Great experience!! My daughter and family enjoyed her quinceañera to the fullest. Staff was great and everything on contract was followed thru. Clean and food was great do highly recommend!!!!!!

It was a great experience the owner of the ballroom was very professional ,patient and Courteous. Everything was taken care by him and his team. Very pleased with the performance of his team. The day of our wedding the owner was not able to make it but his team stepped up and were able to perform the event with out any issues. Received complements on the food and cake, they were delicious. It was our wedding and he really took the time to make sure it was the way we wanted it and that all the details were just right. All in all I highly recommend ballroom alantis .

Our experience at this place was truly incredible, the place is beautiful, the food and the cake were exquisite, the owner and staff made me and my family feel at home, my guests really had a great time and left delighted about the place, but the most important thing is that my daughter was really very happy, I highly recommend this place and I would definitely return there. It is a beautiful ballroom with all the luxury details to make your event a great moment for you and your guests. The kind staff and especially the owner helped our event run smoothly. All the staff is very courteous and very helpful. Our event was amazing. We loved all the details that made our event stand out. We love the cake! It tasted amazing. The food was delicious. We are very thankful to Jose Holguin and his staff. Well definitely have more events here. Totally recommended!

We would like to thank Atlantis Ballroom for hosting our wedding! The hall is beautiful! The staff work well together as a team and provide excellent service. Couldn t have picked a better place to host such a special occasion! Our Quarentañera was perfect! Ballroom is just beautiful, staff extremely attentive to needs before and during event! Can t say enough of the attentiveness of owner Jose. After typical El Paso winds knocked out the lights, Jose did everything in his power to make sure the party continued without interruption and added stress. Luckily the lights came on in time and the party was better than we could ever have imagined!!!! The decorations were amazing! We had to do very little to make it look elegant! I would highly recommend people choose Atlantis ballroom and their event there!

It s a great place to have your event the staff is awesome made us feel real comfortable, anything we needed the staff was on it. I can t thank them enough, all our guests were happy with decorations and they happy dancing all night. We definitely made the correct decision. The owner is an awesome guy he did not pressure us into any add -ons we got to choose what we wanted. Thanks again Atlantis Ballroom.

We had a good time celebrating my niece here. The staff and DJ were very attentive and accommodating. The only issue was that drinks were flat and we didn t get the champagne during the toast. Over all we had a good time and the hall was beautifully decorated! We recommend this place for your special event 100%

This is by far the best hall in El Paso/Horizon city. Me and my family are so happy we chose this hall. The customer service was on point from people helping serve to music and all the little extras they had to offer. The owner Joe is very involved and you can feel the good vibes for his business. I could not have had a better experience. I will be a returning customer, and I definitely will be referring Atlantis Ballroom to everyone I know.

This place is awesome and very elegant my hat off to the staff and DJ. We had a very short time to plan my daughters sweet 16, and had no idea how this was going to work out, but the owner staff and DJ have so much experience they walked through everything and took the stress right off. Everything thing turned out beautiful. Thank you Jose (owner) for all your help and all your patience. He was able to help us on a holiday weekend, got us a staff and DJ, and sparks on the dance floor and not to mention last minute Robots on the dance floor. Also gave us pictures we didnt have. Definitely A 10 star rating. Definitely recommend it.

The place is nice and clean we had our wedding here couple weeks ago and everything came out really nice Jose the DJ was awesome we also had a live band and they both were on the same page throughout the night and kept the dance floor full all night long the DJ was a badass he also help us with the brindis and all those steps throughout the wedding next day everyone was talking about how nice everything came out My credit goes for the DJ and employees that work to keep this place nice and clean and in good shape and for the staff working that night they were friendly and i didnt here no complaints from anybody And on the other side as far as managment not sure if he was the owner but all before the wedding was kind of un organized when we did the contract he said we were gonna taste the food options and the cake and they never called us to do so and when we asked he said it was too late already also we asked if we could see the color for the bowl on the chairs and he was not able to show it either luckily it did match what we wanted when we got there also food was not that great I would recommend take ur own brisket and last one they were selling popcorn witch I would of preferred for them to tell me they were gonna do that and I wouldve have paid them to do it all nigh in stead of them selling it to my guest or not have it at all but Ill still give a 5 star because of the help from the DJ and the place is nice at the end we all had a good time

Promises not kept: 1. Caters would serve their food as well as any additional food brought in. In addition to being extremely late, attending caters refused to comply as they were not aware of such arrangement. 2. Disposable paper goods and utensils were not provided as promised. 3. Cake will be cut and distribute and that did not occur. Though cake was beautiful, the mid layer was frozen and had to be disposed. 4.The beer wait time was 10 to 15 minutes per pitcher of beer. Interesting to note, is that the bottle and can beer sold out. 5.The soft drinks were served long after guests had arrived even though there is no stipulation on time served on contract. 6.Table decorations were not the ones previously selected. POSITIVES:1. Hall was clean and beautiful. 2.The hall was accessible upon request for set up. 3. Front parking was made available to us as requested. 4. DJ was excellent as he cater music to every ones preference and enjoyment and made announcements as requested throughout the evening. 5. Audio and visual equipment available was also excellent. 6. Allowance to apply our personal touch in decor to front entrance was appreciated.

I attended a concert of Pepe Aguilar it was awsome me and my wife had not gone out in quite a while but this concert felt really good. I recommend this artist very much his music and his kids voices were a inspiration to our future. His son performed he is 17 years old but his daughter was fenonimal she stole our hearts with that voice
