Do NOT be scammed by these people. They represented my mom on a Workers Comp case and 2 YEARS later have done absolutely nothing for her. When we told them that we were going to get a 2nd opinion the paralegal Maribel Pizana dropped her and didnt even let her know until she mailed her case file which just consisted of a list of all of her appointments. She already has a record of her appointments and surgeries... What a joke.. please dont waste your time and get someone who actually knows what they are doing!!

Covid slowed down my settlement but once I worked around a schedule that was great for my attorney and myself everything was smooth. They gave great advise on how I should be able to handle my life after my wreck and took care of me

In my opinion the worst lawyer in the world. My case was simple and he didnt even try to win. He charged me a percentage of the money that I received for months from the workers comp and he did nothing. I was the one who brought him all the papers and did the leg work. They had so many strong ways to defend me and the only thing they said in court was could you work before the accident? Answer yes and now!! The other lawyer against me brought witnesses and questioned me for a long time, creating his case with evidence that we could disprove and even I wanted to bring witnesses and present evidence that was strong and well-founded, which did not happen. What happened was a massacre in court with me while he just watched. It was an incredible thing. In my opinion, either he is the worst lawyer in the universe or there were other interests that made it convenient for him to lose the case. Now I cant do simple things that before the accident I could do very well, I cant work Im constantly in pain I cant even sleep because of the pain I always have I have to be on medication which I hate but if I dont take it I cant function with simple things of daily living. He needed a very delicate operation on his spine, which due to losing the case does not cover the expenses and my financial situation continues to worsen. I add that the only time I saw him was when we went to CORTE. For about a year asking to talk to him and it was always an excuse. TO GET THE DECISION AFTER WAITING FOR MONTHS THEY DID NOT CALL ME TO GIVE IT TO ME I HAD TO CONTACT THE OFFICE SO THEY GIVE IT TO ME THEY DIDNT NOTIFY ME THAT THEY ALREADY HAD IT!!!! WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I REPEAT EVERYTHING THAT I EXPRESSED IS MY OPINION BASED ON THE ECHOES OF MY POINT OF VIEW!!! THEY ARE NOT ACCUSATIONS IN ANY WAY, THEYRE JUST MY OPINION... AND I SEE MANY COMMENTS SIMILAR TO MINE, IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. AND THE GOOD ONES IT IS SEE THAT IT IS GOOD TO HAVE FRIENDS AND EMPLOYEES.

In my opinion The WORST REPRESENTATION EVER he just sits in court lets the other lawyer build his case and doesnt defend you at all. Just takes your money. Research his percentage of lost and won cases before you choose to represent you!
