We had a pretty good meal. The service was really good. I had the fish and chips, they were flavored well and delicious, but the fish was a bit greasy and could have dried out a bit more. Our daughter had the kids chicken tenders and fries, which she picked at like kids do. My wife had the trio of garlic shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo, and dragon fried shrimp. She said they all tasted very good as well. Overall was a good experience.

Red Lobster On Thursday, September 12, 2024, My mom and I went to Red Lobster on 603 S. Cockrell Hill Rd., Duncanville, TX., 75116. My mom ordered the Sailor s platter which consisted of fried fish, fried shrimp, baked potato and biscuits. I had the fried flounder sandwich with Cole slaw on the sandwich and French Fries and of course, tarter sauce. Well, first the waitress, Mahogany, was very nice and her service was great. That being said the food didn t taste good like it used to be. But worse of all the tarter sauce. You Don t change perfection. Why in the world would Red Lobster change the ingredients of the tarter sauce which makes the difference of the seafood tasting good. There were other customers who were at Red Lobster and when we spoke with them they also agreed the tarter sauce was nasty and the food wasn t very good. Red Lobster, what happen? We have are never going back, again.

I placed a curbside order today for pick 2 orders of Garlic Shrimp Scampi and one order of Walt shrimp!! First and foremost all the shrimp was placed in the sant container which means the juice from the Garlic Shrimp scampi was all over the fried Walt shrimp , secondly the Walt Shrimp was burnt anyway . The biscuits dryer than Popeyes biscuit and the baked potato cake with no butter or anything just a dry baked potato. This location is really going under . The food used to be good but no longer !!!

Ive heard that this location is a staple in the community and I heard right. Our food and drinks were absolutely delightful. Our waitress Gail provided such great service that she should host classes on Grade A customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. Vegetarian options: Several flavorful, vegan options. The Orzo rice and Brussel Sprouts are the best.

We had a really great server named Aerial tonight. She was prompt and very sweet to us. It was my friends first time at a Red Lobster and she made it super special. She suggested the crab queso which was amazing and brought fresh biscuits and kept our drinks full without us even asking. We drove an hour away and would do it again the whole team made sure we had boxes bags and biscuits for our trip back home. Thank yall.

Great food, of course, its Red Lobster, they have a consistent kitchen and Ive never left not enjoying my meal. That said, the midday to afternoon setting felt absolutely dead. Eh, definitely a personal problem, I imagine someone would enjoy a completely quiet, nearly empty dining room, Red Lobster lunch.

The service here was okay. I ordered a steak and it was red and bloody they took it back. There was something in my drink they took it back and it took them a while to bring it back and when they did there was something else in my drink it ruined my appetite there prices are high for none fresh seafood wouldn t recommend coming here. Ordered my food at 7 pm for a 9:45 pickup. Idk if they held the food in a warmer or what! My crab legs meat was hard the lobster tail was hard. My stuffed mushrooms were overcooked and dried hard. They didn t have all my items ready but the bag was taped closed and was given to me. Gave me different choice of shrimp I ordered scampi but got skewer shrimp. If I hadn t checked I would ve drove 30 minutes back to work just to find out. The salmon was hard and overcooked. I m shocked tbh I ve never had any restaurant have such poor service. I ve had better at McDonalds. The shrimp pasta was dried out barely any sauce at all. I honestly just want my $57.63 back. The trust is absolutely broken and I had to simply throw it away. It was terrible terrible food completely inedible. And the restaurant smelled like something died in the front area. Definitely need new management. He even gave me the wrong sauce I asked for pasta sauce and he gave me shrimp scampi butter! I ll never eat here again.

I so wish I remembered the name of our waitress from 5/26/24 (around 9pm). She served in the section behind the lobster tank (i believe). She was very nice, checked on us regularly, updated us on our plates to come, and spoke how I do in the sense of calling others love. I did tell her I liked her energy. Knowing its the end of the day, dark outside, im sure she was tired as she was indeed busy, but she continued to be kind and did not let her being tired show. Thank you!

Live review. Yes it is mothers day but come on!!! you guys are not packed. We have been here two hours, took them 1 hour just bring the drinks, now we have been waiting for two hours and the food is not out yet. We asked for buscuites and we were told that their machine was broken. Manager Maylin just said their Oven is broken as well. Horrible and I mean horrible experience today. Decided to go tonight for mothers Day and avoid the actual mothers day crowd tomorrow. They hostess was overwhelmed and stress for some reason, place wasnt busy for a Saturday night. Waited maybe 10 minutes to be seated no big deal there. - cheddar bay biscuits took a out 15 minutes to get to the table after being seated. Again... multiple empty tables for a Saturday night. We were told by our waiter Charles that they were in the oven... 2 tables that sat down in our section got their bread from their waitress, we had to ask one of the ladies cleaning the tables if we could get bread since we couldnt find our waiter. - waiter kept disappearing for 10-15 minutes at a time. Waited to get drink refills and more biscuits. - orded food and after 45 minutes of waiting wife went and asked the manager (because we didnt see our waiter) what was going on, came back and was told our food was being plated... After another 15 minutes I went back and asked where the food was since we were told it was being plated 15 minutes ago and that the place wasnt busy to be this slow getting food. He apologized and said that the kitchen staff was just really slow tonight. - place was poorly managed, timing of food to table was ridiculous and even the family behind us was frustrated with the extremely poor service. Should have known it was going to be bad when the place wasnt busy and multiple empty tables especially for a Saturday Night. - food quality was bad, shrimp linguine was watery not flavored. Overcooked my steak, I asked for medium and got well done, sent it back the second time the steak arrived it came back rare... manager said he could cook it some more and I told him no wasnt worth it, premium macaroni wasnt made properly. Overall this was by far the worst experience Ive had in a restaurant.

To start my waitress was a sweet guy. I ordered the strip pasta. Half way through my plate, i noted the shrimp i am eating is dirty. I immediately lose my appetite and cancel the extra shrimp that i ordered. I ask my waiter to get the manager him to show him the dirty shrimps, & asked him can he take it off. My son wanted to eat at Red Lobster for his Birthday. On Sunday it was crowded but not too crowd. The employees were very nice. Waiters were polite and never left us unattended meaning They would come to see if everything was alright..example did we need anything else...The staff came out with big smiles and good spirits and sung happy Birthday to him. They give you 2 scoops of ice cream with chocolate swirl for someone birthday. Lobster Fest is very good as well. Our visit was very pleasant and enjoyable. Our food was delicious .. I called in an order and was told when it would be ready. When I got to Red Lobster I noticed 5 people in line waiting for their To Go order. I stood in line for 10mins and then called in to the restaurant. The person I spoke with didn t apologize but said we have only one person working the To Go orders and they are backed up we re working as hard as we can to get orders out. The lady in front of the line said she had been there for an hour waiting. There s no excuse you know when people come to eat in large numbers, you know people are going to come on and around holidays, and you also know that on Fridays and Saturday it can get pretty crowded. As people was coming in to dine they were being told it s a 10 to 15 minute wait. With us in line at the To Go order it was getting pretty crowded with those coming in to dine. They finally called my name and I was out. I m not going to suggest that it gets better because I know it won t. Businesses won t hire enough employees and as for the uncomfortable feeling of being crowded some businesses have a specific design for their business. You would think that they would change he model or open a second restaurant but on certain days and holidays to relieve stress from its employees but . I ain t in charge yet

I ordered their option for endless shrimp where you can choose three shrimp dishes and when you finish, you can order two more and continue til you are full. I only ate the first three (garlic scampi, popcorn shrimp, and shrimp Alfredo). I was eh alright I guess. So instead of continuing with more, I decided I would get dessert instead and just change the entree to the choose 3 (not endless option). The server and management said they can not change it because it was already put in as endless and it would throw off their numbers. If their kitchen only sent out 3 dishes and it was NOT endless, then it should be changed to the choose 3 non endless Plain and simple! I will not be coming back to Red Lobster at all which is sad for servers and staff that corporate makes it so patrons are being overcharged for what they are actually consuming. The cheesecake and the bread was good. The bartender was excellent.

Red Lobster has come a long way with food. Its much tastier. We are not sure about service. Its nearly always slow to non existing even on a weekday. The atmosphere is pretty quiet but that seems to be overshadowed by the workers. They always look like theyre under extreme pressure. We usually go when the restaurant is empty so I dont know why everything is slow. Im not a waitress and never have worked in the restaurant business. Maybe I expect too much? If you come just know the service is a gamble but the food is good.

The server was excellent, we ordered the lobster dream with the pasta but we never received the pasta and the kitchen staff refused to replace the order because they assumed they put it on the plate. We waited almost 15 minutes before the we asked for a manager in which the manager came out and took care of us. Excellent server and manager but the kitchen staff should have no say when dealing with customers and leave that job for the management team I m sure they are better equipped to review cameras to determine what happened.

I took my son for his birthday because he absolutely love sea food. As I walked in and waited for a table there was no host at the front to acknowledge my family. The waiter by the name of Jazzy was very rude. Plates were dirty and it took a very long time for our drinks to come out. Once I got up to ask the Manager about our drinks he stated that the bartender was backed up. There was hanging out at the bar area between the workers and Customers, I assume they knew each other. The food was terrible and hard as a brick. The waiter brought all the food out late at once including the salads. When it was time to take food to go all of our food was thrown together and packed as if we were going to eat it in the car. There was a lot of hanging out in the kitchen as well. A lot of Red flags were presented and I hate I even took my son. I will NEVER step foot back into this location. I will be speaking with the Highest of the highest about the incident that took place.

No one acknowledges you for 10 min but waiters passing through and looking at you. The food was like warm. The new waitress, Star did a good job being her 2nd day. Very attentive and professional. I might have to come and offer her better opportunity

The food was good, at least some of it. They ran out of green vegetables and didnt tell me until the last minute. We were there over 2.5 hours and there were empty tables everywhere Wheelchair accessibility: NOT, I HAD TO PUT MY WALKER AT THE END OF THE TABLE IN EVERYONES WAY

My parents love Red Lobster!! We took my dad there for his birthday. The hostess had an attitude before she walked in the restaurant. She walked in with me and I said hi. She looked at me like I was bothering her. There were dirty tables and the staff was talking with some lady at the bar. There were a few people seating in the dining area. The host put us all the way in the back but the tables were clean. We waited 15 minutes before my dad got up and asked this other server to take our order. She was very nice and kind. **Here come our server after 30 minutes have gone by trying to come take our orders but the kind server said she got it. She was one of the other severs over at the bar running her mouth.** This location need better management!!! Overall the food was hot and delicious!! Heres a photo of my dads birthday dinner.. This place is so nasty, they keep it dark to hide how nasty and dirty the place is, the servers are lazy , the bartender complained about having to work the entire time about having to be at work. I left the bar and asked to be seated at a table instead because of it, The host advised 5 min wait she then seated multiple people and then asked me am I still waiting for a different party that I knew nothing about it. It was only one other person with me. Everything time I come to this nasty place it s a problem. I will never return to any of your restaurants!!!!!

Food was not good, my husband ordered fish n chips, there was one piece of fish on his plate and maybe a dozen fries...did they run out? Why wouldnt they just ask us to order something else ... The glass framed photos on the wall were greasy and DIRTY...that tells me cleanliness isnt a priority here. Service was great, the girl who weighted on us was very nice and apologetic for the meals and the lack restaurant etiquette

It took more than 50 minutes to give us a table and the place was almost empty, after that it took them longer to take our order and of course it took the same time to bring our food, and in the end I ordered a dessert that had strawberries and it took me They said there were no strawberries and I said okay, but at the next table a person ordered the same dessert as mine and he did put strawberries, how is that possible if he said there were no strawberries!!! My daughter only ordered that dessert because she wanted to eat the strawberries.

The food was good but the service....... Asked for silverware several times I had to use a plastic fork that was given to my friend first ...tell me why would you hand someone plastic utensils thats dining in?? By the time I got silverware I was 3/4 done and my sister got there earlier than me and was the last to get her food . We had to ask for menus twice....please dont eat at Cockriel Hill ! There walking around clueless Im done!! Moe was our server please train your servers please at some point I decided to go up and get water for myself because my server have been gone for I dont know how long and on top of that when the charge came through on my card they added gratuity for what terrible service? She wrote down all of our orders but still never brought my drink smh.... Never again.!

Great experience. Fast service My wife and I went in for a free meal for veterans day. Shrimp, fries and coleslaw. Very delicious. We also got 2 lemonade. That was $9. Thought that was kind of expensive but we dont go out to eat alone since we are on social security. Food
