Im here from GA visiting so my family and I decided to order some seafood. We ordered a shrimp boil regular-Cajun. That was horrible, no flavor at all, this was a 0 compared to juicy crab! We also ordered a seafood platter but once I got back to the hotel I realized they gave us a seafood combo, very disappointed because we were looking forward to the fried crawfish tails. But all the food tasted very mediocre and the kids said we could have just eaten Wendys!

Lauren was my server she was amazing. Never had to ask for a single thing. Lauren was always 10 steps ahead. I felt ugly walking out the door? Nope, lauren told me i looked good. I felt fat? Not anymore, lauren knew the whole menu and got me the most exquisite low calorie meal . Fantastic work lauren!

Great place for the family. The atmosphere is casual and can be a little loud when its busy, but its not bad. There are great outdoor tables for when the weather is nice and a sandbox for the kids to play in. The servers are usually attentive, and the food is good and fresh.

I go theyre on regular basis. Really like that place. Last time I went sorely disappointed. Cashier had a terrible attitude and needed a couple of cups of coffee. Waitress was ok. My burger was in 3 pieces when it got to me. Took a bite and too pieces fell off. It was over cooked very dry. Wont be going back anytime soon. Ill just get my cheeseburger fix from Chesters or Texas hamburger company

Upon arrival about 830pm we were greeted by our server Abigail, she started off collecting all of our receipts as we were a big party and as we all ordered in front to sit down she kept asking is that all, is that everyone (very inpatient), but we ignored it . We were a big party it can be overwhelming I get that I used to waitress, as the food starts coming out and kids are being asked to raise hands so we can help her get food out to right kids her facial expression and behavior to the kids was a little off putting but again we ignored it, as the rest of the food came out, items were missing or incomplete, one of our friends didnt recieve her food until most of us were almost or already done (some got compensated).....one of us started eating the burger and about half way through she noticed it was really raw so she told her and as she walking away she states I wish you would have said something sooner (1. It was half way through that was raw, there was no way of knowing until she got to it. 2. As a server there was no need for the extra comment.) We ended up with another server Esteban, after speaking to the manager, he was really nice and one of the only reasons for the 2 stars or I would give 1...when it came time for checks all the orders where mixed up, again u order at the beginning how they ended up so messed up is beyond me, we wrote down who had what and he went to go fix it....order was still wrong (we saw Abigail trying to help him which didnt) we again recieved wrong items on tickets, at this point its almost midnight, Esteban sat at a table with us and we went through and finally got it all taken care of but almost 4 hours at a restaurant because of issues and yes some of the orders that were wrong were compensated but not even an apology from management or Abigail,the only one who was sorry was Esteban and it wasnt even his fault. Needless to say we probably wont be returning to this establishment again.

The wait staff seem to be in their world behind the counter, using their phones, laughing loudly with each other, and pretty much ignoring the customer. I find this sad since the food here is good. Food is consistent across the chain. Their seafood, catfish , ribs and their salads are all good selections. The hamburgers are big enough to put you in a trance. For the loaded baked potato with pulled pork plan on a to-go box. If you enjoy the food, drinks, and sports TVs be sure to sign up for the rewards and get the app it is well worth the time. As a warning they have a dessert called the Willy Wonka with a large brownie, ice cream, whipped cream and topped with a cherry that is guaranteed to add the weight on. I eat here several times a month. They are pet friendly letting you bring your four legged family with you on the patio. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables available, baked potatoes with vegetarian toppings and salads. Many of the appetizers are vegetable based. Parking: No problem parking at all the places I have been to. Restricted parking available with permits. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access at several entry areas

We took our family out for dinner. We had the best time the service was excellent. My husband and I ordered a drink from the bar. They were fantastic but my favorite one had to be the ranch water. We order a food came to the table so quick and hot. The manager, Flor was so kind and friendly to us. She asked us how everything was going. We have been going to Willies a lot and all over the place but we made this location our home. Pro tip, we avoid going when Josh is managing, its just not good. He feels that comping meals takes care of the issues, we actually get insulted with that, we would rather have better service than free stuff. We go to Willies for the experience and not the price. That being said, Flor is a great manager and is very personable! She introduces us to great servers and the latest, Dess is great (not say the others arent) but she goes above and beyond to make sure all her customers are taken care of but that is usually the case when Flor is on the floor. Again, this location rocks and will get better with the new additions taking place right now.

It was very slow .. and they had 6 waiters on duty including a bartender. We got appetizers and they were half cooked the batter was raw still. Then it took for ever for the main food just a shrimp plate and it was cold. We were being served by the bartender she was waiting tables and then going behind the bar to serve customers and ignoring the tables I had to go ask for utensils. And to go container I was just ready to go home.

Ive only been here twice, and both times were just amazing. The chicken tenders were so tender Ive never had a chicken strip that literally melts in your mouth like butter. The fried catfish was delicious! And the honey mustard that came with the tenders was like liquid gold! Its like honey mustard mixed with honey butter.

We went to eat after my daughters recital. Ordered an appetizer, it came out with the food so it was cold. Cody (not our waiter) offered to replace it. We declined it was ok. 1lb snow crab spicy was delicious and oooff Id have more if I could to be honest. Catfish basket also really good. Service was good other than forgetting things 3x. Drinks were on point as well as the atmosphere. Honest opinion as someone with a baby to find an almost falling apart changing table was awful. Had to use my knee to hold it together, just no. Thats a huge safety hazard infant/toddlers can get hurt. You guys need to change it ASAP, and if the mens one is the same, likewise. Parking: The free lot is very spacious. Staff are friendly. At the counter, since I had a poor experience previously, i decided to return after 6 months. I asked if I could have my burger medium, and the girl at the counter said, Ill right it down. Needless to say, It came out well done and dry. (Again). And of course I had to wait for them to re -do it again. Of course, my friends were eating their food while I waited.. Not a good experience. After we got the paid and left a small tip. As we left, my wife realized they charged us twice for the burger. Ugh! We drove back and spoke to the manager. He apologized and simply corrected the double charge. Nothing special. Great Family Lunch on our Spring Break to San Antonio. Nice atmosphere, loved the many tvs, the quiz game that played on tv and the boiled shrimp . Delicious.

Its expensive for mediocre food. The staff was nice but as soon as we sat down the waitress collected our receipt and then not long later came around with the receipts again asking us to close out. We werent done ordering drinks and were barely done eating. Usually at places they put the receipt down and say whenever youre ready heres your receipt and they also usually give you time to actually finish your meal but they put it down and waited on us to hand the cards or money over to close out.

I realize this place is a chain but this was our first time ever visiting. I like the set up, at least it worked for us coming in because we found a table right away. When we were leaving I could see that finding a table was a challenge. Everyone at the table enjoyed their dinner and my kids liked that they could get refills on their own.

We came in with our family and noticed the place was very packed, despite this, we still got amazing service and didn t have to wait long for our food. Our waiter Darius, was very nice and accommodating to us and overall the staff provided good assistance. It also had a great atmosphere with everyone being happy and playing great music.

It was a bit overcasted today and of fair temps outdoors - it was happy hour too The customer service was wonderful as soon as we walked in. Ulysses was welcoming, kind, and friendly, just so bubbly ! My husband and I ordered frozen cocktails and were served timely. There was plenty of open seating (did I mention it was spring break). Our waitress Jackie was attentive and frequently checked up on us, making sure our needs were met. Our food was served timely and was all correct. It was fabulous, no complaints ! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the employees seemed happy, and you could see the teamwork and comradery between them ALL ! One employee was even singing along with the music playing overhead; comical and pleasant ! Im sure we will re visit again in the future ! Keep up the OUTSTANDING work WILLIES!!
