**Update: I did receive a full refund. I have used Dr. Alex for a few years now. I have actually recommend them to family and friends but recently I order a prescription paid $59.99 for consultation, went to pick up my prescription the next day and they told me they could not give me the prescription because it did not have a doctors name on it. The pharmacy tried to call Dr. Alexa multiple times, I tried multiple times, and no answer. At this point I had no choice but to go to urgent care. I continued to call Dr. Alexa support number where they told me they could not help me. I emailed for about 2 weeks with NO assistance on the matter. At this point they stole $59.99 from me because they sent me a faulty prescription that I couldnt pick up and are refusing to assist me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a SCAM!!

I paid $69 for a general consultation. The website advertises that a doctor will review your intake forms and get you a prescription within 4 hours. I have waited 2 days now and my intake forms have not even been looked at by the doctor yet. I ve been calling and whoever is in charge of DoctoAlexa support - is rude and very impatient. If I could understand her name I d write it here but I can t. She has an accent and I called two times to verify that a doctor was actively working on my intake forms and then a third time to get a refund. I don t know if she blocked my number but I am waiting for a refund. I have sent several messages as it says on their website that they offer 24/7 support. I am very disappointed in this service. 0/10 recommend, especially if you want to lose your money. I am waiting for Dr. Hamzat Oshun - he has not even viewed my intake forms. This IS a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. Incompetency in the staff and Dr. still shows under review. Emailed numerous times for treatment plan and no response. Called and they stated that it was under review then stated they had no plan to treat my son because of him being 15 and took my 69.99. No folllow up stated they would give my money back 3 days ago and did not. Scam website. Do not use.

Got my wife antibiotics for a tooth infection while she waited for her Dentist appt in a few days. Absolutely amazing! If I could give 10 stars, I would do so. I dont usually review companies or products, but I am so completely impressed that I had to share. I have an infection under an implant that was installed many years ago. I found Doctor Alexa online, and I had never tried an online doctor before. I was skeptical at first, but with the swelling and pain, I took the risk. The service was excellent! They said they would respond within 4 hours, but in fact, within about an hour, three prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I highly recommend your service!

Ive used them twice for Sinus Infections and they send the prescription very quickly. Last time, I started getting an allergic reaction and they called me in something else for no additional fee. Most recently, they sent my prescription to Safeway and then when I got there, it wasnt there. They said theyd resend it but ended up sending it to Walgreens nearby instead without even asking me? I dont know why. But either way they are very quick with everything and the service really works and they played a hand in me getting better quickly. Once they work out the kinks, Id give them 5 stars!

If I could give this service a zero stars I could. I had wisdom tooth surgery and a few days later during the weekend, I started developing intense pain in my mouth. As my oral surgeons office was closed, I found this online Dental urgent care. I paid the $59.99 fee. There was literally only 1 question during intake with radio buttons to choose symptoms. I submitted the form. I expected to get some sort of confirmation but all it said was you ll hear from a provider within several hours. I waited several hours expecting a provider to call me. Luckily I checked my email and they had sent a prescription for antibiotics and diagnosed me with an infection. I followed up with my surgeon the next day and he stated this service mid-diagnosed me and that I had dry socket in 2 extraction sites. I had to go into the office for them to relieve the pain. All other online telehealth visits, I had a provider always call and ask more in depth questions to ensure a right diagnosis. Not this place. Not even a doctor wrote my prescription. It was a nurse practitioner. I requested a refund due to them misdiagnosing me. I stated I would file a dispute with my cc company if they weren t willing to refund. To my surprise, I got the most unprofessional email back from them threatening me stating, good luck with disputing, we will show your credit card company proof that you signed a waiver for us to treat you and we don t provide refunds . This response was absolutely disgusting and since then I have filed complaints with the BBB and with my state s attorney generals office. In the words of my oral surgeon, this place should be investigated and shut down .

I previously used another online service and received a prescription for a full years worth of birth control. This service will ONLY provide you with a month(28days)prescription and you have to resubmit a request and pay their fee every month! In my opinion they should let you know this upfront. I have never received just a 1 month prescription for BC before, it s unheard of! Waste of time and money. Wish I could remember the service I previously used a year ago. Other than that, the application was pretty easy to submit, they took a few hours longer than they said they would to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Wouldn t use this service again.

On a weekend, only a day before leaving for a trip I had a bad toothache. Of course my dentist was not open, and I found doctor alexa while looking online for alternatives to going to the ER. Doctor Alexa was great! one of their doctors got back to me within an hour and called in an rx for antibiotics to my pharmacy. I was already feeling much better by the time I left for my trip the next morning. Would definitely use this online doctor service again.

Their website states they have support until 11 Pm CST but I called them at 5 Pm CST and no one is answering. I needed my medicine and now paid for nothing. What a disappointing experience.

Had an infected tooth on a Friday night. Cost to me was $500 to go to emergency and I knew they would just put me on antibiotics. I had an appointment on the following Tuesday to have the tooth removed. Found DR Alexa and paid the $50 and in 2 hours they had called in the meds to my pharmacy. Wow they are awesome. Overall, I like the idea of being diagnosed and treated online. The biggest issue I had here was timing- I was sick and needed treatment. I did everything and DAYS went by with no response. Once I reached out, the company took care of getting me the treatment I needed, but the response time was long for the doctor. Initially, I went to my Primary doctor for a progressing UTI. I have a history of UTI s so I m familiar with the symptoms. I went into the office and my doctor tested my urine and told me everything was normal and didn t prescribe me an antibiotic. I knew my symptoms weren t normal and the whole experience minimized me as a patient. The next day, my symptoms were worse. I started researching local urgent cares I could go to, which were all booked and that s when I came across Dr. Alexa. It was a super easy process. I paid the affordable fee, provided background on my condition and within a couple hours a prescription was sent to my local pharmacy. My symptoms resolved and I was back to normal life. Horrible I was basically ripped off 50 bucks. I had an infected tooth and did the consultation and everything and was supposed to be prescribed antibiotics when I went to pick them up the next day there was no record of it being sent over. I tried multiple times to contact dr Alexa with no response at all. What a wonderful service for minimal issues like an infected tooth, which is what I used it for. They were super quick and by the time I got to the pharmacy the prescription was completely ready, all in one evening. I will definitely use this service again for little issues that don t need physically assessed. And for $50, you just can t compare the convenience. Where I live, $50 is the copay you d be charged at urgent care if you didn t have insurance then you d have to sit amongst the towns finest while you wait for 4 hours to be called back. I ll take this service over that any day.

Horrendous very disorganized service!! I figured I tried an online service for my prescription of antibiotics due to a throat infection which was approved and prescribed supposedly by a so called Hamzat Oshun. According to the email it was supposed to be sent from a Walgreens out in San Diego to the cvs I use in Budd Lake, NJ. Neither one of the pharmacies have received anything for me and all customer service does for doctor alexa is give me the run around! And no refund absolutely ridiculous!! If I could give them negative stars I would. Beware if you re even considering using them. Will be reporting you guys to the BBB mark my words! Out here playing with people s time and money.

I woke up with a terrible toothache. After messing with Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen to no avail, I contacted Dr Alexa online and entered my symptoms. A few hours later, I received an email stating a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. An hour later, I picked up my antibiotics! All on a Sunday! I paid a more than reasonable fee to Dr. Alexa and felt better later that night. When you are in a jam, cant get an appt. or its the weekend, I definitely recommend Dr. Alexa!

If they don t have it in stock it s IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone to help you, transfer the prescription OR refund your consultation fee.
