Met the guy I guess hunter. Just during the conversation he just seemed to want to hurry up and tell me the rates. Informed him of the dmv letter of dl suspension. Telling me that they ve already got the bac results, because my license was gonna be suspended and that he s pretty much 100 percent sure a court date is gonna be in the next month. Well 3 months later no court date. Just a scare tactic to hire him on. He tells me the payment plan 2,000 upfront. I guess he thought I was just gonna get up from the desk and give him that money right away. I said I gotta think about it. Didn t like being pressured there was nothing good from the convo. Everything was your getting probation this and that. I d hope a decent lawyer would try there best to find flaws in the arrest or anything to help get dismissed even if it s slim to none atleast try. Doesn t sound good at all. Left the desk to talk to receptionist I told her I ll think about it. He then comes out and says are you gonna sign and pay today. Receptionist told him that I will think about it. You d of thought I ruined his day cause I didn t give in. Pressuring clients and scaring them may work for some, but not for me. Uneasy the whole time. Talked with many lawyers and none of them pressure me like he did. Can t wait for a response from him. All his comebacks to other clients show his true character. Mentioning they re were convicted felons dude your a lawyer no proffesionalism. Have a great day Response again to his response. Ya it was written at 4am. Cause I work nights not angered at all and wrote 3 months later cause after consulting with lawyers which most do for free. Maybe you should charge for consultations since you re so money hungry. What a joke of an attorney.

In both 2019 and 2021, I undoubtedly faced two of the most challenging times of my life with different felony cases. Both times that I hired Hunter, I was beyond pleased with my experience. They were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood every step of the legal process. Everything felt well organized and professional. You can tell they are experienced and know what they re talking about. Hunter was absolutely amazing. I cannot express my gratitude or say how much he did for me. If you screw up like I did I would suggest you call him. He will not sugar coat or lie to you. He was honest and upfront about everything. Dont drink and drive but if you do save his number first

If you want results look no further. I had a few priors and Hunter made things happen for me with a Class A. He got me a dismissal in less than a month. He s a winner plain and simple. Not a lazy trait in his craft. I was blown away with the dismissal and how fast he got it. I highly recommend, money well spent!

Hunter is so helpful and great at what he does! He helped me with an issue in which someone had used my vehicle information which then was unloved in a police chase in HOU! Thank goodness he made sure that my name wasn t tied to any of that!

Hunter Biederman is: Honest. Trustworthy. Straightforward. No B.S. and very responsive. Everything he has said that would be done or would happen has happened. About 3 years ago I was appointed Hunter Biederman for multiple cases. From the get go, I was told he was the best that I could get especially for a court appointed attorney. He was able to do miracles with my cases. He was straight forward and honest about the whole process and what I should do and what I need to do. Not only was he amazing, but his assistant Quiana was spectacular as well. They were through every step even after the original court preceding. If I were to ever need an attorney again. I would immediately call his office and ask for him. Quiana and Hunter are the best law duo that I have ever encountered. I am a free man with a better life because of those two.

He got me a deal that seemed too good to be true. After a DUI in 2018, I had violated probation and had a warrant for about 2-3 years. This last week I turned myself in and he got the judge to agree to serve only 5 days in jail. Which, I had already done years back when it happened, plus 3 days from this last week that I serve, which the judge put towards my court fees. He also got the judge to waive my $6,000 charge for violating probation. He changed my life for the better and I am so grateful he was my court appointed lawyer. Thank you so much Mr. Biederman!

Didnt like him he didnt bother to tell me appeals where not his thing until after the case failed, filing a frivolous case is against the attorneys code. (This is protected under the constutional first amendment.) Any attempt to remove will be taken as an a aggressive act against the US constitutional rights given!!!

Insulted me during the consultation and insulted his staff. He implied that judges in Collin County had driven drunk before and that I shouldnt have requested an ALR hearing myself after I was suspected of a DWI. In fact, he was wrong. I could request an ALR myself, even before hiring counsel, and since I was trying to find the best counsel for my defense, I did the right thing by requesting the ALR hearing within the 10-15 day window. He said Im not a lawyer and shouldnt pretend to be one. He also said that his staff was lazy, and he tried to pressure me into signing with his firm right away. He gave me a book, which was helpful, but honestly, he just rubbed me the wrong way. He declined my case because I was taking too much time to make up my mind. Hes well within his right to do that, but thats not a good look at all. I think he felt insulted when I mentioned his partner, Troy Burleson, getting a lot of blood draws thrown out due to a witness contradicting his own testimony, so maybe thats why he declined. He just came off as arrogant. He gives out his phone number so prospective clients can text him, but honestly, he needs to focus on customer service. He just didnt come off as professional.

I wish I could give them more stars!! I was scared, got in big trouble, and needed guidance. Hunter biederman to the rescue! They explained everything down to court appearances and license stuff. They were easy to understand and they went to work right away. I felt heard and understood.They worked with me to get a result I never thought could happen! Trust me when I say that are worth the price. Dont cheap out on quality work! Give them a shot if youre in distress! They will save your life! :)

Dont hire this firm! They are out to make a quick buck and settle your case. They have no are either afraid or too lazy to go to trial and fight a difficult case. I fired this guy and his partner and hired a new attorney and got all my cases dismissed. Save you money and find better lawyers.

I had first heard about this law firm through a friend saying how they saved her life! I was a young man in deep trouble, with hope tho I contacted this law firm. With our first meeting I knew these guys were the ones for me! I felt as if they were looking for MY BEST INTERESTS NO MATTER WHAT. I had later found out the evidence against me was rough... and we had no other option then to take it to trial. Low and behold these guys saved me, had my charge reduced also helped with a lot of things with my case! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a brilliant lawyer team. Hunter is absolutely incredible!!! He is a fantastic DWI attorney, especially with a complex case. His legal knowledge and the fact that he so current on all new laws/rules is very impressive and a key to success in court. I witnessed a Judge clarifying a new law with him in court, that s when you know you have an excellent attorney that is also well respected by the court. Yes, Hunter is not a gabby guy, he s all business and he gets the job done and done extremely well!! Keri his assistant is very on top of that office and she is wonderful with communication and comforting you when your fear sets in. All in all, they are the absolute BEST law firm I could have chosen and I interviewed a few. So VERY glad I chose Hunter!

Very arrogant and rude, and thats just the first phone call. That wasnt even consultation, that was a quick attempt at a cash grab. That was me being told they literally didnt care what happened. I had talked to a couple of other attorneys first and so I wanted to know how this firm would approach this case. Yet because I said I had spoken to other attorneys they werent interested in the case. I didnt get a single question answered. Came off like they are only interested in clients who have no idea whats going on. Fortunately, I have a little better idea than most. Stay away from this practice, thats my opinion.

I was working with another attorney originally and was not happy with the relationship. I was referred to Hunter days before we needed to go to court. I actually paid a bit more money for his services because he was worth it. His demeanor is kind. He appears very educated and hardworking. He answered my questions at all hours of the day, even weekends, and got us the desired results on our case. I will always recommend Hunter and his office for any DWI related cases. By far the best in DFW area.
