My family of 4 came in for breakfast. E were sat down very quickly and then we sat for 20 minutes with an the servers passing us without acknowledging us at all. Finally after 20 minutes I asked the next person passing by if we were going to get a server. I was about to leave with my family. Vanessa was the person I asked then she waited on us and did a fantastic job. However, I truly dont understand why we werent acknowledged prior to this. Kudos to Vanessa for stepping up. We found out later that she wasnt even a server.

Tonight we visited the Odessa Tx location, As we were waiting for our food to arrive we saw a mouse at the next table over. We made staff aware at that time and the employee did not seem to care. When we checked out we let another employee know about the mouse we had seen and her response was oh yeah hes been here a while They did not apologize, or even offer any type of discount on our ticket. It was pretty gross to see it but to be told that they already knew about it and didnt care is worse. Will not return.

Came here with my wife and kids. They seemed like they were getting busy. Food was great! Service was great!(had Donna if that helps) but the only problem was I guess you would call management. I heard a lady in the kitchen screaming at a waitress like she was dumb. Something about putting too many orders on one tab. I felt uncomfortable just listening to it. I asked a passing waitress and I was told that was the general manager for this location. Idk who needs to come here and do something about her but that was rude. Another waitress told me that thats how she speaks to them everyday! Everyday!! How demeaning!! Ill be calling corporate on Monday about this.

I have never had the pleasure of eating at a Huddle House until this year. Sadly, I have never lived anywhere near one, and have only occasionally passed through areas with Huddle House. This time, while on business travel, I happened to have both need and opportunity at the same time. This was a truly wonderful breakfast experience! The food was great, the service was outstanding, and I got to meet some of the management team, who proved to be a wonderful group of folks. If I ever am passing through Huddle House territory again, you can be sure it will be on my list for breakfast!!

Although I typically have a great experience at Huddle House, my recent visit left me somewhat disheartened. The waitress took our order promptly, but unfortunately, there was a significant delay in processing it due to an influx of Door Dash orders. To make matters worse, while she was taking our order, she abruptly left our table to collect tips from another customer. This lack of attention was disappointing. Additionally, the food we received was not served hot, which further added to my disappointment.

Demetris is my favorite server, I get her most everytime I come and even though they are short staffed I still feel taken care of; shes got a great personality and a get it done attitude, i love having her. I usually have a hard time finding a manager when im there and today Rachel proved to me there is actually a decent manager there. Not only was she put when there was a rush she was helping with tables and acting like an actual manager. Usually someone with a clean shirt sticks their head out after the chaos ans then disappears again.

Took my granddaughters this past Tuesday (12/26) Never acknowledged as we waited about 25 minutes to be seated. Once seated back by the kitchen, it felt like we were sitting in a meat locker our order was taken ..roughly another 25 minutes later we still had no food!! The food was good. It s what you expect.. the server was all alone but she did a great job. The cook was very loud. He was yelling and singing. It made the experience not as enjoyable. We can in at 8 PM. We will return.. hopefully with another cook.
