They charge for everything by the way. Even for not answering emails. If you send them an email and they don t answer, they charge you for it. They even charged me for asking how much something was going to cost. And if you complain about what they charge you for, they will drop you instantly. They didn t even give me a warning. No refund either. This is a scam, they literally just got free money out of me. All that time and money wasted and i have to start all over. They also take months to do anything they said they are going to do. I asked for discovery in February when i first started. Hasn t happened yet Then when they drop me, they say, we were just about to do it, but now we don t have to I never got any consultation, they don t keep you posted on what s happening, or even give you a timeline. Without the consultation, i m forced to ask questions every step of the way so they can charge for them. I had to beg them for a call and wait a week for the call, and they cut me off after 5 minutes. Seems to be standard practice for them to understand deliver and over charge. 6 months in and all i am is thousands of dollars poorer, and i have no idea what they have even done.

zero stars. negative if I could. Ive been waiting for months to get my paid in full agreement. The lawyer was late on getting me a prenup, then it turned to the postnup and I still dont have the document (over 4months and counting). The balance was paid in full at the beginning. My follow up emails go unanswered. This has been an awful experience and has now made me vulnerable which is exactly what I wanted to prevent. And now I am receiving notices of for payment when I have not been given what I already paid in full for. Absurd. Unprofessional. Scam artist.

I have had several meetings with Donna over the last 7 years. I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. My emails were adjudicated quickly and phone calls for follow up handled in a very timely manner. Aside from the expert legal advice, I found Donna to have great wisdom from her years of experience and she gave me guidance which helped me in the long run. I am in an excellent position financially (and emotionally) because I followed her advice. I always felt she had my best interest in mind and I am so thankful she was there to help me.

Don t go here. They like to act like they care about you but then don t really listen to your problems. They cut you off and go off what they believe and not what you truly want. Don t believe them on the billing because it will change I m already in debt as is don t go here because they will charge for anything without telling you. And your bill they send isn t the amount they tell you in the end. Save your time and money don t go here it s a scam.

Honest review this place is awful.... Quick summary, got passed around like a school house dodge ball with 3 attorneys for the fact the previous left the firm. All the girls there have attitudes and God forbid you ask any questions to these queens, youll get yelled at and hung up on. My friend experienced this with them also, we just so happened to be going through a divorce at the same time. DO NOT THINK, your bill wont change as mine did a couple times and my friends did too. They will get there money or youll be threaten to be taken to collections before a bill is sent out. Lol I left a very tactful voicemail for Donna about one of her queens and she never even gave me a call back. I would never recommend this horrid place and my friend had the EXACT same experience.

If youve been shopping around for an attorney, you can stop right here. Ask for Desaray Muma. These cases arent cheap but Desaray is worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY (and then some). She is FIERCE, extremely efficient and produces results. I went to her for help with a case involving parental rights. She got me exactly what I wanted and watching her in action made me feel lucky that she is on my side. There are some reviews here complaining about communication. In my experience, if you are specific with your questions, you will get the answers you want.

I paid for a one-hour consultation with Desaray Muma, and her service was terrible. She was disinterested, rude, and not helpful in providing the guidance I was seeking. I was trying to engage her in dialogue to help me understand the legal process, but it was like pulling teeth. I came to her for help and left after 15 minutes. It was a total waste of money. I thought it was just me but after reading other Google reviews there seems to be a trend in her disconnected and unprofessional behavior.

Law firm does not use in-house QUDRO attorney! Although the divorce went smoothly, it was totally an UNCONTESTED DIVORCE! The issue was a loss of $30,000 dollars to me as the Attorney assigned to my case sent the signed QUADRO order to their non resident Attorney by certified mail, which they addressed wrong, and was forwarded by US Mail over 4 states and 30 days, during which market lost money to the 401k account - why they would NOT USE legal courier service for such CRITICAL DOCUMENT IS BEYOND LOGICAL THINKING! Their Quadro Attorney s office is about a 2 mile journey! Donna s excuse was she was sorry, but they had no control over when Lockheeds 401k administrators receive their QUADRO documents, and it was a case of the perfect storm . I wasn t able to find ANY attorney to file a negligence suit, they all said it was not enough monies involved to bother with. I also agree with other poor ratings here on treatment, because although I did have an opportunity to discuss their negligence in my case initially (sry for any inconvenience), there were no fees returned, and recently she refused to even take a phone call from me, about pertinent language in divorce decree - which is apparent in what other clients have said of related client treatment. Abusive and not a proper attitude toward their intended model of advertisement! Good day Donna!

If you are a man going thru a divorce, dont do it with this law firm. My attorney completely sold me out to the opposing council and I caught her in it thru email. If I would have seen the end result earlier I would have left them for another law firm, but by the time I realized all that had happened it was too late. use someone else for the love of God, this was an awfully expensive lesson to learn and I dont want someone else making my same mistake.

Do Not Use if you want to be treated with respect and compassion and have your attorney fight for you. The associate, Desaray, was impatient and acted as if it was a terrible inconvenience to be in contact with the client -who was paying her! It cost her over $10k and not an ounce of feeling the attorney was on her side. Mediation lacked professionalism and investment in the clients best interests. Some Law Firms are out to help people and others are out to make money. This one clearly lands in the latter category.

Spent almost $30,000 in 18 mos, our attorney deseray didnt represent , she wasnt determined , she didnt stand up or pursue what was right. The only real communication we had is when she needed more retainer money. Wouldnt reccomend this firm to anyone at all.

Yikes! That pretty much sums it up. I paid for a 1 hour telephone consultation and she actually had a go at me because I didnt understand something and was asking questions!!! Umm - I am not a lawyer, that is why I PAID to consult one. This woman seriously needs to get another job that she actually enjoys. Please go somewhere else where you will, at the very least, be respected as a paying client.

There is no possible way to plan for what challenges life can throw at you. When one of our grown children approached my wife and I needing guidance regarding a custody battle with our grandchild, I knew immediately who I was going to contact for advice. Already having a business-to-business relationship with Donna and her team, I had already been introduced to the knowledge, reputation and professionalism that this firm is so well known for. What I didnt know was how Donna and her team (Mr. Munoz, Jennifer, and Desaray) would shift gears from our business relationship and really take a personal interest in resolving a very important family issue for our son. Donna assigned Jonathan Fox to my case who was terrible, regardless of the amount of money I paid, which was $2000, she insulted me on more than one occasion, both Donna and Jonathan allowed my ex who has since been convicted of a DUI to get extended visitation knowing that he was an alcoholic, because I didn t have enough money to take it to trial . I paid a total of $10k, including my fees to Donna s office and a prior attorney who treated me, the responsible and sober parent, poorly. They only want your money and don t care about the children s well being or what is in the best interest of the child.

Terrible service. Poor communication. No results. I paid them over $10,000. They were so slow that my case was dropped from the docket. At the end they insulted me and dropped me as a client and have yet to return my retainer. Family lawyers are morally bankrupt. This firm is no exception.
