Labor finders (Denton) is a great place to go if you find yourself between things and are needing to make some quick cash. I have been on a few assignments and they are great people to work for with wonderful clients and Yvette(the branch manager) tries extra hard to get people out there making that money...getting paid daily is also a bonus. Would definetely recommend. Edit:. I spoke to soon this lady is a complete snake in the grass and a.total fake. Lied about me having transportation to a job for 2weeks and then I was supposed to have transportation well a week went bye and I dont have a new car yet so shke ended up removing me from the job and replaced me even thought I was still showing up on time for all shifts.theres much better places to find work

When the office was ran by Ms. Doris it was very professional and she cared about all of her employees and what do whatever she could to help out and paid you as soon as your job was done wether it was weekdays, nights or over nights, or the weekend. Now its ran by John and he pays you whenever he feels like it, never answers calls or text messages and if he does he gives you nothing but attitude, and picks and chooses who he wants to give jobs to and if you try to express to him that you feel something he is doing or saying is wrong he will purposely not pay you on time and will keep you from working until he feels like giving you another one. He put me and my wife on a job yesterday and for a company we have been working for for a few weeks now and the last Saturday we worked for them I was paid out the next day at 7 am, and it is now the next day (Sunday) and he is refusing to pay either of us, and is also refusing to answer any of our calls, text, or emails and is also refusing to pay us causing us to now have to leave our hotel room and be homeless for a day even though he knows from previous conversations that the money we make is needed to pay our rent. This is extremely unprofessional and wrong. If someone works hard for you in this hot sun all day you should not treat them the way he treats us and other workers as well.

Doris was a great help getting me setup and to work. Jobs pay daily for the most part and no background check. Spent a week working for At Home here in Denton. Saturday morning, i wake up, get dressed, and head to the job site. Arrive 20 minutes early to check in with Doris at the job site, only for an employee of the store to come out and tell us they decided that Friday was Labor Finders last day, and had told the office early Friday morning. There were atleast 10 of us standing outside waiting to work, only to be turned away with no explanation or word from Doris or Labor Finders. They fired Madison for her lack of duty, now i wonder if Doris shouldnt have the same fate. Really annoying waking up early on Saturday, getting to work, only to find out the company was fired the day before yet couldnt be bothered to inform their employees... Would not recommend, even to an enemy. Just for clarification, all the 5 star reviews this company has from employees are from them literally bribing employees with gifts if you leave a 5 star review. I have worked for this same company in other states and have been completely ashamed of using them here. Horrible people run this office...

Miss Madison and Dorris are extremely professional, a very welcoming experience and very thorough on explaining the details of each job to us so we can become a great team together here at Labor Finders! Not only did they provide lunch for orientation but some sweet tea as well! Nothing but blessed and never stressed if you work with them, they work for you too.

Labor Finders-Denton Went ABOVE and beyond my expeditions for my Airbnb! Visited office several occasions employee nowhere to be found doors locked. Called to inquire about jobs they sent a link that did not work. I then called and asked to set an appointment to come in person to complete information needed on their systems however due to employee laziness stealing company time she suggested the library may be helpful. This is the first labor finders I ve ever ran into that is so lazy they operate such way. Hopefully corporate can catch this before their location tanks. Very unprofessional and definitely needs more motivated employees who do not hide in the back playing on their phones. Don t believe go take a look or call lol.

This place used to be good now its just going DOWN Hill fast they cant seem to find good people to run this location I dont think the new ppl will last very long the lady from corporate really cares if people are being treated right and she will get things done she has BEFORE and she will do it again these people need to quit playing with the people who come to then for work they need the money theyd why they show up duh

I have had the pleasure of working with Yevette and words simply cannot explain the care this woman puts into me and every other person she comes in contact with. She will always respond no matter what, takes care of issues with ease and fully stands for all her employees. She is Labor Finders!!! I hire workers from Labor Finders every couple of year during the spring building project season. This years project is pouring an 8 by 22driveway extension, using Grasscrete and lots of reinforcing steel. The helpers that Labor Finders are good guys, hard working, anxious to please, speak English, and are all in the US legally. It is wonderful to have help when you need it most.

Whoever owns this establishment needs to fire Xavier he shows up at 630 when it clearly says 600. Hes so rude to the workers all he does is watch utube videos and kicks back like hes at home its crazy how they are still in business. The only sweet person there is the black lady she has always been very professional maybe u guys need to consider putting her in charge cause Xavier is not cut for a job like that.

Ive been here at least 5 different times, every time I was here before they unlock the doors. I have not been given work a single time, not once; like really? Ive probably seen then send out a maximum of 3-4 tickets a day. I honestly dont understand how this place can afford to operate with so few jobs. If you need day labor kind of work then I would recommend you try another business/location.

I applied to at Denton location but, I never worked for Labor Finders. I got several requests for my resume and applications via internet for my chosen occupation I.T. I get request texts often for daily Labor Construction positions etc. I know a few people who have clerical office part time temporary ongoing positions that they love. So I give them 6 stars because they have not done any worse than any other staffing service I have ever had the experience of contact with.
