Came in to eat and my server was Kiahley. She had multiple tables and even went in the kitchen to help the cook and her manager failed to help or even ask her if she wanted/needed help. I watched the manager walk to her car and stay outside for about 10-15 minutes while Kiahley worked by herself. Kiahley did an exceptional job but her manager is terrible and needs to be retrained because she could ve at least helped the waitress (Kiahley) out. There was dirty tables left and a dirty floor while Kiahley continued to take tables and the manager did absolutely nothing. Wasn t pleased with that because she could ve helped, but Kiahley was great and food was good.

JOSH was our server today 8-23-24 and I have to say that while the food wasn t that great, okay at best, I was okay with it simply because SERVICE MATTERS. His service was impeccable! It s really nice to see when someone enjoys what they do and more importantly when they show interest in the customers and making sure that customers are content. This young man needs a raise because he s an asset to this IHOP. My bill was $30 and I left him a $20 tip because he is deserving of it and more. I pray that he goes far within the company! May God continue to bless you Josh. And I hope you see this and that you are reminded that some of us DO appreciate and take notice when good service is provided. Thank you!!! :)

Standard IHOP. Consistent food and very popular place. Good for kids. Busy but efficient. Parking: Easy parking. Free and plenty of spaces nearby and around. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs and servers are great with kids, kids menus and crayons.

Pregnant hostess, no smile, barely greeted us, sat at table it was dirty-sticky, cream spots on chair. We order one entree to share no extra plate, waiter took order did not talk to us again. We ask another server for item. Server hands our bill without acknowledgement walks away Then we went to the register he checks us out. Poor service, gloomy and no manager seen. Side note lots of staff touching their hair and face then handling food.

I walked in for breakfast and walked out without having one. Took them 30 minutes to realize my food never arrived and offered me a plate of home-fries in bowl, yet they never bought my actual plate back with the correct items . I had to cancel my breakfast and leave. Too many waitresses and waiters but they could not get a plate of eggs and sausage with home-fries correct. I would not recommend it.

Stood in the front for a while waiting to be seated. No one even looked our way. There was prepared food sitting waiting to be taken to tables. One customer came to the front and got a high chair. Found out from one customer who walked by that they only had one server who was also the hostess. She was standing back in the food service area but never acknowledged us. We finally walked out. When we did all the food that was waiting to be served was still on the counter after several minutes.

The restaurant was filthy. The restroom looked as if someone turned over all the trash cans and dumped everything on the floor. Tables and floors was dirty. I looked in the back and seem dishes everywhere. The crazy thing is there was at least 5 employees. Before we arrive there was no one in the restaurant.

***NEW REVIEW*** I dont usually leave reviews however; this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth I feel I have to. The service at this place is horrible. Some of the worst Ive ever seen (even worse than Popeyes). From the young staff that doesnt know how to greet patrons to the GM that cant do a proper refund its just pitiful. I walked in at 9:30 and placed a to-go order. The girl at the counter didnt say hi, nor a welcome and just asked what she can help me with like I was some maintenance guy there to provide a service. She then proceeds to take my order which I must repeat three times AND show her on the menu that it is indeed a dish they serve. I sit down and wait....and wait....AND WAIT!! 30MINUTES!!! I waited 30minutes. During that time a guy came in to pick up and order (who waited about 10min) and another lady who was charged for someone elses meal which no one could figure out how it happened or how to fix it without the help of the GM. I asked what the status of my food was and after another five minutes of waiting one of the workers comes back and tells me They are making your food now. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! No thank you. By this time the GM was there to sort things out and provide me with a refund. I never got the actual refund receipt. Just my original receipt with the GMs name on it in case the refund doesnt go through. And you want to know what the really funny part is? THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER PUT IN THE WRONG ORDER!! I wish I could make this up but just WOW. Never again. Ill go somewhere else where the service makes sense. (THIS WAS A FIVE STAR) Went in for a to go order and the gentleman who took my order, Demarcus, was beyond courteous and professional. Only other place Ive been remotely close to that level of service is the far east where customer service must be a school subject (if youve ever been then you know what Im talking about). Attentive, focused on your needs, yes sir and polite. Although he did get my order wrong, lol, he corrected it in a timely fashion. Many thanks to him and those that trained him.

Was very busy when I had breakfast at this IHOP. I was very happy to see how efficient the staff was. They were very friendly and kind. It takes $0 to be nice and I was waited on more than once by the same woman. I was not for sure if she remembered me, but she is consistent, beautiful hearted, caring and has AMAZING customer service. I Hop Had breakfast with my family. The place was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive. It s a nice restaurant with lots of seating. I had the Spicy Poblano Omelet - Fire-roasted Poblano peppers, red bell peppers, onions, shredded beef, Jack & Cheddar cheese, avocado, Poblano cream & chopped Serrano peppers. Very good and Very Spicy! My Daughter had Big Steak Omelette - Steak, hash browns, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomat & Cheddar and a Strawberry Shortcake Biscuit. My son in law had the Pancake Combo 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 bacon & hash browns. Everything was served fresh and hot. We all had coffee and it was good. Our waitress kept our drinks full and checked on up often. Good experience.

Inconsistent quality of food. Rarely can get something decent, but mostly not. Example, yesterday our food was completely cold.. The butter wouldn t even melt on the pancakes. My family has given this location two chances. The first time we vowed to never come back. But it has been four years , and it was my husbands birthday and he wanted pancakes. So I relented. We walked in the full lobby and were addressed by a woman shouting into the lobby whos next? The most awful customer service I have ever received, they did not have what I ordered and they tried to pass off a plain biscuit and pancakes as a $20 order, they refused to give me a refund and said I had to wait until the morning and the manager was having dinner with someone that proceeded to stand very menacingly next to the register when we started arguing about the order. When I went into IHOP, there was no hostess present at the front. There was no sign to wait for the host to be seated. I stood around for quite a while and could make eye contact with anyone. I finally went to sit down. Still could not make eye contact with anyone. I finally stopped a waitress and ask her if I could get waited on. She rudely told me that I was not seated by a hostess. I told her I could not find a hostess. She was very rude. I just got up and left.

We came here to celebrate my son s birthday. Every year the kids get the choice of a birthday dinner and he chose brunch instead. So we came in at 1:20 on a Tuesday. The gentleman who sat us threw down the menus onto the table and walked away. So it was assumed this was our table. You d think it wouldn t be that busy, well you d be right. While our food did take 20 minutes to get to our table, that isn t the worst part about our experience. After ordering two mountain dews and a splashberry, we received 1 mt dew and 2 splash berries. When the server took our order we did not have confidence the food would come out correct since she did not write down our order. She was not very nice and seemed upset we were there. My daughter and son s meal had options whether they wanted pancakes or hash browns, but they were not asked about what they wanted. They didn t want to upset the server more for fear of what may happen to their food, so they stayed silent Thankfully the food tasted good. When my daughter asked if we could switch the wrong drink for the correct one, the servers face had pure attitude written in it. She remembered the wrong drink and switched them out. I m not sure if she has the whole restaurant, but she seems busy, is having a bad day, or something else. In a lull where the music was down, or perhaps the servers behind the wall were just unusually loud, you could hear one saying something to the effect of the chef was only smiling at me like that because your girlfriend just left . So to the worker who left around 2pm, I m sorry. So come to ihop, for drama, cheating partners, and poor service. But at least the food tasted good.

Went in with my family of 7, and it took 30 min after we were seated for a waiter or waitress to even take our order for our drinks. The store was not busy. There was a family of 3 that was sat after me and my family. They got their order, drinks, and food before we were even asked what we would like to drink. Then, they didnt even get my order right, asked for Bacon, and I got sausage instead. And even though it is advertised that kids eat free. I was still charged for my kids meals. This is the second time this IHOP has messed up with my large family. I dont think I will be returning to this establishment any time in the near future. I did not leave a tip. From the moment I entered, it was polite, friendly, and professional. As I was seated, then promptly met with the server (Matthew B), who took my order calmly and professionally. What felt like 5 minutes passed before he brought out my food, with great appeal, exactly as ordered. He was prompt with refills, courteous with check ins, and even the other customers all seemed to be enjoying their visit with the service each of them was being given. If there was anything negative, I would have to nit pick to find, would be the rubbish around the vegetation and parking areas, but being right off an intersection of a highway, I believe that would always become a constant struggle. So thankful for IHOP giving my wife and I free meals for Veterans Day. The food and service were terrific.

My family and I went here on Sunday for Veterans day and were treated so poorly. The hostess provided appropriate customer service but it went downhill once we were seated. When our server(Nas) came to our table she was very short and unwelcoming in her tone. When she came to take our food order she was very abrasive. She cut my spouse off to ask if he wanted a combo instead, and the combo she suggested did not have what we wanted. My spouse explained that there wasn t a combo with what he wanted she put her hand up and said okay, hold on with attitude. We chose to leave at this point because she had already set the tone of terrible service. She said with attitude and the same aggressive tone to have a good day. It s a shame that we were unable to celebrate Veterans Day here as this is the place that my spouse had in mind. Unless you wish to be treated like scum, please don t go here. Don t be like me and ignore the all the reviews about the awful customer service, because they are true and this place was terrible.

Food was so so, Ive had better for that amount of money. Dirty utensils wrapped up in napkins, took some time to get clean utensils. Someone from the kitchen was berating wait staff loudly. A different customer was sweeping under his own table!

What can I say the foods always great at IHOP service was fantastic food was hot when it came out and restaurant was very clean! This was and maybe still is the best place for food, service, and hot food, **but my husbands breakfast was served with a good size plate chip in his omlete, if he had not been chewing, but instead inhaling his food as he sometime does this could have killed him!!** I asked to speak to the manager on duty and waited about 25 min. for her to come out and speak with us, all she offered was to pay for our meal... which we took, but Im still thinking about a court case. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian selection is endless will work with you and make sure you get what you want Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions just let your waiter or waitress know they will work with you to get you something to eat . Parking: IHOP is surrounded with parking spots and handicap is close to the door Kid-friendliness: IHOP is very kid-friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is visual its right there close to the door and in the restaurant

The food was great but the service was horrible. Our waiter was very rude and would just kinda throw things at us.For instance when we had to pay she just passed by our table telling us to pay whenever we re ready while tossing the receipt on the table and leaving. Her attitude was not necessary and just rude. I ve never experienced this type of behavior at any restraunt I ve been to but for some reason this place just doesn t do anything about their staff and who they hire. So going here with family to have a nice breakfast is no no.

First of all, they seat people in areas where the waitstaff cant even handle their orders nor their flow in an efficient manner. Our waitress one was completely rude, instead of telling us about issues with things, she went to her manner and had her come to our table and had her tell us about additional charges, like for ranch, which Ive been a customer here for years and never had to pay for ranch or additional ranch ever. Plus the ranch doesnt even taste like it used too! Food was horrible! I got the sample appetizer as I used to, told the waitress to sub out my onion rings for extra fries with the red pot seasoning on the fries, which they barely and I mean barely put any seasoning on the fries, food was room temperature. My son asked for refills more then once, even when the manager was at our table he asked her, she didnt even bring him a refill, youd think a manager would go above and beyond for a customer, well not at this IHOP, every since they changed ownership to my understanding, they dont care about service, quality of food or how their waitstaff is and it shows! I have been a waitress myself and a manager and even carpet cleaned at these stores, never have I seen such a decline in service in my life! Food was far to expensive as well, 100.00 for 5 people, its cheaper at Cracker Barrel and other Restaurant chains in Temple too eat, worst experience Ive had in my 30 years of living here all hands down! I dont recommend eating here period, just hoping I dont get sick from the food.
