The food is always great here but the staff at this location was particularly wonderful. We had a woman named Delight take our order and the name was fitting. Then the older black gentleman at the second window was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Thanks for making it a great experience!

Incredible experience! First of all THE TEAM !!!The burger at In-N-Out never disappoints. The soft bun, perfectly juicy and fresh beef, and the balance of flavors with the veggies and special sauce is just perfect. I ordered a Double-Double, every bite was delicious. The service was also fast and friendly, which made the experience even better. Without a doubt, this is the place I ll always return to when I m craving a quality burger. Highly recommended!

Im from California, so I can tell you that theyre living up to the name. If you arent getting a half vanilla, half strawberry shake... I dont want it. Overall, its simple, its good, and the only bad thing is the wait because everyone wants it too. Vegetarian options: My moms a vegetarian, and she likes what they have to offer. Bruce. What can be said about that man. HAPPILY took his time with me asking all of my questions. He gave such great descriptions of the food and never once cautioned me into making a bad choice. I ve always loved their burgers, but Bruce alone made me love this location specifically. He is a WONDERFUL member of staff at this location. Been working with In and Out since 2011 and it truly shows in his care. This man is amazing. I ll be back for him more than the burgers at this rate!

I will remember the text: We visited Allen because our son Graduated from SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY, and that is where he chose to eat instead of the pricey STEAK HOUSE that I would have gone to on my parents dime. But the food was very good and we all said it was worth the wait. Parking: Parking was very bad and visiting Allen,Tx. Great service with very friendly staff! I have celiac, and my wife is gluten intolerant, so its pretty important that our food is completely gluten-free. This location especially is great about being careful with handling our food, and the staff knows exactly what to do in order to keep my wife and I safe in terms of cross-contamination! The food is good, the service is quick and pleasant! My only critique would be that the inside of the restaurant is quite loud and busy most of the time, which is to be expected with such a popular place. But if youre looking for a decent burger place that wont have a long wait and is aware and careful about food allergies, youre looking in the right place! Were from out of town and hadnt been to an In and Out in a little over 3 years so we were very excited. We came on the morning of 7/4/24 and was greeted very nicely by the fellow at the register. He was very nice and funny and very welcoming I was very impressed because sometimes working at a fast food restaurant can certainly make a person cranky or moody. Food was great and delicious as I remembered! Im glad we came and glad that guy was there bc he helped make our day a great start.

I believe that In & Out makes a great burger. There is no fast food burger that has fresher veggies and that consistently makes the burger the same and so delicious. There is absolutely no fault with the food. Fantastic!!!! With that being said, I dont often go to the Allen location and was surprised at how slow they are. It took at least 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. At about 6:35 p.m. on Friday night the line was very long. People were fighting in the lane. Most people went to the back of the line to turn right into the drive thru but there were others who decided they would turn left into the line and not wait their turn. It was a mess. Finally close to 7p.m. In & Out sent out some employees to take orders in the line and this helped a lot.

After being customers of this location for the past 5 years, we will not be returning. Food is amazing, but service just gets worse and worse each and every visit. While I am taking multiple things into consideration (rush hour, increase in customers, drive thru) as Im writing this review, it doesnt stop me from saying that the service is not improving. The last visit, we waited 30 minutes to receive our order inside of the store. During our wait, they had multiple teenage customers cussing and yelling inside of the store, not making our wait any more enjoyable. Just today, the drive thru took about 45 minutes, and when I was finally driving away, I noticed that one of my order was missing. I drove back and waited inside for 10 minutes for them to remake the ONE item that I was missing. I truly enjoy the food here and honestly appreciate the staff members trying to make the most of each rush hour and busy environment. However, when I drive away without an item multiple times and finally receive my food after a 30+ minute wait, I just wonder if my time is worth the visit anymore. Finally after 5 years, Im disappointed to say we wont be visiting this location anymore, due to the lack of efficiency and long wait time that has no sign of being improved in the near future.
