Nice and clean interior. Staff always wipe the tables and chairs. Simple decorations. Burgers patties are moist. Fries are good but not that great. Very courteous and patient staff guiding first time customer like me.price is decent compared to McDonald and burger king given all the nice experience and service. Very simple menu to go through...I like that.

They know what theyre doing here! Food is fresh (ask for crispy fries), the restaurant is always clean, and the staff... Im so proud of the opportunities and lessons learned by and for all the employees. Very professional, clean uniforms, very nice, no attitudes and smiles are everywhere and on the house. The price point is better than almost all of their fast food burger competitors. Value is in abundance here! Yep! Its worth the hype! Update: Decided to celebrate Burger Day with In-n-Out... Once again, even though the server through line was long, it moved fast, and my order was perfect. Im always delighted with my food, service, and overall experience. Parking: It can be busy, but there is plenty of room to park or go through their efficient drive-through. Kid-friendliness: Its ideal for kids and adults to enjoy. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of a ADA access... All in and for the family!

It was a disappointing trip to In-N-Out Burger by firewheel after entering. immediately heard some loud noise behind the counter apparently one large fat man is singing out loud and not too well either I ordered a cheeseburger with onions and a chocolate shake after being passed up several times with my order they were able to deliver my meal to go after getting home I realized there were no onions on my burger and the chocolate shake tasted like vanilla. Double double check your order

My first time. Very good burger. Fries arent bad either. Even got a lap pad in case I was eating and driving. I dont like that the food comes in a box instead of a bag. A bag is always handy for containing the trash and the box tends to slide off the seat easily. I had a mess to clean up when I got home

The friendly approach of the workers is a big plus. We could feel the difference between the other shops and this one, always smiling and no tension on the face of the employees makes us feel relaxes. Coming to food, they have limited options but everything is top notch.

Got food the other day. I know the drive thru is usually packed, but the employees are very fast as well. Once you pull up to the drive-thru area, you can see the inside kitchen. Its as clean as it can get. Moreover, they always greet you with a smile.

I made an order that had 2 fries included when I saw the receipt said 1 fry, I had to go through the line again. When I did they made me wait for them to complete 14 more orders before they gave me me another fry so but then my original food was cold. Good customer service would have been to throw some fries in the bag because there mass making them anyway. It s single fry.

Friday 6/29 dine in at 12am, I have to say this is a terrible location. this is the worst in and out we ate so far. restroom is nasty, fountain soda is smell weird, employees keep talking with each other, we have to wait like 20 minutes for 2 burgers, when the burgers ready, they still keep talking and didnt bring it out calling customer number. poor management over all. never come back.

They re always super clean and very attentive when taking orders. However today was different. Maybe it was because I was feeling down but I caved into my deepest desires and indulged in extra extra caramelized onions for my animal fry. And oh my it was everything I wanted and more. My sadness was lifted and my heart racing (maybe from too much sodium idk) and it was fantastic. They gave me such a generous amount of onion that it felt like they recognized me in a dire moment of need. They heard and delivered. Thank you in n out employees.
