May 2018: I wanted to write an update to my review since they have completely remodeled this McDonalds. It looks very modern and open. The childrens play area is significantly smaller than the previous one so it gets pretty crowded during meal times. Theres much more open space with the same amount of seating. They got rid of the old video games and now they have 2 tablet-style devices with multiple games to choose from. They have installed computerized ordering systems into this location like many other McDonalds have been doing. The staff is friendly. The drive-thru route still blocks parking spaces when it gets busy. Jan. 2018: This location serves pretty standard McDs food. While the staff wasnt rude, they werent as outwardly friendly as other McDs Ive been to. This one has been here a long time and the drive thru route isnt particularly well-designed. It blocks parking spaces when it gets busy. Many other McDs have better drive-thru route designs. This one has a very nice playground for kids.

No electrical outlets except at the high top table with uncomfortable seats. No soda machine or counter with napkins, condiments, etc. Internet wont work on my laptop. Luckily it did on my phone. Employees dont know where the tables are or how to find your table number. Youd think theyd find competent people at $15 an hour. Thanks democrats for ruining everything.

We have had inconvenience a lot at this McDonald s. Lines have been really long and the machine for the Frappes and smoothies were broken on my most recent visit and they ve probably been broken before. This place has just never had good service. The atmosphere is actually good but the playground was so much better several years ago vs what it is now. It was just so much prettier and cleaner several years ago. Great food, good atmosphere but bad service

I dont usually leave reviews unless I have a pretty bad experience and this is one of them. I ordered at the kiosk and I ordered a McDouble with no pickles or mustard extra onion. I approached the front counter because they usually never deliver the food to tables at any McDonalds. While standing there I hear one of the employees yell out This says extra onion not no onion after a couple more minutes I receive my food and when I bite my McDouble I see extra pickles and no onion. I was really disappointed because I heard the employee tell the kitchen. I went to the front desk and stood there for a good 5-8 minutes since there were some door dashers there waiting on their food. She caught the attention of the worker who was bagging and she called one of the people on headset. He took my burger and I waited another 10 minutes until the lady bagging asked what we were waiting on. I dont really come to McDonalds for a good experience or the customer service but waiting 15 minutes for a McDouble replacement is crazy.

How can someone dislike McDonald s? this location is very efficient especially when it s busy the staff is efficient and repeat your order back to you at the window as well you can check your order on the screen as they are plugging in your order so you can always correct. Parking: The only complaint about parking, which is really nothing, I guess the builders could do. What I m referring to is if you re in the drive-through line there s no issue but if you park and go inside and it s busy, especially good luck backing out of your parking space lol Kid-friendliness: It s McDonald s what don t kids love about it? This location like a most McDonald s now has an indoor play area and it is separated from the dining room so other patrons in the dining room can still have a pleasant experience. Wheelchair accessibility: This location is ADA compliant.

Restaurant seems to be kept clean and orderly.. However the customer service absolutely is the worst. I tend to come here for lunch, out of convenience from work. I am not sure if they in general dont understand, dont care to understand or choose not to listen when I order. Most of the time they get my order wrong- then feel like its my fault when I confront them.. (Next day) Went thru drive thru asked for the 2 cheeseburger combo, no pickle.. I always go to the euless McDonald s because it s closer to my house, but i was in this area today and it is such a different atmosphere and great energy at this McDonald s. Every single time I come to this McDonald s there is an issue. Tonight s issue was a McDouble that was old with a hard bun that had been sitting there for a while (literally trash) and the lid wasnt closed on my coke so it ended up on my shirt. I went back and was very polite and asked for a replacement. NOT ONE TIME DID I GET AN APOLOGY! In my personal opinion I feel discriminated against by the Mexican employees there except Louis who is a pleasure. This isn t just one or two isolated incidences. I m sure this won t be addressed but I had to provide feedback on several terrible experiences. I ve watched these people interact with Caucasian people and they are so pleasant. I pride myself on being kind to the service industry because I know their jobs aren t easy but feeling like I m being discriminated against and given horrible food and service is where I draw the line.

This location is the absolute worst I ordered an apple pie and 5 barbecue sauce my total was $2 so when I went to pay at the register the manger was rude because I didn t pay for nuggets or fries so I can t have 5 I asked for where in the policy it said that she said it s how it is when I asked to speaker to her general manager she said he s not here come back at 7 am she proceeded to call them ask what to do they gave me 2 barbecue sauce and told me to leave if I could give negative stars I would have done so.
