Scummy operating model. Do not reward these people with business. We bought some hats for our kids, and noticed at the checkout they were overpriced. Simple refund at any place operating morally, right? Nope not here. Told us bluntly sorry, no refunds. Baloney. You can give a refund, youre just holding onto a gotcha! moment toward a customer. We literally only transferred the hats from their table, to the cash register...what possible reason can you have for not doing the right thing and just giving the customer their money back, other than greed. As another customer said, theres another Breeza down the street thats apparently operated by someone less scummy, go there and reward that person.

Rude service. Manager was rude and clerk. We had just purchased when we realized 2 extra shirts somehow ended up in our items and they refused to refund them. We spent $280 here and was very disappointed with this chain. Very unprofessional service! Do not shop here or you ll get screwed over!!

This place is terrible, do not go here if you want somewhere trustworthy. When me and my family went to look around for some souvenirs, we got charged for stuff we didn t even buy! After we saw the receipt shortly after, we weren t even allowed to refund. We also just had a unpleasant experience here.

I felt that I was interrupting the teenage conversation. When I went to check out, the clerk was very rude and made me feel unwelcome. The clerks name was Stormy, so maybe thats why. I felt like I was being rushed out the door. I will not be back to that store.

If you are between a size L -3x or more they have no clothes your size don t waste your time here. I found one xl hoodie but didn t have a print I liked. I wanted a Sharks Rescue shirt but I could only find it in a Large. I found an xl in hoodie but not the same print. The xl hoodie just said lifeguard. After walking around for about 10 mins we realized this place was not going to have anything our size. The store was overwhelming to navigate, no workers acknowledged us when we walked in. They have so much merchandise you can t even walk comfortably through the store. We walked out with nothing in hand.

We bought 2 coffee mugs washed them and the handle fell of of 1 the other the handle cracked is about to fall of the employee when we tried to return and they still had the sticker on the bottom of the truck refused to do anything and acted like we stole them. Good selection but just be mindful of the supposed deals. Some of the shirt and magnet deals were not applied and when I asked about it they stated certain magnets go together and some dont and one that I got was not part of it. But the one they stated wasnt a part of it had a sticker stating it was part of the deal. At that point he stated it was the other magnets then that werent part of the deal. Good selection but misleading on the sale items.

I mean it s a typical gift shop in a beach town with a good selection. It s clean etc. however . The clerk with the multi color hair (not judging just identifying her ) was rude ! I mean my son said hello and how are you ? And she just was stone faced. The only comment she had was our total. That s IT. Period. Nothing ! I asked about military discount just shook her head (not upset about it just amazing that there was zero attempt at making a paying customer feel welcomed. That all being said . When we return . I ll make every attempt to take my business elsewhere and patron a business that will appreciate their customers a bit even! I get help us difficult to find but whew !

We went to the Wings store near East Beach. Its by far the best shirt and souvenir shop on the seawall or near it. Great selection of clothes and trinkets, fantastic prices. Unbeatable, from what I could see.. We will shop here EVERY time we hit Galveston.

They have a wonderful assortment of items. Just remember that it is not Walmart and you will pay a premium for shopping on the beach. Just keep in mind that they have to pay extreme taxes for property on the beach and give them a smile when you make your purchase. Its also convenient that you dont have to drive miles away to get what you need when you have forgotten something and you are trying to relax and enjoy your time on the beach.

Website states store closes at 10 pm. Was at this location for a last minute birthday gift at 8:45 pm and doors were locked. I called the location and asked what time did they close. A girl stated they were closing in alittle bit. I said I was there at the location and the doors were locked. No Masks. No Worries. No Brains. With a mandatory mask order in place, the staff apparently thought it meant everyone else but them. Almost all of their young customers shared their sentiments regarding masking up. The staff s cavalier attitude spoke volumes about their care and concern for public health.
