Quick Move ins are exactly that. Quickly built, with no quality or attention to details. No consideration for 55 plus buyers by putting hot water heater in the attic and attic ladders that are too high to reach and difficult to pull down. HOA too high and very restrictive.

In addition to being disappointed in the construction inside the home our expensive lot with a backyard is just a rock pit covered over with grass. Painfully uncomfortable to walk on as it is just a rock pile with uneven moguls or pits that are too easy to sprain your ankle in. Would cost us a fortune to have it leveled with the proper soil and sand and then add the grass back on . sloppy construction by Taylor Morrison and disappointing quality control and terrible quality of Wisenbaker Products from cabinets to granite and beyond concerning everything about this home. Was Told in December when the house was being built that homeowner Association prices would not be raised anytime soon due to more houses being sold and therefore more money in the HOA available funds. Last night we were notified that our dues are going to go up $30 more per month....perhaps to cover their spec homes? Outside of the wonderful people that live amongst us, would not have bought here if I could do it all over.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the workmanship and Products we paid at highly upgraded prices. Cabinets by WISENBAKER quality terrible/ had to have replaced and still not what we upgraded for as far as to quality and expense. Living here over one month now and having serious issues on our expensive white granite tops turning orange: WISENBAKER Products TM uses are terrible quality. Experienced sloppy stucco, painting, framing and facia and many other issues that are aggravating and unacceptable. No quality control on houses being built; they just want to close quickly. The yard grading is improper as our neighbors sprinklers and gutters flood our backyard . if you do buy here, go with the basic bottom of what they give you so that you could rip out all the cabinets and the granite and replace them yourself later. They claim they exceed your expectations but they fall way below ours! Buyer beware!

Not very interested in selling homes. The market is so hot they are less than accommodating. Nice neighborhood but the demographic they hype is not the type or home they are building. Active folks need homes that house their workshops and toys/golf/ car hobbies. The lots do not a comodate a build to support that. Nice amenities but poor choice on lot design.

Great location and wonderful activities coordinated by an activities director. However, the construction is sloppy and the customer service to fix the items is not good. While fixing an item for the 1-year warranty, the bottom of a cabinet was ruined. The service rep says it must have been done by an occasional houseguest?? And, we need to fix ourselves paint and stain problems that the superintendent kept shrugging off.
