This small little restuant may not have the most appealing sight. I mean its like bright green. I was invited for lunch one day, by some friends so I tried it. If it not been for them treating me I would have never tried it. I was seriously blown away with the food. The fajita was very tender and juicy. The rice and beans are sooo good. I highly recommend this little resturant!

My only complaint is not enough rice and beans when ordering a chicken and a half. It only came with two small cups of rice and two small cups of beans and the rice was kinda dry. The sausage looked like they just opened the package, it wasnt even hot.

This was my first time in La Cabaña and it didnt disappoint me at all. Service is great and food is amazing, I loved the salsas. I tried the grilled Chicken, so delicious and juicy, hot tortillas, beans and rice, all complements are delicious. I will definitely go back, 100% recommend.

Visiting Edinburg, we stopped by and so glad we did! We asked for the whole chicken, theyll start you with two bowls, one rice and another one with beans, theyre so good. The grilled chicken is just delicious, reasonable prices and good service! The potatoes are good, less cheese would be better.

Great taste!. I was looking for a homemade flavor and founded it at this place. it really has the taste not so spicy, not so smoked. Just like we will say: Carne asada natural con leña. The side dishes are a great complement for the meal. Parking: It is just an empty space enough for everyone.

First time and last time I wont even return, it was a very nice place, good service, excellent rice and charro beans, they tasted fresh and very delicious, but as soon as the chicken arrived, the magic of the place was over, the chicken was cold inside as if they had heated it up. bad and had blood, it was half raw, plus paresis that it was baked in the oven and not on charcoal. I have been eating chicken in the bbq pit for years and this one didnt even taste like charcoal or wood, how sad, try to make that chicken better, please, thank you.

First time in this place. It is a nice small place. I had a beef rib, quarter-leg chicken, and sausage. It was served with a side of Frijoles Charros and Mexican Rice. The sausage and Beef Rib were good. Even though the rib was a little dry and the sausage was a little salty. I didnt taste the chicken because I had had enough to eat. The fresh lemonade was delicious.

Went here once and it was absolutely delicious, the service was great, and it was a price that was definitely worth paying. HOWEVER, couple days ago we ordered a dozen (12pc) of smoky ribs through the phone for TAKEAWAY (pickup). When I got home, I found out they gave us 11 pieces of RIBS. We literally almost paid $50 for the whole order, NOT CHEAP, and they got the audacity to give us LESS than what we ORDERED/PAID FOR? If u order takeaway, CHECK that they gave u the amount you paid for. Disappointed. Also, their online prices are NOT updated. So is best to call if you want to know exactly how much you will have to pay.

Barbecue and grilling are synonymous with Texas my interest was first peaked by the smell alone just driving past waiting at the stoplight youre inundated with the smell of the smokers the mesquite drawing you in, this little out of the way restaurant is definitely worth the trip quality and price the barbecue chicken is worth it. The flavor is akin to that of weekend family barbecue the condiments complement the food well especially with the indulgence of a Mexican soda on the side.
