I d give 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience. Waste of money for nothing to be resolved in my case. Brandon does not represent you as he should. He says he ll look into something and get back with you but he doesn t. I don t recommend anyone to use Brandon from guest & gray or that law firm in general. Paralegals are just as useless. Charge you for every call, even when it s just a call to ask what an update is, and of course they ll say I ll speak with Brandon and get back to you. But they don t! But they have no problem sending you that bill. Complete joke!!

Read the contract carefully. I hired before charges filed payed the retainer and they never did anything. Since they were non responsive I did not continue to make payments. So she got a free ride on me. They are very helpful at first and then ugly

This law firm was the worst choice for divorce. 1. my initial lawyer resigned after 3 months and left me with another lawyer 2. I was paid a 3000 retainer and was billed another 2000 for services that upon receipt and review I was unable to see what services were truly performed for a divorce with no children but only property. 3. I was informed that there would be another 5000.00 to retain the lawyer for a half day mediation. (so 10,000.00 for a divorce with no children but only a home to separate)

James Fowler has been an absolute Godsend to me. Kaufman county accepted my payment and then sent the same ticket to collections. I received a letter in the mail that I owed for a ticket that was taken care of 9 months prior by Guest and Gray. I initially tried to call the court house but I was not able to get in contact with anyone. The following Monday, I spoke to James and he immediately started making phone calls. He realized that the courts created a duplicate ticket and got it removed. He also followed up the next day to ensure it was removed and reached out to the law firm that contacted me about it. I can not express how grateful I am for James and his hard work and diligence.

They will nickel and dime you. Beware. Used them for a divorce case and could never get a hold of Jerry Tidwell on updates for case. When I was finally updated, nothing had been done and still was being charged outrages fees. Never felt like they had my best interests in mind. Only my money. Don t use this place if you re needing a divorce lawyer. They are awful.
