1st time going and might become a regular, appetizer was delicious, chips and guacamole! The burger was really good, I doubted the bacon but it was great! The service I got from mayd was incredible, my drink was filled 3 times, she checked on me like 10 times, when I go back she will be my server again!! Amazing service, great place, good food!!!

Came from Chicago for work and told myself gotta go try ojos locos so yesterday was my only day to go and as I approached the door I was told I couldn t come unless I paid 25 dollars entry fee for a fight and mind you I could care less for the fight just wanted to try the food and drinks the experience ojos locos offers but I told them I didn t care about the fight and wouldn t be there long enough to watch and I was denied unless I paid 25 bucks definitely wasn t worth it so that s why they get one start review and trust me I would never try to go back so any ojo loco

Your waitress tipped herself and I want my money back asap! I tried not to go to social media, I called twice speaking to two different managers one at closing because I know how busy they are when their with customers and then today before opening because again when they have customers they will be too busy I would think. I havent gotten this situation taking care of at all. The last person I talked to told me to bring my ID etc after told her I stay 30min away. I was going to tip the waitress but however I already had called the Lyft and it came quicker than expected and had to rush out after I was done freshening up. Its so sad you cant go out to eat and not have this happen to you. Just sad yall be careful! Picture below, dont let her get your card. Make sure you bring cash to this place.

So Ive been to Ojos Locos on different occasions. Everytime The ladies are super cool, friendly, and polite and are quick to serve you despite it being so busy. Drinks taste great and are served well at a perfect temperature. The food is good but not all the time. I guess it depends on the mood of whomever is cooking. But overall, its a great place to go and grab a few with your friends and just chill.

I came here last Saturday after 12am. No one attended my friends and I. We sat down and asked for assistance. A manager got one of the waitress and as soon as she saw my friends and I, in front of us she reached out to another waitress to serve us. I felt she was being racist! When we finally were served, our waitress seemed sweet and polite. The only problem was she kept attending to the guy s. We wanted to order more food but she never came back around till it was time to pay. Then had the audacity to circle the area for gratitude.

Rude management and employees. An employee recommended a drink to me and I took one sip and gave it back and said I didn t like it. They said they need to charge me for it anyways and refused to give my card back.Also, they took my card to open a tab before I even got a drink, they didn t do it to anyone else. I m not Hispanic so I did feel like I was being discriminated against. Me and my friend are both black.

So I came for the Happy Hour they been promoting since Beryl Hit and on that sign it s says It s from Monday-Friday 2pm-7pm for $3 drinks. No lie that s not a bad deal at all . So I came on a Friday about 4pm and the waitress had to get another server cause she didn t speak English as much which is okay but I m trying to figure out why lie about the happy hr days her words It s only Monday -Thursday . I took her word for it but if that s y all way of up charging that s crazy work. Once I left and saw the many signs along the place say Monday thru Friday that s not okay . It s just the principle.

I give this one star because they make me waiting to get my order on Uber App for too long. And theyre coming out and say that they didnt have my order in the system. How ridiculous that if they didnt have my order, so when I told them my name on order whenever I just enter the restaurant. Why they dont let me know that my order have not on the system???? So, I call support on Uber Eat App and they totally said that your system wrong so I will put 1 star for bad service.

We arrived at 5pm for a stressful day. Two hours later, 7pm to be exact, a boy approaches us because there was a fight at 9PM!!! 9PM!!!! That we had to pay for that fight, we are not people who watch fights nor am I interested. We told him to leave in about 1 hour. 5 minutes later the waitress came up to us and told us that she couldnt sell them any more drinks because we didnt pay for the fight!!!!! We werent planning to stay until 9PM but I thought it was very BAD taste that they would kick you out if you dont pay for something you are NOT interested in. NOTE: the table next to us was arguing with the waitress for the same situation!!!!!!! We decided to pay the bill and leave, but Im definitely NOT coming back!!!!!!

The wings are okay. They are your typical wing that you can get almost anywhere. I did the 18 bone-in for $22.99. The restaurant was kinda slow yet the waitresses all just stood in the corner or by the door talking amongst themselves. They didnt really interact much with the customers.

If youre not Hispanic you will experience some type of discrimination. My girl and I walked in and before our butts even touched the seat the waitress asked us if we were ready to order basically rushing us... we informed her that we literally just sat down. The waitress then never came back to our table and we just left. It was clear we were not the demographic they wanted in their establishment (black people). Even though we were polite, respectful, didnt say anything. Definitely a spot to order on DoorDash if youre a non-Hispanic person.

First time visiting this place since Facebook insisted with advertising about this place so I decided to go and have lunch there, everything was very good, atmosphere, music, televisions and every angle, its just that I would have liked to find a lunch with vegetables like broccoli with carrots , steak or ribeye and mashed potatoes... but Isabella (who gave me excellent service and every time I go I will ask for her to help me) knew how to guide me to the salad with steak, wings and carrot sides with celery and everything very Well, anyway, good experience and I will return for the Champions League final

This waitress was the rudest. Another waitress served shots at our table. We were with a big group so I assumed someone else ordered them. This waitress barely spoke English but I managed to understand that she said she was going to charge us for the shots that they mistakenly put at our table. The manager came who did not speak English either. They said they would charge us for the shots I told them no. Then she began snatching the shots back from our table. Even after some of us had already squeezed lime and drank some of the shots. I even saw her serve the same shots to other guests. I asked what her name was and she tried to get me kicked out of the bar. Terrible place to go. I was uneasy about going to this bar because I heard people have been shot here but its just as unsafe inside. The security guards were ready to attack although I did nothing wrong luckily I decided to leave even before they confronted me I could see it turning into a very unpleasant experience. This waitress was way too entitled. Lets not let them get away with this sort of behavior.

Ive visited this establishment many times, but this last time will be my last. We paid to get in the were sat at this tiny table under the tv by the bathroom and ignored by many servers, including the manager. We finally got the managers attention and asked to switch to a regular table that just became available but they ended up giving it to a group that walked in later but we paid to get in and you sit the only two black women in the establishment at a small tiny table in the back near the restroom in an area that none of the waitress serviced. Then we finally got a waitresss attention, and she asked for my card to open a tab.... whenever I come with my hispanic friends we were never asked to give them a card to open a tab and Ive watched them service many other tables and none of them were asked to give a card to open a tab. This used to be one of my favorite places to go and spend hundreds every time, but I will no longer be back

It was actually my third time going to this place but I hope to never go back since their manager Peter was an unpleasant person when he went to tell us that some waitresses were complaining that my husband and my friend and I were taking photos of their butts when I told him to check our cell phones so he could see that we did take photos of ourselves but never of the girls butts and he didnt want to check them and I felt offended since he told us that if we kept doing it he would send us to take them out, I mean he didnt give us a single thought. the benefit of doubt and not at all that we were doing that if the young women are delicate that it was difficult for them to get away from where we were taking photos our waitress was super friendly and attentive but I really do not recommend that place when that manager is there since on other occasions I went and no one ever said anything about the cell phones. We stayed for about 25 minutes and took photos because my friend was the first time he had gone to that kind of place since he had just arrived in this country.

We ordered some drinks which they dod not have, I ordered some bone in wings and the waitress even asked me if they are supposed to have a bone inside which i agreed, still they brought the boneless ones out. Manager kept coming to my table acting like hes apologizing for their mistakes, Prices are written in a tactical manner to deceive a customer. They upsell you on purpose, and act like its an accident. Definitely do not come here if you plan on drinking any alcohol or eating anything. Manager appears to support this kind of deception. I was so excited about my first experience at Ojos Locos just to be let down. First I ordered a jack and lemonade, and it was terrible. I m not sure if they used a lemon mix or a sour mix or what but it was absolutely terrible. I sent it back and instead ordered a mango strawberry frozen margarita. It had the worst after taste and it came with a salted rim, instead of sugar. It honestly had an after taste of salt water. Gross. Then myself and my boyfriend ordered a burger medium rare. They both came out well done. I don t like sending food back in fear of it being messed with in the kitchen. After a 15 minutes of the waitress walking back and forth between our table and the manager (after we just asked that the manager come over) we finally got told they would remake the Patty to the temp we ordered it at. The waitress asked if my boyfriend wanted another beer he said sure. After 15 minutes she came back and checked on us, and asked if we needed anything. We said just the beer. SHE NEVER PUT IT IN. She constantly went missing, we could never find her. I also noticed waitresses actually SITTING with preferred tables. So strange and unprofessional. The only good thing here was the nachos. 10/10 recommend. Everything else was complete trash.

Second both my niece and my daughter had the ice cream delivered with the food not at the end of the meal. When asked if they could replace we were charged for the replacement. Third manager was picking his nose and placing his boogers on the table. Which is not only a health violation but gross. Cindy

Waitress no good English and hung around her other tables. Cook scimped on portions and i had to talk to mgr twice to get corrected. Not the normal great service I usually receive. I recommend going to location on I-10 east, all Waitress r friendly and good atmosphere

Good place to share and have a good time . On the part of the girls everything is perfect, but the music is something they should work on, I think they should please everyone equally and if a client makes a request for something as insignificant as a song I think it is very simple to play it and already !! Instead of making absurd excuses to ruin the visit. The manager on duty last night was very petulant about that issue and we left there a little disappointed. I hope they improve in this detail although we will not return there. Greetings

They Were very Racist..!! First We called In To Order The First Call A Guy Hung Up In Our Face Then Turned around we called again a female answered the phone she politely put the order in also stated to her the guy hung up she laughed it off .. we arrived at least 15 minutes after the order suppose to be done went in for them to tell us 5 more minutes then i go back in there after the 5 minutes for them to say we didn t order there etc when the number was the same number on google we made sure because texas is big and we didn t want to go to the wrong place..!! Great environment and atmosphere! It was very welcoming . The barmaids were attentive and made drinks very well . For a first visit I was happy . Do not be deterred by the outside appearance . I think they re doing some sort of construction or updates . Inside is nice !FoR mid afternoon they had a great crowd of people . The only complaint I would have is the flavored shots are watered down and overpriced .

An alternative to Hooters or twin peaks just friendly down to earth. Lots of tv monitors every sports game is shown, great place to go. Oh the foods good too. English is the 2nd language here

I would definitely give them 5 stars because the service, the food and the atmosphere were incredible, but the music was not to my liking. They should rethink that people from many countries come to their place and that a few Mexican songs are fine, they need to vary the repertoire more.
