The young lady came to the drive thru window with a smile. I asked for donut holes with my dozen. She stated that they were out. I ordered another item. Only to discover that everything was stale. (Day old). $15 for donuts that are stale

This is the only Shipleys I go to, stop by on my way to work. Never drive thru, always go in and see in person. They staff is always super friendly and nice, sometimes they even remember what I want before I can even place an order. 2 thumbs up Shipleys! YOU ROCK! It s now years later and I still love this spot and omg today 7/23/24, this morning, who ever idea it was to change up the new kolaches (the new round ones) now these I LOVE way better then the other ones. Good job Shipleys

Out of a lot of items when we went there. We werent greeted when walking in. Honestly, I felt rushed when picking out items. Shipleys quality was there for the food. Still a fine place to get kolaches and donuts!

The only clean thing about this place is the soap in the dispenser. Wow terrible restroom. Mold around the base of the toilet, in the grout, around and in the sink and counter. Won t eat here again.

Sunday is always a decent donut day. So, we went with Shipley Do-Nuts. Grabbed an apple fritter, old fashioned cinnamon roll and maple bacon raised donut. My wife has dubbed the fritter as the best she has had (good chucks of apple) but we have tried it there before so she thinks they are just inconsistent. The maple bacon was exactly as advertised. My only issue is with the cinnamon roll. Old fashioned or not, you should see or taste cinnamon in there. The nuts are alright but it tasted more like a sweet bread or light honey but I will not order that there if we come back again.

Drive thru was pretty busy so I park up front and go inside. I notice there is only one girl working the drive thru window, I can tell she s hustling doing her thing. One lady finally comes up from the back to attend me but I can tell she s super annoyed taking my order with an attitude. The iced coffee she made for me didn t even have coffee, was just a vanilla iced drink with a layer of sugar at the bottom. Usually it s a good experience here but today it wasn t.

First time every here. We ordered sausage and cheese kolaches and donuts. The kolaches were small hotdogs wrapped in what seemed to be a crescent roll and one of the donuts barely had filling; the other was fine. Our first and only experience with kolaches in Texas was in Fairfield and it set the mood for excellent sausage and bourdin kolaches. These were a far cry from what we had come to expect.

So gross. Just got a ice coffee and doughnuts here for the first time. Lady got my order wrong and even the doughnuts I got taste so gross and left a weird after taste. My ice coffee had no flavor, even the whipped cream didn t taste like anything! You would ve thought you had covid drinking it. craziest thing was the lady at the window told me to park in a handicap spot to wait for my drink WHAT?! When she saw my facial expression she said oh nvm it s almost done def will not be coming back. Def see why this place is always empty.

Ordered a dozen of mixed donuts and the box contained 7 chocolate glazed (sprinkles and nuts), one cherry iced, one maple iced, one coconut iced, one strawberry iced and one vanilla iced. The box had no regular glazed or glazed cake donuts. What a waste because I do not eat chocolate!!

I ordered off doordash** The donuts were sooooo good, I got the chocolate filled, lemon, and Bavaria chocolate was amazing, almost just melted in my mouth lemon was good but not my favorite, nothing to do with the donuts just my own taste Bavaria cream was very good the coffee is also good I also got the jalapeño kolaches, they were absolutely delicious! Would recommend especially if you need a morning pick me up

I love the donuts and kolaches, but it is so frustrating to order the sausage kolaches WITHOUT jalapenos, but get the one WITH jalapenos instead. This has happened at multiple locations and on differnt occasions. So much so, Im surprised I dont see more reviews about it. I hate jalapenos and Im very sensitive to its spice/heat. My whole mouth feels like its on fire, and removing the jalapenos from the kolaches, doesnt help. I dont know why this happens as frequently as it does. One time I asked for 4 kolaches and 2 had jalapenos and 2 didnt even though I asked for 4 withOUT. Not sure how they organize/identify them, but whatever they are doing, they need to change it. Im tired of wasting my money on a product I cant eat and cant tell if its right without cutting it open. This is a food safety issue. What if I was allergic to jalapenos, didnt know better, and just bit into one?

The owner is extremely generous. She makes excellent donuts and was offering specials when we visited. I was really greatly to be able to give the kids a treat. I highly recommend this Shipley s Donuts.
