Take a seat when you arrive. Just not for me! Nothing is wrong with this place. If this is what you like, I went in with an open mind and left closing it. I dont like sweet noodles, was overboard sweet. I tried 4 dishes and did not like any, $65 took the food and fed the birds. Could be for you so Id say give it a try you never know.

We ordered the beef flat noodles. The pork garlic sauce on boiled noodles, and an order of the soup dumplings. Ill start out by saying the soup dumplings were fantastic! Made to order and very flavorful. Highly reccomend. The beef flat noodles were pretty good but I was disappointed in the pork in garlic sauce. The menu described the dish as having mushrooms, onions, and bamboo shoots; all things I like. The dish I was served had no bamboo shoots and only a few mushrooms. And there was very little garlic flavor. I will probably go back but I will stick to the dumplings.

I went to this restaurant a few times. The first visit we ordered tomato noodles and beef noodles. Our server, a young man, was polite and attentive, a rarity in El Paso. So we let the bland flavor and poor culinary execution slide as it was not the servers fault. The noodles looked more like spaghetti or pasta in general, while the sauces to the tomato and beef and broccoli noodles were bland, insipid and soupy; and the tomato sauce for the noodles tasted like watered down ketchup. It was reminiscent of Juárez Chinese food, but with a bougie twist. At least the food here wont make you sick like on the other side. This last visit went poorly. I went to buy a side of rice to go. The waitresses and hostesses looked bored, were eye rolling my way, and completely ignored me, even though I was sitting down with a cane. Then out of nowhere, a young man storms in demanding a table for one and the young women are quick to accommodate his demands while still ignoring me, even though they crossed paths with me. If you are disabled, please go somewhere else that treats you like a human being. This is so blatant and gross. Clearly, the staff needs ADA training, as they are ill birthed and ill bred and to begin with. You dont even do that to a dog. I walked away as I was not in the mood for more gaslighting and hassles. Eating out while disabled is often a drag thanks to discrimination.

I came to the N. Mesa restaurant. I had the Braised Beef Noodle. The taste is awesome. The tasty beef is so tender that it practically melts in your mouth. They hand-pull the noodles and their kitchen have 4 Chinese cooks. No none-Chinese is doing any cooking. That s why their food is great and authentic. My only complain and that s why I only gave them 4 Star is that, I found it odd for a Chinese restaurant to not include rice for dishes that should be eaten with rice. None the less, the portions are hefty and I guess not a big deal to pay 1.99 for white rice, or 4.50 for hand-pulled noodles. I recommend that they offer Brown rice, as many people including my diabetic wife who s avoiding medication, would prefer the healthier brown rice.

Disgusting food and service! I have gone to this place in person before and have ordered a few times online. Always specifying family allergies. I specified the allergies in the order 3 times under each plate and not only did they not give me the orange chicken with noodles that I ordered and paid for but they gave me 2 plates full of what we are allergic to and what I specified 3 times not to use. This made us quite ill. After calling and speaking to the very incompetent manager to explain their mistake she started to yell after I said that I wanted to speak to the owners, who she claimed were in China, or to the general manager who she said would not take calls. She then kept yelling and claimed that I always complained about the food, (This is the first time.) Last time they did not give me the rice that I paid for and I let her know. I have ordered one plate 3-4 times and each time it has been quite different and progressively worse but I never complained. I just figured they had different cooks. But then she said and I quote You are a bad customer, you are a bad tipper ! To which I responded with the truth which is that when I have a waiter, I tip more than the average tip, but I was not aware that I HAD to tip a certain amount on take-out, especially when there is a service fee already added automatically when we pick up. It is not delivered. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! And THIS is their manager! So it appears that they purposely did not give us what we ordered and paid for to retaliate, and worse yet gave us the wrong order and added the allergens to make us sick! This is a criminal act!!! Imagine if this happened to your child or if someone died because of this! I cant believe that any legitimate establishment would behave in this shameful, despicable, irresponsible and criminal way because they want to be tipped for doing their job of making food to be picked up. Who knows what else they may do to the food you order! Absolutely Shameful and a HORRIBLE experience! No wonder the restaurant is always empty! They are unfit to be in business!

This place is definitely delicious!!!! My family & some friends went there for lunch. We ordered the egg rolls, fried dumplings, general tso, chicken with broccoli, sesame chicken, chicken fried rice, and mapo tofu. These portions are meant for sharing! They re enormous! The chef behind the glass takes much care in preparing the food and it definitely shows. The chicken fried rice was cooked to perfection. The egg rolls were so tasty and the outside was nicely fried so the bite was just right. The dumplings were so good! They don t look like what I m used to but the fried part that attaches the dumplings together is so yummy too! The general tso chicken was perfectly crunchy on the outside and held up well with the sauce. It was soooo good. The sesame chicken, same thing, and as tasty as it looked. The chicken and broccoli was delicious! My kids ate ALL of it! The mapo tofu .it is prepared differently than what I m used to BUT absolutely yummy! I had it with the steamed rice. Overall, it was a good meal for everyone. We all had a little of everything. For a family of four, our total was $57 before tip. That s probably one of the cheapest meals we ve had in a while with this much food. I highly recommend this place. Service, food, and prices are ALL good! Kid-friendliness: The plates have large portions so it s very easy to have at least two or three kids share one plate of food.

I had the spicy noodles beef soup for lunch. It was of good proportion. The service was good. The food was well prepared. Its very clean. Maybe add some more spices to my dish. It met expectations but did not exceed.

I was fooled by the reviews. Food has no flavor no taste. Panda Express and a cup of noodles would beat this place.

They have come a long way! I remember when they first opened it took over an hour to get our food and they even missed an order. Now that they have expanded service is fast and the atmosphere is nice. Will definitely be coming more often.

I took off one star because due to the super tight parking. Park on the side, dont try parking in the front. If you want to save money, order in person for takeout, because online charges an extra dollar. The noodles are excellent and they are generous with the noodles per plate. Parking: Very tight parking in the front. Theres a good chance of denting yours or someone elses car if youre not careful. Park on the side or park as straight as possible to give other drivers a chance to park next to you.

I like the service she was nice but the food had no flavor and the Cleaning this of the restaurant was bad. Ever table I looked at the tops was clean but the sides was nasty and the walls and booth where your head is at was nasty the floors look clean till you sit down and see the dirt and trash and Specs of food on it and before yal say anything about the time we went was opening at 10:36am so no thank not again

This place is so amazing and the staff is so nice and friendly. Right when came in. The chef gave my daughter dough to play with. He was showing her how he was stretching it and just so kind. The food is amazing .!! Noodles made from scratch and the food is so tasty and perfect portions. The price is a very good price and they have a big menu. Will definitely be coming back when in the area. It is not all the time you get great service and great food, especially these days. Thank you staff! Your all amazing

I had the combination noodles it was pretty dang good. I liked the freshness of the noodles they make there. It changes everything . Straight business. No dilly dally. No riff raff. No silly Sallie Maes. No fanny Maes. No ray j. No Kardashian. No chicken noodle and rice. Vegetarian options: They have options.
