I would steer clear from this law firm. They kept postponing everything. They charged me 10k and I gave them 6.3k and they did not do much other than call, text or email me. They charged me $40 for each text message, voicemail and email they sent me. I fired them and asked them for partial refund and they said I still owed them about 1000 because of the text, voicemail and emails they sent me. I would not mind what they charged me if they had actually gotten me something. They did nothing. I hired another law firm. What this law firm could not do in almost a year, my new attorney did in less than two months. Save your money and hire another firm. They are so fast to reply before they hire you and then ignore you and your concerns after you pay them. I felt I was sick with them because I had invested so much with them but I decided to take the loss and go with someone else.

Coming to Dunham & Jones, my husband and I had a unique case, but still they took it on and helped us through the whole process. The attorney on my case Christopher Wilkes as well as the legal assistants went above and beyond to inform us about all of the immigration processes and procedures. They all carefully collected evidence and gave us the best chance we could possibly have. I felt entirely heard and seen throughout the entire process. Fred Howie doesnt care. My son who is innocent is in prison for 25 years because this man didnt do his job. He wouldnt return phone calls and sent another attorney in his place during court that didnt know what was going on. We paid $50,000 for nothing. Now we have to do an appeal. Most guys get 5 years when theyre truly innocent. Watch out for these young girls who have no morals nowadays. They will ruin a mans life to get their way. Im a Believer in Jesus Christ and so is my son. Apparently this guy isnt.

I was unlawfully taking to jail in Euless back in March of 2023. The officer pulled me over for a traffic violation. Once I showed him I wasnt intoxicated and in fact I was out driving for a rideshare company to do my part to help slow down DWIs or worse. Well once he seen that I wasnt intoxicated he wanted to search my person. Which I allowed and told him that I had a Delta 8 Vape Pin. Which I got from a Vape store. He asked to see it looked at it and instantly told me it was THC and was illegal. Since I had my firearm with me he took me to jail om a unlawful carry charge. After a couple days inside and finally getting judge. She gave me a PR bond and my friend instantly told me to get Dunham and Jones Attorneys. The best advice I have received in a long time. For this to be my first non traffic charge I was just going to let it go. That was until the state wanted to destroy my firearm . I was 100% out on that due to I had done nothing wrong. So we had man cases and then finally this July we had to hearing for Motion to Supress. And for the first time I seen exactly how a good lawyer works. My attorney Mark Streiff absolutely took it to both the prosecution and the former officer that arrested me. Mark was well prepared and asked the perfect questions during his cross examination of the prosecutions witness. I was very impressed and satisfied with the results of the hearing. I was able to get my firearm back and the change was dismissed due to the office not having any right to search me or my vehicle after I proved to him I was sober. I would advise anyone who gets in any kind of situation with the law that you be quite and contact Dunham and Jones Attorneys. And while your at it ask for Mark Streiff and team. I promise that you they will make sure to dot all Is and cross all Ts. Mark also gave me a great referral for someone who can help me get the compensation Ive missed since this issue set me back financially since March.

All I can is this that I am highly satisfied with this law firm.
