My family has been in a bind and haven t been able to catch a break- Joe represented us on a personal injury claim and when natural disasters slowed down the payment process that we so desperately needed after we settled he was generous enough to help us get out of that stressful situation and saved us from losing everything. From the start is was nothing less than a pleasure to work with Mr. Guerrero and his staff. They regularly provided detailed updates to keep me abreast on my case progression, explained in depth all legal terminology that I wasnt 100 percent clear on, answered the phone almost every single time I called and if not always provided prompt same day call backs. Joe is one of the BEST and KNOWLEDGEABLE attorney I have spoken to when it comes to accident. I got rear ended by a semi-truck which caused my car to hit another vehicle. I got several nos from attorneys but Joe was the one who said yes to my case. I didn t have much faith in my case after the insurance company couldn t pay for all my medical expenses , but when the case went to Joe he was the light at the the end of the tunnel.
