The original quote was for used racking prices. Upon placing the order the sales invoice was changed and reflected new racking prices. A down payment had been made and the owner (Jay) promised a refund. As of now, 2 years has passed and Jay is refusing to honor the refund regardless of documentation signed, by him, which guaranteed said refund. Additionally, during discussion through email regarding the refund, he made an offer of $500.00 for information on his competitors prices. Be weary of a potential bait & switch tactic as well as borderline unethical practices.

I just had some used pallet racking for my Wearhouse and they did a great job. At first they delivered wrong material in one portion of the racking, but they changed them with correct material. I will definitely do business with them again. Thank you to all of you.

I have been searching for strong HD storage racks for my business for a while. I wanted excellent quality and a fair price that my business needed. I found PalletRackTrader on FB marketplace and tried them out. I bought 4 warehouse storage racks that met my needs at the price I needed. After the easy assembly and putting my inventory on them I then decided I needed immediately I wanted more and contacted Jay back the next day and ordered 8 more racks. Excellent service, quality and value. Just what I needed. After I assemble these and need more I will be going back. Thank you Jay!

I cant say enough about how great it was to work with them! We had been searching for a rolling warehouse ladder for months for our warehouse. I couldnt find anything under $500, and that was more than we wanted to spend. I stumbled across PRT and they had EXACTLY what I was looking for and for a really great price! Within one day they had a quote over to me with pictures. I immediately called and made payment and they delivered the next day and the ladder was in great shape. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with! That you PRT we will be a repeat customer!

PRT has the greatest staff and best prices. Punctual with delivery and top notch communication. Winning quote of of 15 suppliers for new pallet racking. Delivered much quicker than expected. Robin at Pallet Rack Trader made it so easy to buy the right product for my Warehouse. I have little to no knowledge about buying this type of equipment but she made it so easy. These guys are prompt, courteous and helpful in every way. Great pricing on all the necessary shelving items for stocking inventory. I placed an order at around 9AM and by Noon they were on site doing a quick and affordable install. Lee was who I dealt with-But the whole crew was courteous and quick at taking care of us. Will use them again in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing shelf systems for their warehouse or wherever.

Jay and his team built a huge storage room in short order. They were courteous and efficient. The entire process from ordering to construction went so smoothly because Jay is so prompt in his responses. We even had those dreaded last minute changes that can kill a project but there wasnt even a hiccup. I had the pleasure of working with Jay on two different projects. The first project was a rush deal on our part and Jay came thru for me and got my pallet racking delivered in time to finish my project by the due date. The second project I was needing pallet racking delivered and installed. Jay had the pallet racking I needed and his installers delivered and installed the pallet racking in 2 days. Now that was fast service and my warehouse manager said the install crew were great and did an awesome job. Very pleased with the service. I will definitely be calling Jay again.

Palletracktrader was incredible! I am a boy scout and when I found these people I was working on a very large scale eagle project. I communicated with Mr Jay Rosen off and on for about 3 months and he was fantastic. They were able to donate over $400 of the cost of my shelving, and my project was an incredible success.Their service is extremely welcoming, generous, and friendly and I would definately recommend them to anyone looking to buy some good-condition pallet rack!

I first ordered about 30ft of racks from these guys and turned out it worked so well and it was in great shape (i ordered used not new) I ordered another 50ft to fill a wall I didnt even need! When we expand our warehouse again, they will be my 1st call!
