Never ever have I ever been treated crappy from a QT employee all of them have always been exceptional outstanding and super respectful today Mr. Oliver working the cash register 6:30 PM May 15 got so frustrated and I asked him why are you being so rude? Why are you upset and his words were? Its just Im just I dont know what the hell is that mean because I didnt know what flavor of tobacco pouches my friend wanted. I cant tell you how many times he stared at me and pushed me to hurry ONE PERSON WAS BEHIND ME He didnt even bag up all my stuff, just rushing me out the door. I get that its a convenience store. I get that its fast but dont be rude and dont push me out the door and dont respond back that youre irritated with me. Oliver, you need to learn some manners. This is Texas son!

Best gas station, hands-down. Not only all the gas prices typically on the lower side, and they offer such a wide range of snacks and beverages nice hot coffee, cappuccino machines, etc. The staffis amazing.amazing and friendly.

The restrooms are large and clean. They always say hello at the door. I created some art from their inspiration. QT is always there for your horsepower. (I bet they will be around when our horsepower is electric.) Thanks for the clean restrooms. ))

I d give more stars if this location wasn t right next door to their D/FW corporate office. Generally, this store is ok. Not near the same customer service as other locations. Also, anytime I ve tried to use the air pump at this location, it s broken. Thing stays broken. Probably won t be back to this one after today.

All the Quick trip gas stations in the Tarrant County Community has the one of the best customer service friendly and professional I love there uniforms and there restrooms always clean as well as the rest of the stores we thank them for serving our Community. Blessings to all of them.

I was having trouble turning on the gas pump. So I had to go inside & ask for help. One of the employees offered to help me at the pump. He was very helpful. So I was able to get some gas.

Always a pleasure. When I go, I know I am going to find what I need, and I will get it quicky, and with a smile. The exterior and interior are always clear of debris and clean. The shelves are always stocked, the pumps always have window washing liquid and paper towels, and the restrooms are always clean and stocked. I am in and out quickly with everything I need and I never leave without a smile from them, which leaves me with a smile.

You used to be able to get a breakfast pizza anytime of day here... not anymore here since they updated the kitchen. Now you have to drive to any other one that has not updated its kitchen yet...

Almost always the cheapest fuel in the area. Station is very well lit and feels safe even at night. Air pump is almost always operational. Bathrooms are very clean. Basically a typical QT experience. Really what any fuel station should strive for.

Wow! Great customer service experience... The pump was out of receipt paper. This usually doesnt happen at a QuikTrip. Went in and asked for the receipt. The cashier confirmed that the out of paper indicator was active, apologized for the inconvenience of coming in, and then offered a complementary drink! It was just nice to have them acknowledge the inconvenience, but it was the first time that an attendant tried to make it right immediately! Didnt take them up on the offer, but was very appreciative of the way it was handled.

Most of the staff is great except for Breanna, shes the short, young Vietnamese girl who always walks around with her mouth partially agape due to her slight overbite. I ordered food from the kitchen, and inquired if the order that she said was mine, she stammered out a sharp reply....NO, thats not yours, its for the person who arrived here before you got here.....when my order finally was done, she then said to me Thank You..........AGAIN. (about a 3 second pause between the thank you and the again)....as if serving me was a total inconvenience to her. Sorry that I chose to stop at this gas station to support your minimum wage paycheck. A bit of advice, Breanna, if you hate your job, just quit and find something else....just dont apply at Chick Fil-A, You wouldnt last 15 minutes there with your attitude.

I am only giving 3 stars because I went in today to get my son a pretzel from the kitchen and I walked up to the counter and the lady MAKING someones food with her gloves on just shoved some food in HER MOUTH, right in front of me! I just looked her dead in the eyes and walked away. Normally everything is great but I was shocked and pretty disgusted that she would do that, because I know how they are about food safety Ive seen a manager tell new clerks to throw out food for simply putting it on the counter due to cross contamination.

This rating is not an overall rating of QT. I actually love QT! This rating is strictly for employee, Brianna A. located at the North Industrial store in Euless near Trinity High School. Briannas demeanor and over all attitude gives QT a bad name. Unfortunately, not everyone should be working in an industry where you have to demonstrate great customer service skills often. Brianna acted as though I did not exist when I approached her at the register nor did she show any interest in ringing up my purchase. I asked to speak with a manager and she lied to me stating he was outside gathering trash when he was actually inside the store near the drink fountain. Assistant Manager, Bryan was very professional, had a listening ear and was very apologetic for Briannas behavior. Perhaps management can allow Brianna to take some customer service classes to help understand the importance of making every customer happy. Thank you Bryan for sharing your corporates number and address to file a further complaint after being treated so rudely.

QT is one of my all-time favorite gas stations. I love the selection of drinks and snacks! The different tea flavors are a real perk. My only reason for 4 stars is the refill drink cost. Why 89 cent refills when drinks cost a dollar or a little more than a dollar? If I spend 10 bucks on a QT refillable cup, then I would have till fill it up 80-100 times before I break even!

I LOVE QUIK TRIP! This location, like virtually all of them, is clean, has noticeably friendly staff, has fantastic bathrooms (for a gas station), has awesome fountain drink prices, and almost always has the lowest gas prices in the area. Wed go out of our way to get gas at this location! I cant recommend it more highly.
