I went to AutoZone on Friday after seeing my engine light come on. Mr. Willie greeted me the second I walked in. He was warm and friendly. I told him what happened and he immediately came out to my car and ran a diagnostic for me. I got a P0420 code, which made him grimace a little. He quickly suggested that I buy some catalitic cleaner and follow the instructions. I did as he suggested and went on my way with peace of mind. We had chatted a little while he was running the diagnostic for me. I mentioned that the Lord must be testing my faith and smiled. Apparently, he loves the Lord too. He offered to pray with me. I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful for his service and for his kindness and going the extra mile. What a true asset to AutoZone. This man treated me like royalty from beginning to end. THANK YOU, Mr. Willie.

On my recent visit to AutoZone, I appreciated how the manager on duty (I think his name was Willie) took extra time to assist and inform my daughter of the issues that were causing the check engine light to come on, the parts that could resolve it, and the service they provide. He also explained to her how coming to AutoZone could save her money if it was something simple like what was found opposed to going to a mechanic in paying for a diagnosis few. Although this sounds fairly simple, this type of customer service & information to an unexperienced driver is valuable and goes a long way.

I ve been a loyal customer for a little over 13yrs. Dating back when I had my Toyota Camry and now I have a Nissan cube. Today in having my car assessed Mr. Willie was knowledgeable and insightful in regards to providing a solution to my concerns. For about 4yrs, I ve been at Auto Zone purchasing new batteries for my car not realizing I was buying the same battery over with no solution to my problem. Mr. Willie refunded and replaced my battery with the covered warrant. He then educated me on the different batteries that would best suit my car to avoid the same issues. He also discovered I had a lot of corrosion on and around my battery carry. He cleaned the whole battery area and sold me a sealed top battery to minimize corrosion and how to keep the area clean with this spray in a can verse having to return every year to get a new battery like I was previously doing. I really appreciate him providing excellent customer service, having patience with me and the willingness to answer all my questions and concerns. He was very helpful.

Terible service. I went in to buy a glue for my rear view mirror and Chris was super nice and helpful and showed me where the glue was. I purchased it and asked one of the mechanics there to help me install it using the glue, he said I can t do it for you but I can show you how to it on a video. It was an African American man with braided hair. He didn t show any want or urge to help me out. If I wanted a video, I would ve opened one. I am a girl and have no experience at all. I do not recommend this place. I was expecting customer service especially that I purchased the glue from you guys. I am not going back again especially to that mechanic.

I took my battery to Auto Zone in Pearland TX to be charged. All the associates were helpful and professional. However, Mr. Willie Craig made me aware of a cracked terminal and battery acid leak that was causing the problem. He cleaned the battery AND replaced the bad terminals before reinstalling the battery. Mr. Craig went WAY above and beyond in terms of service. On a scale of 1-5, I would give him a perfect 10!!!

Willie and the rest of team looked my Jeep. I stopped by AutoZone because I couldn t get the Jeep to start, they did a diagnostic test on it and thought it was something else, but it wasn t. Mr. Willie overheard the conversation, It was the battery that was the problem, which was the original battery to the Jeep. This is absolutely my go-to place for auto parts. Willie and Chris H have consistently gone above and beyond to help me out, and been so friendly on top of it. I had a very tough battery to be replaced (both lots of corrosion and in a nightmare location to change), and they spent about 45 minutes changing it for me, I was so grateful. Today I needed a challenging brake light changed, and even though thats typically something they only do during the day when they are less busy, Chris H did excellent and speedy work to help me get on my way and save me another trip. Thank you guys so much!

I just got out of this branch and bought LED LIGHTS for my vehicle and upon checking out for my items without even asking the employee just ring in two more items I didn t ask for . Good my body was quick to notice and asked what it was for and told the employee we didn t need it . They have a smooth way to hustle or rip off a costumers . Visited the Broadway store location after visiting the Missouri city location and the location on Magnolia in Manvel, Texas And the service there was absolutely amazing. Mr. Willie Craig assisted with changing a battery and my 2016 Lincoln MKX with no issues. The first battery purchase from the Magnolia location was the wrong battery, and Mr. Willie Craig help me to get the correct battery and installed it for me without hesitation. Thank you. The first location in Missouri City didn t even care to look at my vehicle to help and the Magnolia location no only sold me the wrong battery, but didn t have the expertise to help (more like didn t won t to). This Pearland AutoZone store on Broadway is the place to come for your auto needs. Do yourself a favor and find Willie, he is a wealth of knowledge! We came in late one night to assess a check engine light. He helped us solve that problem. We knew we had already replaced one part of the problem a year ago and he helped us solve what could be the other part of the problem. While he was teaching us about the problem he was also teaching a fellow employee. We then told him about a battery issue we have had for years. We have replaced our battery 3 times since 2017 and finally we found Willie to give us a lesson on how to get to the root of our problem. He fixed us right up with the correct battery for our car. The battery was not an easy replacement! It was 8:00 pm on a Saturday night and he took the time to get us fixed up. We will definitely be back to this store for our auto needs and seek out the advice of Willie!

My mom and I were Christmas shopping when we began having issues with turning her car on. We stopped at the Auro Zone in Pearland, TX to have the battery checked. The nicest salesman named Hank helped us. The battery was located behind the passenger seat. Hank went and got a chair so my 76 year old mom could sit comfortably while he tested the battery and replaced it. He gave us so many tips on battery maintenance. He even cleaned out the battery compartment for us. He explained everything very thoroughly. It was very nice to receive such great customer service especially during a black Friday weekend.

The employee insisted on actually testing my battery even after I told him I just left Wal-mart and they tested it. Why because he knows it s his job to test the battery. I always change my battery but he stated that he had all the tools and he would be happy to change the battery for me, which took at lot of stress off my shoulders.
