Unfortunately my expectations were high! Came here with a group and while the waitress was able to keep up and her service wasn t bad. She was dirty!!! Hooters is better, cleaner and the girls practice better hygiene.

I know this place caters to Hispanic people. But, you can still have a great time at Ojos Locos as a white person. Here you cant. If you dont speak fluent Spanish dont even try to go here. The girls wont give you the time of day. Its like you are a second class person. As I said, this does not happen at Ojos Locos. If they offered me a $50 gift card I would not even come here again. Horrible service . Horrible unfriendly girls. Just stay away if you are not Hispanic!!!!!!!

This is a Mexican music only restaurant, We were like 20 people playing pool table and there was only like 6 people on the dining area eating, we wanted to listen some diferent music but apparently the manager feel she was american wanna be and she didnt want to play that kind of music when only by myself spent $700 and I cant tell how much was spending the rest of the people that wants the same kind of music, but Im not going back to this restaurant anymore, worst service ever, aby was in charged, believe me if the restaurant keep hiring this kind of people they will go out of business pretty soon

Food was amazing! And the atmosphere was chaotic but the fun chaotic not the crazy kind. Service was amazing, the only issue we had was there was no seating when we went bc, we watched the real Madrid game. I also give the service 4 stars because it was a little slow but it was busy. But other than that amazing! 5 out of 5 Kid-friendliness: There were kids at the the time we went and nobody was crazy and some of the people who were complete strangers helped the kids. It was definitely kid friendly :)

I have been to this place repeatedly and so far I have not had any problems with the service and even less so in the Bar, which is the place I usually have dinner and drinks. until yesterday 05/26/2024 around 6:20 in the afternoon I arrived at the bar and a girl despotically moved from the bar saying that those spaces were reserved and that I had to move, I just wanted to eat quickly since I had One day the staff was busy and when I got there and saw that attitude it was annoying and unpleasant. The bartenders name is YAIMARA and I know it because they have her name on the left side of their clothing. I know that the spaces in the Bar are never reserved and I already verified it. today 05/27/2024 because of course I came back to eat and Im not saying that the service is bad, just that waitress was terrible, she doesnt know anything about service industry when you go to Bombones I recommend ordering from LUCY OR ANA, they are excellent people, they will treat you with kindness and respect 100% recommended to both of them once again ANA AND LUCY excellent service.

Door says nobody under 21 allowed after 9pm. We came at noon and we were denied service because of our daughter. I told them the door says only after 9pm she s not allowed and they continued to be rude. Change the sign on the door if that s the case. Unprofessional establishment.

Worst experience ever literally the waiter I had tonight name ANGELA attitude was the worst was doing just fine having Stephanie as my waiter. Angela literally came all the way outside stating tip was a minimum of $10 I had to give her. My friend and I made it a thing where we love to come and spend time here. It s been over a year every Friday we come and just chill make it a girls night right after work .We are already familiar with almost all waitresses. There s one in specific who s always so rude and never wants to Attend us very bad attitude Karen oh she s definitely a Karen I was given a margarita on the rocks with a whole bottle of salt in it. I asked her kindly this margarita wasn t well done she responded with There s nothing I can do. What do you want me to do ?I m telling you the drink was not done correctly, she said all I can do is change it to another cup, then I asked her Can you please bring my waitress she said I can t leave the bar I have to stay in the bar she kept coming out of the bar to take care of men customers. I felt her bad vibes towards me and my friend just because we were woman and not men. She definitely has a very bad attitude no customer service, and she only cares to take care of men customers my wallets are as big as them men and just because I m not a man, I deserve to be treated the same way I m paying for my drinks. I expected better service.

The customer service was complete trash. My wife and I pulled in to try a new place and we felt totally disrespected by the waitress and the manager. My food came to the table in 45 minutes and it was cold and my wife never even got what she ordered . I complained and they only spoke Spanish suddenly and began laughing when I was getting more mad by the minute. We got up and left did not eat what had come to the table and did not pay for what did come to the table. And the waitress had the nerve to ask for a tip while we were walking out. I will never go back to that place and I hope that nobody else gets treated so badly as we did. If we would have had a waiter I most surely would have knocked a few of his teeth down his throat. Beware we have racism alive and well at that place.

I am a construction owner and I run a 20 people crew in Dallas, today I came in with a co worker on thanksgiving day since I didnt had time to be with my Family, our server was not at her best today... she took long to check on us and we ran out of beer and drinks, she had to charge my food cash and credit card which was so confusing because I have to save my receipts for my taxes..... Ive never had to pay a cash and credit card transaction in a restaurant before..... then she asked if I didnt have cash to add the 17 in a tip???? Bombones I am not able to do that because my companys credit card have rules and regulations.... Worse experience ever. If the waitress was trying to get a bigger tip all she had to do was ask. So, i went for lunch on a Saturday. It was clean. Easy to get seated. They took our order immediately. The prices were comparable to pretty much every other sports cantina. But they do have lunch specials on weekdays that will beat any deal you can find. The atmosphere is welcoming, open, and yet private enough to where you wont have to be listening to the table next to you having a conversation. The food is filling and delicious. I went for the burrito and a couple beers, but will be back to try more of their menu in the future.

Waitresses only care to attend to men, the beer towers do not get filled to the correct measurements of course it s always less, waitress added an additional $30 tip on her own as if though she actually did her job, food was all wrong, our waitress seemed intoxicated or high, music is beyond loud you can t even talk (YES I GO TO SPORTS BAR & YES I KNOW THEY ARE LOUD BUT YOU CAN ATLEAST CARRY A CONVERSATION) we literally had to text each other across the table! This is a Sports Bar and is set up with a lot of TVs. The food was just ok so dont expect to be impressed too much. Also there really isnt much to choose from. I had the fried fish and it was a big peice of fish but was really thin. Would be a good place to hang out with your buddies and drink a beer, but due to location i think it would be mostly a Spanish crowd. All the staff were speaking Spanish. (Just so you know.) Im an old white boy so not my speed.

Horribly badly treated, terrible service, they wanted to charge me more, the manager, very bad person, impolite, rude, the waitress, in her desire to want to earn more money, charged me more. I just wanted them to take away what I didnt consume and the manager told me if you dont like it, leave and Dont come back but Im not going to deduct a single dollar from you. And he told me to do whatever I wanted because hes the one in charge. I felt like I was doing something bad instead of feeling safe and confident in my place. I felt like I was stealing my wife. They made us feel bad. I dont recommend them, especially with that manager on duty, rude, impolite, etc. I hope one day they change him or remove him because those types of managers are no good for a place like that where you go to have fun and not have a bad time. a while

Called to place an order and they advised me that they don t take orders over the phone. She told me to place an order online and pick it up. I did this. It advised me to come and pick it up in 20 minutes. Went to pick it up after 25 minutes and they told me that no one even put the order in. No apology or anything.

Never going back to this place we went on a Wednesday night to listen to music and eat dinner after 45 minutes and complained twice without a waitress coming to the table one comes when we decided to leave to take our order with no menus this place is ridiculous the manager did nothing about the complaint he sent nobody to the table. My recommendations stay away from this place.
