Literal mud in my salad. I bit into my salad and it was crunchy like I was eating sand. I dug through my lettuce and found mud all mixed through it. They wouldn t credit the money back to my app either, just told me I could come back and get another salad but I could dig through it to make sure there was no mud next time ..

I get it. People want your food. The place gets dirty. However the place is abundantly staffed, they just do a very poor job of cleaning. It s always a wreck in here. The place is empty and no one is cleaning. Food, debris, paper, wetness, open cabinets, dirty playground. They just throw a sign on it and leave it. I dont know what they re doing back in the back there, must be 3 tables here and 12 employees. Run your store the way you want, but it s a disservice to the community and the Chic FilA company. Edit: 8 months later, I m back to sing y alls praises again. Great service, and the BEST food from any CFA location I ve had in the entire United States. Don t you dare ever change a thing! Always 10/10 through the drive thru. Fresh, hot, crispy chicken and fluffy, properly salted fries. Best CFA in the area HANDS DOWN. I live in Creekside and will drive the 10 minutes to get here vs 2 mins for my closest location.

This may be the best-run Chic-Fil-A I ve ever been to, but it s undoubtedly the best in The Woodlands. I avoid the Lake Woodlands Town Center location if at all possible. It comes down to a good operator hiring a good crew and having an exemplary configuration (2 or 3 covered lanes). I ve noticed the salads (amount of ingredients) from this location are always better. Go figure. It s fast food, but this location does it right. Lunchtime can be a nightmare around noon, depending on whats happening at the nearby high school. Eat more chicken. Kid-friendliness: It has an indoor playground and plenty of kid-friendly seating.

Absolutely one of the best chick fil an around. We go there for daily breakfast and they know my name , always smiling , very friendly, rarely mess up my unique morning order , as most other locations mess up. They re my favorite breakfast chick fil a location The Dr Pepper is always too sweet, not enough carbonation in the sodas, the only downside. I have to always remind myself not to order one there lol. Please add more carbonation, syrup drinks are gross

We drove over to chick-fil-a to order a family pack of chicken strips as a special treat for our kids and they refused to sell us the family pack saying they cant do it because they are running specials. So we had to leave and tell our kids they wont let us get it. The kids are super disappointed. The employee was not very kind. Just very sorry, not my problem attitude.

This was my first job and it was terrible. They treat you like mildew. I was lied to multiple times by the store leaders and management. Disgusting behavior on everyone s behalf and I m glad they let me go. Fun fact. This store, based upon proven statistics, is actually one of the top ranked Chick Fil A s in the country based on sales, traffic and quality. I do agree that the food is fresher and better here than any other Chick Fil A in The Woodlands. I have had my order messed up a couple of times but they always reimburse it with a free meal. Every time I come here there is a new employee in the drive thru. I do NOT recommend working at Chick Fil A if you can t handle pressure, a fast environment and corrupt management.

Well this is probably the worst Chick-fil-A service I have ever received. I m not one to leave reviews unless service is horrible or they went above and beyond. Francisco, I believe he is one of the managers based on his shirt, was absolutely rude! We came in around 6:45 and they were not busy at all. There was no crazy drive through line (maybe 3 cars) and absolutely no one in line inside the store. We walked right up and Francisco was at the counter, he never welcomed us or said I ll be with you in a moment. Instead he turned away and started packing food, then 2 other employees walked past us again no one saying anything. Francisco walked passed me again. And finally I asked if I could just ask a question as I had been waiting for a bit now and let them know I had already ordered on the app. Francisco says ma am I am trying to pack customers food I told him I get that and that he was not the only person that walked passed me multiple times and I just had a question. One of the ladies came up and I asked me what my question was and how she could help as I was explaining Francisco came up and kinda pushed his way in and said he got it. He was not only rude to his customers but also seemed rude to his employees. Let s just say next time we want Chick-fil-A we will drive 5 more minutes to the Magnolia location where they treat you like family.

Ordered the spicy chicken palmento sandwich, They put the box in the bag upside down. The box opened up and the bun was somehow on top of the box the filet on the napkins. All the palmento cheese and jalapeno were on the bottom of the bag and on the napkins. The biggest mess from any fast food Ive ever ordered. Its like a pizza coming upside down. So once I scrapped the sandwich together it wasnt even the spicy filet. Checked the receipt wasnt charged for spicy even though I clearly said I WANT THE SPICY CHICKEN PALMENTO SANDWICH! The whole experience was horrible cheese all over my car I will never go back to this location.

I ordered an egg white grill sandwich today and it was undercooked and terrible. It wasnt even warm. The cheese hadnt even melted. The chicken was barely cooked and cold. The quality has gone down so bad it was just awful and unbelievable. The coffee was equally disgusting. I dont know if it is just this Chick fil A or others. (This is an updated review). I have come to this location a few times in the past months. The service is much better than it used to be. So far, I havent had any issues. I think it was poor of me to leave a bad review considering that most of the locations are always busy and people make mistakes, but not intentionally. My gripe was about a bad experience that I had, but everyone couldnt be blamed for it. The staff are courteous and friendly, and theres no reason that I should be any different.

Ordered a ice cream cone and French fries on a Tuesday evening. Employees, mostly teenagers, were too busy talking and swearing amongst themselves to hear my order the first time. We were there to let our daughter play on the playground but were told to move away from that part of the dining area since it had already been cleaned for the night, one hour before closing. That is fine, but he did not ask us to move, just looked at us like we were crazy and told us he had just cleaned the area. Also witnessed this same team member arguing with the manager about what his cleaning duties were. Won t be visiting this location again.

I was really disappointed after my visit today. The restaurant was extremely dirty. All of The trash cans were all over filled while there were employees just standing around. It wasn t busy at all. I let my daughter play in the play ground and it was visibly dirty from the little shoe area. It looked like it hadn t been cleaned in a while. Next time I ll make the drive to the one by the mall.
