I made a purchase on my app and went through the DT to pick up. They forgot my chips. I went back, they gave me a bag, however didn t make sure it made it into my hand so it fell on the ground. I got out of my car to pick up- no apology or anything- just looked at me and shut the window! Remember Velvet Taco we live in a tough economy and can spend our money anywhere. Be appreciative we spend it with you and provide BETTER service or we will be off to Torchy s!

If you love Taco, then this is must try place. Menu is clearly separated like Veggi, Chicken, Sea etc. We tried in Veg fried paneer & Cauliflower. Also tried spicy tikka chicken. Mount water and delicious taste, stuffing & sauces. Loved it. Food

Velvet Taco never disappoints! The service here was exceptional efficient, friendly, and fast. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, and their positive energy really enhanced the whole experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with every taco packed full of flavor and fresh ingredients. The variety on the menu offers something for everyone, and everything we ordered tasted amazing. I can t recommend this place enough for great food and top-notch service. Ill definitely be back!

Got Ubereats, came in like 20-30 minutes but I live probably 5 minutes away from the shop. My favorite taco was the chimichurri steak, it was amazing. I shouldve gotten 3 of those. I got the fried fish taco and it was good but i wasnt a fan of the mustard sauce it came with, and the fried fish was small. Still good just wouldnt get that one again. I also got the mexicali shrimp, which was really good. The shrimp went really good with the toppings. Would probably get that again. The 2 tacos looked a lot better but i flipped the box on accident. Still tasted great!

Delicious varied taco options. I like they have varied fusion tacos, this is not an authentic Mexican joint. This is a good spot with interesting global flavors. Everything tastes fresh and their quality really is their winning strategy. The service is excellent. We got confused and grabbed someone else s side because their name sounded like ours, and I offered to pay for the mistake, but the sweet people said it was okay and provided excellent service. I also like the highway side patio vibe.

I read some reviews and decided to try this place...it was terrible. I am not sure if people have forgotten what real food taste and look like. The chicken tacos did come with fresh herb but was that lab grown chicken? ?? It was tasteless and dosed with hot sauce. It was BAD...if there was a zero star that is what the food was...fake chicken drenched in hot sauce. That will be my last time going there.

Update: I DID email the address from the message below my review and that was 5 days ago no response. Their food is great, don t order for delivery. I just waited 45 minutes for Door Dash to deliver my $8 cup of queso (and other food)with no chips. Door Dash is only giving $1.40 credit so I will be done with them as well. I still tipped the driver generously.

Place is small but mostly busy you have outdoor seating too service is very good and fast, taste is very good will cost around 5 on average for one taco , one person can eat easily 2 or 3 tacos so should be around 30-20$ for 2 people, it has parking as well wheel chair might also be accessible spicy chicken tacos are good here even it has veg tacos

Firstly the tacos are gonna hit EVERY SINGLE TIME! The Chicken and Waffle, and the Kobe Smash Burger are by far my favorites at the moment and the Mexi-Cali Shrimp is also up there for me! Secondly, the service is always top tier. Bailey, at the front counter is super patient, funny, and extremely engaging in her customer service. Shout out to her! And lastly, THE MARGS!! Too damn good and even on Tuesday when they re $5, the alcohol is not being skimped. The Sangrita swirl has my heart though! I was a little skeptical my first time at Velvet because I thought the tacos were a bit pricey but man the high quality ingredients really make it worth it! 10/10 would highly recommended. Velvet, you ve made a forever customer outta me!!

We ve ordered here a few times. Fun concept with all the non traditional tacos. Gotta get the to go orders right though. Too many times we have ordered from here and get home to realize they have completely messed up our order by forgetting items and not giving us the right tacos. Glad to see Velvet Taco growing. VERY SAD to taste they stopped making tortillas in-house, that was the golden ticket! Tacos are still delicious but not glorious show stoppers like they used to be.
