The worst service here. If you do not check your bag they will leave stuff out. They then never answer the phone to ask if you can come back and get the missing item. I will be contacting Arbys and my bank for a charge back. Ridiculous as that was a 7$ item.

Update: Came back. Guess I thought it might have been improved. A pound beef and cheddar the size of what used to be a regular roast beef bun wise. No way that s a pound of meet and no extra sauces like I asked for. They need to close this place it s relatively new but they have NEVER cared. The manager was very sweet to me, but also explain to me that a lot of what they order is not the same product anymore even though they order it the same. I ll probably won t go to Arby s in this market anymore because it s just not the same beef and cheddar cheese. Doesn t even taste the same. I just had a beef and cheddar Pound sandwich in Kentucky twice when I was home a couple couple months ago it was on the right size bun for a pound of meat It was supposed to be on the cheese didn t taste like somebody had taken a block of cheddar cheese and try to melt it on top of the roast beef they had to be piled so high on such a small bun Get your fist around it and cheese was funny taste. The sweet manager offered to make it right and I will take it up with her up on it, but it s just not the same product and the nut and the the same sandwich and the same taste anymore. Tune pretty bad sandwiches through drive-through today when I called to complain about the beef and cheddar she said they had just changed the cheddar so maybe the cheddar cheese was just bad I couldn t tell if the roast beef was old or the cheese was old or what was all put the sandwich just didn t taste right so I didn t finish it so I decided to eat my market fresh and said and that one wasn t fresh either the stores too new to be so crappy with food quality. I was excited when it was built but this is the third time I ve gotten bad food there

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this location. Prior to two months ago, I haven t been to Arby s in several years. I don t know what made me try it, but I decided to have it on my lunch break. The food was fresh, hot, and order was accurate. So good, in fact, I came back later in the week and had the same experience. Great job to the management staff. Only removed one star because another time, they were out of curly fries (the real reason most of us go to Arby s), but the cashier did not say anything about it until after I paid and got my order.

The cashier at the drive thru by the name of Paine was incredible. I wish I had his attitude all the time. I was having a horrible mental day and he was super patient with me while bounced around on my order. I got to the window and he could tell I wasn t having a good day and ended up giving me a hefty discount on my meal. Super great guy with a big heart! And the food was terrific! Thanks to the kitchen and Paine!

Do better. Order online, what we order isn t available, they can t refund us say to do it in the app, there is no option in the app. I order drinks in the app, they don t fill the drinks, just give us the cups and we do it ourselves. The employees have no idea what is going on or how to fill the order since we have several items unavailable. My husband has to instruct them what to do where is the manager? Be for real.

I decided to visit because I really wanted to get a fish sandwich. When I arrived the drive thru line was pretty long. At first I thought about going in but decided to do the drive thru option instead. I waited in the line for about 15 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I received my food. A couple of cars left because of the excessive wait time ( I should have). I received my food only to wonder why my sandwich felt very light. I opened the wrapper and there was no fish on my bun. I went inside to let them know only to be brushed off by a male worker. There was a gentlemen also standing there waiting for food that was under the lamp for 10 minutes. I finally had someone come over and greet me. I asked for a refund because not only were my fries cold, I waited for 15 minutes plus another 5 and now my lunch break was completely over. I was told that it would be sent to the manager Charity. I wanted to express how angry I was over this whole experience. I will never visit this store again. I took a photo of my sandwich to show what my experience was like because I really couldnt believe that happened. If I could give it no stars I would!

This is my 8th state Ive lived in and this Arbys is by far the worst Arbys Ive ever seen by a mile its unreal. Everytime Ive come here Ive immediately regretted the decision even as I went today I was worried as I pulled up because who knows what annoyance will occur this time, I can officially say this will be my last time ever going to this Arbys Ive been told everything here from sorry we cant take your order were only taking door dash orders to me ordering in the drive through and then being told to come inside and grab it thats assuming youre lucky enough to place the order and even then youll get your order back missing ingredients and when you ask oh hey you forgot this they hit you with the Ole oh were out then why on earth would you let me place the order to begin with or lets play the fun game of coming during the day and nobody helping you just a ghost town they should change their motto from we have the meats to we only serve disappointment and thats if we serve you at all God I only hope that one day Arbys pulls the plug on this location and somebody else buys this location. *I dont blame the workers Im sure theyre just as disappointed and understaffed.

Oh, Arbys, you used to be so awesome. Unfortunately, the food, service, and atmosphere, at least at this location, have declined to the point that I will not return. The staff seemed to be focused more on the drive-through customers than those at the counter. There were two counter customers, but we waited at least triple the time as the drive-through folks. The sandwiches were actually soggy, the fries were cold, and only a few were actually curly. The store was dark and smelly. The other couple who were served just before me were also complaining about what I posted above, and they were eating in, while I was taking my order to go, due to the long line of cars. That usually works, but didnt this time. I can only hope that the franchisee will fix things.

Went there last night around 7 to just grab dinner and were immediately told the credit card machine was down and cash was the only option. My husband then looked to see if there was an app that we could order thru and thankfully there was and we could also pay thru the app. He put our order in and waited a few minutes after the estimated pick up time for our order and when he went in to get it but it wasn t ready because they were out of the cheesy bacon burger. So my husband just recommended replacing it with a roast beef sandwich and everything started going for our family meal. My husband said the staff was pretty rude at first but ended up being polite after handing him our bag of food and it being 3 sandwiches short! Yes we should ve checked the food but the lady kept yelling for the food it make the order. They won t answer their phone but dang we need a little bit of a refund on missing food. Kid-friendliness: My 2 kids meals were just okay. Chicken was really over cooked and way too crispy for kids nuggets.

Cannot come back to this Arbys. It is very filthy and poorly managed. Our feet stuck to the floor as we walked (should have been our first clue), Ketchup and sauce station was disgusting, most of the tables were dirty, and the front door was missing the door handle. This was at lunch and theres no way it got this dirty this fast. That tells me they closed up the place the night before without properly cleaning.

Had to repeat my order 3 times at drive-thru, received a total and again at the window I had to repeat my order. I was the only car in the drive thru and waited 37 min from my receipt time to receive food. Then I only received fries and chicken strips. The guy seemed inconvenienced when I asked where the French Dip was. Once I had everything, the fries were luke warm and chewy. Ended up throwing them away. The French Dip, this time, was mediocre and cold. Cheese wasnt even melted. Usually this is a good location, but Ill reconsider going there again or maybe a different location for a while. Slow service at the drive through, which might be because they are understaffed (seemed that way). Our order was missing curly fries, we drove back into the drive through and explained what we were missing, and they took care of it. Arby s has no veg options except for curly fries, jalapeño poppers and mozarella sticks. Curly fries were actually nice, everything else was OK. Wanted to try the fried snacks here anyway, so it s off the fast food list now.

We just Went through drive through and waited 15 minutes at the window for our food. While waiting we saw the employee behind the counter drop a cup on the floor then pick it up and give it to the customer. Then after 15 minutes we got several bags of food. For the prime location this place is, this was thee worst Arbys Ive been to in Texas! First, the black guy that was on the mic for the drive thru greeted me with Go head instead of what Im sure is a customary welcome to Arbys.... (he said the same thing to the customer behind me as well). He needs to be fired asap! So I went inside to use the bathroom. It was barely noon and the bathroom was filthy and out of paper towels! And the over weight manager needs to be fired and immediately replaced right along with him! For 1. Her uniform shirt did not fit and her stomach was showing! Her attitude was nasty and unpleasant. Told her about the bathroom paper towel situation and she scoffed and said well take care of it. Then theres the food. The burger patty was warm at best for the fact I had to wait for big miss attitude to make it herself and the fries were old.. and again its barely noon and I was the only customer inside so it wasnt exactly busy. I dont know who owns this franchise but if they want it to make the money that location can, they better look into new and better employees! From the previous reviews, that the owner or whoever doesnt even give a damn about their establishment! They just post to add your comments to their website as if thats going to lead to some action?? This location is absolutely horrible. I placed a mobile order for lunch. My fries were fresh and really good. When I opened the wrapping for my chicken wrap, the wrap looked thrown together and the chicken was so hard I couldn t tear it and didn t even attempt to bite into it. I went back to get another one, the worker looked at me as if I was crazy, told me to Wait a minute and we ll make another . I went to the restroom and it was dirty and had bugs on the floor. As I went back to wait on my food, I looked at the food stations and the lobby are, it was if the floors hasn t been swept in months. I literally watched the man make my food and thought he fixed it. There was no apology, friendliness or anything. I m so glad I stayed calm because I was very frustrated the entire time and grossed out. I ll never be back to this location again.

I went thru the drive thru yesterday between 12pm and 2pm and the wonderful lady (didnt get her name)in the drive thru made a little to go cup for my pups. It was just a couple of curly fries and a tidbit of roast beef but it was so special. I will always come back to this location. Thank you for making me feel special.

My daughters chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way, she now refuses to eat chicken because of this experience. The employees response was that they cooked it for the proper amount of time, and they offered to make another sandwich. Obviously my daughter had lost her appetite at that point. No apology or anything, just basically tried to say they did nothing wrong

This isnt a place you want to go if your looking for quality food. I know its fast food.... but food thats raw! Daughter puked after realizing her chicken sandwich wasnt cooked fully!! Plus their sweet tea was sour like it had been sitting out all day and they had hardly any soda and the soda they did have tasted like dirt! Never again!

Ordered a fish sandwich, got a roast be with hot sauce on it. Park and went inside. It took 27 minutes to get the correct meal! Not to mention the 16 minutes I had to wait in the drive through line before. Worst costumer service ever. Im not sure of the guys name who works the window but he doesnt need to be working fast food.

I stopped in the drive thru for a classic roast beef sandwich, med curly fries and a med coke to drink. When I finally got to the window (15 minutes later) the cashier tried to give me a double beef sandwich. I said no. So then I got an order ..a brisket sandwich, med curly fries and a Dr Pepper. I did not discover the wrong order until I got home. So very disappointed!

I had a very bad experience with the Arbys in Pflugerville so I was reluctant to even go here, but I like their sandwiches so I tried it. The staff was incredibly nice and generous with the food. I had such an amazing experience. The staff here definitely changed my mind about Arbys. Kid-friendliness: The lady helping me was so nice to my 2 kids it almost brought tears to my eyes.

Terrible food. Around 3:00PM, I asked for a fresh beef n cheddar. I advised I didnt have a way to warm it up. The person said - okay. I got to the window and the order was ready. I confirmed, Is it fresh and hot? - Person said, Yes. Minutes later a took a bite, and... wait for it... Almost cold to the touch. I called the store to complain. It just rang, and rang - no one answered.

So many bad reviews on here and I fully agree. Staff is incompetent. Service is extremely slow even when very few customers (if any) are there. Food was cold and the roast beef was cut into super thick chunks. 2nd time in a row Ive had a bad experience here. To make matters worse. I called the complaints line and they offered some meal replacement cards OR money back but not both. I now have to go back to this location just to get my money back which involves another trip. Its more of a hassle to fix the issue then its worth. I know mistakes happen and thats fine but dont make the customer jump through hoops just to get correct a mistake. Update: Received a call from DM Charity and she was very courteous and offered to send the meal replacement cards to me. I have still yet to receive my money back or the meal replacement cards!!!

I visited the store around 7 pm, the store drive thru, and parking lot was dark. It was hard to tell if the store was opened. I also noticed the main door was half opened and there was no one at the cash register. There were no employees to be seen at the store and no customers were sitting in the restaurant. There were no cars in the parking lot either. I did finally see someone at the drive thru window, but by then I was already second doubting myself if I should place my order.

Instead of copy pasting how sorry you are when people have a poor experience, maybe you should fix the poor attitude your employees have. Unless you encourage the entire shift taking a smoke break together at the drive through speaker just so I get to experience the worst second hand smoke possible. And I highly doubt they re washing their hands after scurrying back inside to take our order. They also didn t seem happy about their on-the-clock smoke break getting interrupted. Won t be surprised to see this place closed down in a year or less.

As soon as I drove up at the order kiosk I was told that they were not taking debit cards and could only take cash. Not a problem. I had cash. But my problem was I ordered the French dip sandwich. Do you think the person taking my order bothered to tell me they were out of the au juice???? No she did not. And what is a French dip sandwich if you dont have anything to dip it into? Very very disappointed and their lights were not on. I guess they didnt want no business and thats why they told me they could only take cash figuring that like most people all I had was a debit card with me Their reply???? This location is extremely poorly ran. Everything from closing 30 min to an hour earlier than hours posted, to running out of items, machines being broken, or rude staff, and if you finally do catch them during open hours, and all items/machines working, they take 10-15 min for for your order, despite being 1 of 2 people in line,only for food to be cold, and/ or items missing. Save yourself the time and go to another Arbys.
