I love going to this location! They are really helpful and so so so welcoming! Shoutout to Lee, Tiana, Natalie and that one short girl with short, black hair(dont know her name, sorry!) They are always so welcoming and kind. If I ever get the chance, I always come over even to just have a simple chat! Love the vibes, 10000/10 would recommend

This one sucks compared to the one over by North Bryant. I had to get the lady at the register to ask about my mobile order cause everyone was ignoring me. Then she had attitude and acted like I was bothering her when all she was doing was standing there. Im not impressed. They need to learn from the one by North Bryant.

Service was fine but drinks were subpar at best and as per most Starbucks, expensive. I will pay for good quality and not mind because Ill get what I want but this was definitely not one of those instances. There is so much competition, I probably wont be coming back and will try my luck elsewhere. It was a good run while it lasted, Starbucks.

This particular Starbucks location truly stands out with its exceptional service and deliciously crafted drinks. The staff members are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and satisfied. Whats even more impressive is that this Starbucks goes the extra mile by staying open for an additional 30 minutes compared to other locations in the San Angelo area. And its no surprise that this location is a popular hangout spot for students from Angelo State University, as the cozy atmosphere and inviting ambiance make it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. All in all, I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone in search of a warm, welcoming environment and exceptional coffee experience.

This is what Mango dragonfruit is suppose to look like and not like lemon water. I told them that s not the right color and they said sorry forgot to tell you we re out of stuff. I asked for a different drink and they proceeded to charge me again. Don t come here before 5pm unless you want rude staff and your drink to be made wrong. Two days in a row they made the drink incorrectly from what was on the sticker. First time made it with the wrong milk causing a reaction and the second time with an incorrect ingredient and instead of remaking the drink they scooped out the incorrect ingredient and filled the cup up with filler.

Ive been having my coffee here for a year. 10 of 10 times I order the same drink, they make it different each time. I dont know whats in their mind and it sucks all the time, waste of money, I throw them into the trash bin. they seem like they never been trained. I dont usually go to this location because its so busy, but I stopped in today because it was slow. I got a chai tea latte and the bacon, egg and gruyere sandwich. The team member who took my order was friendly and personable. My order was ready just a few seconds after I sat down which could be a good thing... but it reflected in the taste of my items. My drink was warm but not hot like youd expect a fresh made drink to be. The sandwich was hot so that was enjoyable.

My wife and I have visited this store a few times over past couple of months. They have always been helpful and kind. Today, my wife lost her sun glasses somewhere in/near the store. She left her name and number with little hope they would turn up. In an amazing turn of events, they found the sunglasses and called my wife right away so she could come retrieve them. They were wrapped in a little bag with her name on it. The care and thoughtfulness of these wonderful Baristas went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife and I are forever grateful. I highly recommend this Starbucks as a place to visit.
