believe that they would change anywhere close to that amount for The Barn. FYI dont expect much. For $10,000 I was expecting a whole lot more.

Ive photographed here many times over the years and always enjoy the venue and the atmosphere! As Lubbock has grown, its really not the far of a drive anymore. Gosh, when they first opened, it felt like it was so far West, but now? Heck no! In fact, its super close to many of the hotels and shopping in Lubbock. I gave it 4 stars only because as a wedding photographer, I realize how late hair + makeup can run. No fault to to girls doing the beauty, but theres always someone who needs something redone or wants to get her hair done last minute and it sets back the schedule. Because they only have one way in or out of that brides room, it makes it difficult to get the bride out and back in place because the entrance to her room is also close to the entrance for the guests. And you cant make guests wait in West Texas, HELLO! Its super hot! The barn has a rustic feel, yet elegant with the white washing of the wood and HELLO! That ceiling and those chandeliers! Thats a plus for sure! If you are looking for a place to host your wedding or wedding reception, please give Eberley Brooks a tour! And they dont pay me to write reviews, just so you know.

Lovely atmosphere. A must for families or date night. Get some smores and hot chocolate and walk through the lighted pathway. Our kids had fun and so did my wife and I. Highly recommended to all.

Nice place. Beware if from out of town. CR 7000 (as the street sign says) is the same road as 66th Street (as GPS says) and the signage to the place was a little hard to see in the dark.

The Eberley Brooks venue was perfect for our sons wedding; beautiful, spacious, professionally run, accommodating, well equipped. Very classy and beautiful venue. Big chandeliers. You don t need a lot of decor as it s beautiful enough on it s own. Not too small, not too big. Just perfect. They also have a big beautiful changing, powder room full of mirrors for bride and bridesmaids. Definitely 5 stars.

Excellent experience! Every time we had a problem come up, Misty either solved it or came to me with 2 options to resolve it. She made our day run smoothly and made sure that my husband and I actually ate dinner and cake at our wedding. At the end of the night, their team helped make clean up quick and easy! I cannot say enough good things about EBE and their team. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the staff is what makes this place truly remarkable. Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process and especially on the big day. Olivia is an incredible coordinator and went above and beyond for us from the moment we booked. I attended as a guest to my nieces wedding. This beautiful with country charm venue was perfect for her special day. Staff were friendly and attentive. Parking was ample and security was present. Wonderful venue. It was a beautiful day and I would highly recommend Eberly Brooks. However, I would only change my wedding Coordinator, Olivia. Kind of rude to us and messed up some things on the day but said it was *my* misunderstanding. I had recommended this place to others. When they went to get a quote and talk about the place, my friend said she felt unwelcomed and the woman she talked to was trying to rush her out. The lady was Olivia. Otherwise great!

The pictures don t do this place justice. The chapel is breathtaking. From the moment I laid eyes on this place, I was determined to have my wedding here. Whenever I had questions, they responded quickly They are one of the priciest venues in town though. If you can afford it, it s worth it.

Theres a reason why these guys have a 4.8 rating! (As of 1/24/2020) We dropped by, with our family (party of 5), for an open house and were blown away with how amazing this event was! The customer service was out of this world! When it came to business we didnt pull any punches and were met eye to eye with what was realistically within our budget. We have much to discuss. We were assured in the months to come that all of our concerns would be addressed. They understand the importance of our day. We cant wait to begin working with them on making our special day PERFECT.

There is no better place to hold your event or wedding. The whole team at Eberley Brooks is amazing. My husband and I got married here April 2018, the whole day went perfectly! Kaitlin, our coordinator, took care of any problem that came up and was such an angel to us during the whole planning process! Not only is the staff the best around, the barn at Eberley Brooks is breathtakingly beautiful and no other venue can begin to compare!

Its a beautiful place for a wedding BUT I prefer church weddings. They have a beautiful large room for the entire shindig but you wind up having the reception in the same room with the ceremony so you have to wait while the room is reset. Because there was another wedding the night before we used it, our rehearsal was held in the house next done, a beautiful place took, but not a replica of the main room. The brides room was small for several women to do hair etc, etc, but was nicely furnished. The grooms room was also too small as they ALWAYS are so it was better than some. The staff was very nice and helpful. Its a beautiful facility for sure but in my opinion, a large church would be better BUT it depends on what the bride wants, its her day.
