I chose to work with Leigh based on her gleaming reviews, but I had a horrible experience with my business formation. I paid my retainer and signed the agreement first week of September and did not hear from her or her assistant for over a week. I was the one that had to reach out. When I finally heard from them, they had filed the paperwork under the wrong name, so I had to wait even longer to get the amended documents. It took a month to get the paperwork I needed. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. When it came to the EIN verification letter, they left off my mailbox number on the address and I still couldnt open any bank accounts because the paperwork didnt have my FULL address. So I had to call the IRS and correct it myself, wait another 2 weeks for it to be mailed and then I could FINALLY open my bank accounts. It has taken me 2 months to set up my business and I havent been able to bill my clients because of Ms. Freemans mistakes. I dont know what I did to deserve this kind of treatment. I was never rude to her and was understanding of her first mistake, but this is truly ridiculous. No one should have to go 2 months without pay due to an attorneys careless mistakes.

I contacted Leigh to help me create a LLC for my photography business. I knew doing it on my own would be stressful and I was worried I would mess something up. She made the entire process smooth and flawless from start to finish!! Another thing I didn t know would happen, would be scammers sending me forms in the mail that looked very real/official!!! I didn t even know that was I thing. I emailed Leigh asking about one such letter and she advised me it was a scam! I ll be reading everything very closely and I m so grateful I can reach out for her expert counsel when needed.
